I think the price for staying in a tent was expensive. The whole camp ground was very crowded. I think the glamping tent could have had at least an electric jug and maybe a toaster . We enjoyed our stay, but I think a few improvements would be welcomed.

Great staff upon entry, great glamping pod. It has fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery etc. stayed in the glamping tents and the pod has extra luxury you don’t need to pack. Even a tv.

From the moment I received the text message that check in was available to the friendly check in by staff with restaurant recommendations, it was a relaxing stay for a few nights in the glamping tent. It’s perfect for great nights sleep listening to the ocean, chilling out and unwinding. Facilities are kept very clean and security is good on site.

I had a 6 bed cabin for one person. Bit of a dodgy door lock but everything sorted when the maintenance man promptly helped me. Property very clean and fresh. Extremely convenient area. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you Torquay 😊

Fairly decent cabin, comfortable beds, good facilities . Downside was the second bedroom with bunks was extremely dusty, which caused a major hayfever attack for my son. This in turn absolutely ruined the next day and his experience during the skydive, which was the reason we were there. Very disappointing 😔

Was dirty noisy and overpriced. We were located adjacent to kids playground- when booked we were told we were only there for one night so it shouldn’t bother us too much. We were also located across from amenities and door closers ensure the door slams ever time it is used - ceased from around 11 until sunrise.The floor in the cabin was putrid and my soles were black after walking around for a few hours - will never go back

The cabin we had was roomy and comfortable. Half a toilet roll for 4 nights is not reasonable. Personally Friday and Saturday nights should be offered at a discounted rate as a direct impact of the constant loud music, followed by the carryings on once closed, at the pub!

Surfside cabins were neat and clean and equiped with all amenities. I would recommend this place to friends. There were only a few minor things I would change, beds were too hard and very uncomfortable, pots and pans needed to be changed to non-stick and it would be awesome if they supplied basic, salt, pepper and cooking oil, other than that it had everything.

We booked the cedar cabin for just one night. The park management team was really good in communication re. our vehicle registration number and advising when the cabin is available. The cabin looked a bit tired, the main bed was squeaky and the triple trunk bed was suitable only for young kids but overall all good.

13/14th time I’ve stayed in the glamping tent/or pod. I’ve lost count. They are wonderful. Staff are amazing at check in, super friendly, any staff you see out in park, always happy and have a chat. Great location, hear the waves as you go to sleep in a queen size bed. I’ll be back.

From the confirmation of my booking up until checking out the service was amazing. I only stayed one night but wished I had stayed longer. Beautiful & clean cabin. Had the best sleep. Highly recommend this place & I will be back.

Location was OK, the surfside cabins are located near an external car park literally 20-30meters away, this had a few travelers in vans and cars sleep for free. Nothing better than looking out your window in the morning to see free campers in a car park cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our cabin was located on a corner so we had constant traffic at all hours.
