Such a luxe experience. The staff was kind and attentive , the food was excellent, and the room was beautiful. The only regret is that we couldn't stay longer so I could enjoy their on-site spa and heated pool (next time). Thank you for making my families stay so special.

Nous avons demandé deux espresso en chambre, on nous à installé une machine Nespresso avec capsules à volonté. Le breakfast est TOP ! Le repas dans restaurant TOP ! Les employés ont le sourire. Le fitness est moderne avec Patrick le coach qui donne de super conseils. Service limousine pour l aéroport. Sauna, aman, piscine… literie top… rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Vous l avez compris, on vous le recommande fortement.

Amazing hotel!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff and food!! We had transportation too and from the airport. We enjoyed the day at the heated pool with great drinks and lunch. The included breakfast was delicious.

The service was spectacular, fast, efficient, friendly on all fronts including front desk, room service, housekeeping, everything. All calls to guest services were answered promptly as were calls to order room service. The staff is beyond excellent. HIGHLY recommend.

The Villa Rose Kempinski is truly one of the best, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the beds, super comfortable and the shower so warm and comforting. Really not a bad word to say about the hotel. However, what makes the hotel what it is, is the staff. They are an absolute joy - the provide personalized service, they know you by name and they remember your preferences all while smiling and genuinely caring for your comfort during your stay. This level of personal service is rare and amazing. My stay would not have been what it was without the amazing staff. My thanks to EACH and EVERY one of you. Special thanks to Jane (your omelettes were the best!! :-D) and Janet at Cafe Villa Rosa, James and Anne at the front desk, Evans who assisted me with my baggage and the drivers - Frans, David, Ben and the team. Thanks everyone! Hope to see you all again soon.

Hotel was just amazing, better than any 5 star I’d stayed in. A home away from home. Didn’t want to leave. Nicely laid out and in tip top shape. The room given was newly renovated in which I found no defects. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. The staff was top notch, everyone is treated as royalty. This hotel definitely stands out. Whenever I mentioned its name everyone knew of it. Other food choices and bars were just around the corner in the mini mail . Streets are very safe. Westlands is just 10mins away.

Maden på hotellet smagte skønt. Vi havde booket et værelse med balkon. Det vil vi nok ikke gøre næste gang vi besøger hotellet. Hotellet er beliggende ud til en vej med meget trafikstøj, så derfor foretrak vi at blive inde på vores værelse fremfor at sidde på balkonen.
