The room was very basic, not even a kettle. The guy at reception was more interested in his phone, not welcoming at all.

Booked this for my daughter who had an early flight back to the uk it says free shuttle bus on check in she was informed no bus was running it’s a 10 minute walk but she was on her own with 2 cases so had to book a taxi

They advertise a shuttle but they didnt have a shuttle available. They didn't offer to pay for the taxi ride either.
