We stay here for all of our trips to Victoria and are always pleased. I've never had an issue in the past, everything is always great. The only thing that was kind of annoying was the bed has plywood or MDF wood under the mattress. There seems to be two boards to fit for the King size bed. The boards made noise when you move around on the bed. But once asleep, it was comfortable. I'm not sure if this is how all the beds are and it's the 1st time I've noticed it. Overall, a good stay. Workout room is cool and has all premium equipment.

Hotel was clean from the time we arrived until we departed. Did not partake in using the bar or room service/breakfast. Liked the keurig in the room. Only downside were no towels by the pool and we didn’t take any down with us because the sign said not to.

Nice rooms but the pool was unusable due to other guests not properly watching their children. Kids were jumping off the rails and hot tub, splashing other guests and screaming. One hot tub was broken and had old stagnant water in it. Kids were still playing in this hot tub then getting back in the pool. No alcohol allowed in the pool was a disappointment as well. Consider having adult swim and allow alcohol.

Hilton Garden is the best place to stay in Victoria. We have stayed there three separate times. However, the pool and front gate is open to the community. Be prepared for non-hotel guest to take over the pool. Staff has over-looked it each of times we have stayed.

I was especially excited to learn that their jacuzzi was actually working since the last two hotels where we stayed both said theirs were broken! It was nice and hot, just what I needed after a long day on the road. There was both an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi and the swimming pool was both and you could swim through a gap in the wall to go from inside to outside. Pool towels were provided. There was an exercise room but I didn't use it though it looked nice. Staff was all friendly. Hotel in constant state of improvement with men touching up paint in the hallways. Room was spacious and eco-friendly with refillable shampoo, conditioner and soap bottles in the shower. Internet was strong and safe. Everything was good.

Looking forward to the indoor/outdoor pool with my family and toddler. However, when we went to the indoor pool area there was a group being very rowdy, had a cooler, and loud music. We decided to go outside instead where the music was just as loud and the group was intoxicated. We only stayed at the pool for a short time. Later in the day we went to order food at the restaurant. We saw the entire group leave the property. Not one single person was actually staying at the hotel. It was very disappointing the staff allowed this.

We had to ask daily for clean towels. When they did give them to us we only got 2 sets for 4 people. We asked for maid service daily, but only started getting it on day 3. We talked to 3 different people in 1 day and still didn't get maid service. Found a bug in my bed the last night. The food was okay, but the restaurant was opened with very limited hours. The pool was clean and nice.

Drove 10 hours to this hotel and went to bed. Was woken by an itching feeling on my right upper arm, neck and head. I got up and turned on the light to find bed bugs on the bed and my pillow. I notified the front desk and they moved me to another room. Couldn’t sleep due to being paranoid there could be some in that room. I do have to say the staff and management were great. The general manager comped my stay.

The room was not cleaned at all, the sheets were dirty along with hair everywhere. The pull out couch was absolutely disgusting & the sheets were filled with pee, who knows what so definitely check your beds before going in them. The furniture was stained. This was the worst Hilton we’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was very friendly & came up to take pictures and even she wasn’t too thrilled with the lack of cleanliness.

We thought the hotel was very nice and clean easy check in. The only issue we had is the housekeeping did not clean our room I kind of feel that's part of what we paid for and did not get. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Rooms were quiet. AC was quieter than most, which was appreciated. TV was small, limited channels, no premium like HBO. Beds were FIRM. I liked it, wife didn't. Lastly - the beds were SMALLER than standard queens. We use a queen at home, this was smaller. We were a bit cramped.

The esthetics are nice. The downside was the description stayed indoor pool but it was not therefore the water was not heated. To our disappointment, continental breakfast is not included. There is a breakfat buffet at $16 per person and $9 per child. Upon review of the buffet it consisted of the same items as a typical continental breakfast. Overall it was ok. Room spacious and size fair

It’s really pitiful when a hotel charges $130 a night then customer has to pay $10 for a breakfast! At least they didn’t charge me to park! And they did have a coffee service which was good cause I couldn’t get the stupid coffeemaker in the room to work! Otherwise super nice hotel, very clean even with a renovation going on. Room was good, for a change the bed was comfortable and the pillows weren’t bad! Shower was super great except for showering in front of a huge mirror! And the toilet paper holder needs to be moved further toward the sink, it’s almost back behind you…weird! It was a nice place tho, close to the mall if you want to go shopping and some nice restaurants close by.

The staff was amazing, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service that was excellent. I would like to acknowledge Eva, Christian, Melissa and Alex! The property was clean, the rooms were very nice.I liked the bar area. I did not use the pool but it looked very clean. Great place to stay!

On August 17 at 11 PM, we encountered rude staff during our check-in. The next morning, we woke up at 8:30 AM to find our room infested with ants. When we reported this upon checkout, the supervisor responded rudely, suggesting we should have reported it sooner. It took me 40 minutes to check in. The front desk clerk was having issues with person in front of me checking in. Appeared to be lack of training. He was friendly but I was standing in lobby with my bags while my traveling companions were having drinks.

My company uses this property almost exclusively in Victoria TX but were turned away when we arrived at 12pm unless we wanted to pay $45 each to check in early. Very disappointed in this petty money grab from loyal customers.

Whenever we are in town my husband and I stay at this location. I was a little disappointed this time . Check out is at noon , we had our do not disturb sign on the door and the housekeeper still came beating on the door around 8am . And proceeded to open our door . Then around 1140 another housekeeper came knocking on the door asking if we were checking out . If the checkout is at noon I would have appreciated not being disturbed by the staff do many times !

The hotel building was nice. The people at the front desk were nice though had poor policy. Had no room service through my stay. I noticed in the afternoon a couple people had set their trash into the hallway which was not picked up tell the next day. I now understand why there were things in the hallway when I checked in. I sat at the breakfast table to eat. They took our food vouchers but never offered food.

There was nothing special about the property. The building was under renovations. The service was atrocious pending on criminal as we were charged an excessive fee for drinks that contained little to-no alcohol. This hotel is undeserving of the Hilton brand.
