Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast, continental style, was filling but ordinary. I find the location of this hotel is a big draw, as close to trams, most tourist destinations (eg, cathedral, museums, station, historic areas, river) but is on a quieter road.

Un hôtel sorti d’une autre époque. Décor daté, moquette des bureaux dans les années 80. Confort assez quelconque (oreiller, literie…). Le petit déjeuner est trop limité, et pas qualitatif. Choix faible. Produits industriels. Pas cher certes, mais ni bon ni varié. Emplacement stratégique et plutôt calme malgré le côté central, et personnel gentil une fois que l’on a dépassé le côté curieux du casque ou des AirPods qui crée une communication curieuse !

Entre deux déplacements professionnels, j’ai trouvé une chambre dans cet hôtel où le personnel a été professionnel et bienveillant. En effet, alors que j’arrivais après l’heure limite de Check-in, ils ont été arrangeant et compréhensifs. L’hôtel est situé dans une rue calme, le confort est relativement bon et la propreté aussi. Les locaux sont un peu anciens mais c’est aussi ce qui fait le charme de l’établissement.
