The hotel was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were very friendly and professional, and made the stay very pleasant. The hotel is located just 50 meters from a parking lot and about a 2-minute walk from Stari Most — the best location. The hotel’s restaurant gets a 10 out of 10. I will definitely come back.

We ended up leaving and not staying as the AC in our room wasnt working and they were otherwise fully booked. Luckily, we found another hotel at 8PM that night to stay in. I will say, the owner was very nice and we were able to easily get a refund from Expedia (who called the owner of the hotel and he didnt complain). Overall, I think it would have been a great stay but the AC not working is a BIG issue for the hottest city in Europe. The surrounding area was great and right in the middle of Mostar.

Finding the place was a little difficult. It is located in the main market. Once we got that, the staff was awesome. They put us in the best cheapest close parking and helped transport our luggage. Our room was right over the market street and yet very quiet. Close walking distance to everything in Mostar. Highly recommend. Special thanks to Ena, who gave an extra effort to help and answer questions. Also great breakfast!

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is excellent—just inside the pedestrian old town, with a short walk to the famous Old Bridge. Parking is available about 50 metres before the pedestrian zone for BAM 20 per day, which makes it quite suitable for those travelling by car. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the price includes a hearty breakfast each morning. The accommodation is serviced daily. The only downside is that there’s no lift, so be prepared for stairs. Overall, a great stay in the heart of the old town

We just traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik, stopping in Mostar along the way and these were the best beds, pillows and blankets we had in all of Europe! Air conditioning was also excellent! Great location and great breakfast!!!! Would highly recommend.

Had never been to Mostar or B&H before but staff made our stay so easy and comfortable. They couldn’t do enough for you in an entirely unassuming way. They were like family friends by the end. Location was perfect for strolling around the sites and rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast up there with the best. Brought to your table with widest possible range of options to graze on. The location of this hotel is great. Right in the Center of old town. I had the deluxe double room. It was spacious and as clean as it could be. It’s very dated and old. The rooms all need a bit of a face lift. There was some mold on the wall by the window and in the bathroom. The curtains didn’t close all the way to block out the outside light. The breakfast is wonderful. It’s a traditional Turkish breakfast.

Everything is wonderful but it would be nice if we could have had our bins emptied as we stayed for three days. There was even a washing machine that we could use, wonderful extra. The rooms, the beds, the cleanliness absolutely beautiful. The stairs are very steep so be aware of this, but I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful property.

Perfect location for walking through the old town area. We felt very safe…no issues. Room was large and spacious for our family of 4. Very clean. Nice balcony/patio area. The breakfast was epic…absolutely a highlight with a range of food for everyone with traditional coffee, pancakes, omelettes, meat, fruit, cheese, breads…my boys still talk about it when people ask about our holiday!!! ;-) staff were all lovely.

They gave us the family room 106&107, located on the first floor (one flight of stairs above ground level). We are thankful to the staff for helping us with our luggages. The rooms are not spacious but just right for three of us. Wifi in the rooms were terrible. The location of the hotel is very good too, near the drop-off point and very near the old bridge too.

We were in the hotel annex, across the street from the main building. This may have been the cause of the problem but the wifi was awful. It kept dropping and I would have to reset it, if I wasn’t constantly working online. I mean, if I stopped for a minute. Not exaggerating. The room was over the main walking path to the Old Bridge, so it was noisy if that is an issue for you. Getting to the main sights in Mostar and finding restaurants was easy from this location. The actual room and staff were great. The breakfast which is included, was also good. Lastly, it was very close to a private parking lot, which cost about 24 marks per day, if you don’t want to haul your bags very far.

The location of this hotel is great. Right in the Center of old town. I had the deluxe double room. It was spacious and as clean as it could be. It’s very dated and old. The rooms all need a bit of a face lift. There was some mold on the wall by the window and in the bathroom. The curtains didn’t close all the way to block out the outside light. The breakfast is wonderful. It’s a traditional Turkish breakfast.

Our room was on the top floor of the building across the street. Small but functional for 2 small people. Noisy at night so couldn’t have the window open to hear the river. I have no idea what the main hotel rooms would have been like. Breakfast was very good . Had to pay for americano coffee though, just information Location was perfect for everything important to visit. Staff were fantastic … went out of their way to make our stay memorable

Hotel Emen was one of the best stays we have ever had! Fantastic service and friendly staff. We actually cancelled our planned trip to Dubrovnik to stay another night, just because of the staff and that we loved Mostar so much. The breakfast was lovely and we ate at the restaurant two nights. Both me and my three kids (21, 19 and 16) wants to go back!

Absolutely WONDERFUL!! Excellent location to walk over the famous bridge. The staff at Emen Hotel were so friendly, helpful and made our stay a joy. They even helped with our luggage up the stairs. Breakfast was generous and the variety of plates were outstanding. We love this place and would come back here in an heartbeat. And Mostar is beautiful to visit!

We stayed at a Deluxe Double room which is annexed to the Reception and Breakfast building, and it looks like the room has been recently refurbished. It was clean and spacious. The location of the hotel is the best - it's right smack in the Old Town and we walked to all the highlights. Public parking is only about 20m away from the hotel - you need to pay in the local currency at a self=service machine when you exit. Breakfast was included in our rate and it was a spread of about 20 small plates of mezes. Staff speak excellent English. We loved our stay!

Great location right in the walking area close to the walking bridge. Parking wasn't on site but nearby and you have to carry your luggage to the hotel as it's a walking only area. The breakfast was included and absolutely incredible, worth going just for that.

Location, location, location. There are wifi and tv issues. Parking is tough to find for free; I'm guessing it's impossible to find parking in the summer. Overall, worth it, as it was one of the most affordable hotels in the area.

El hotel está muy bien situado, en el inicio del centro histórico. Teníamos una habitación familiar que eran dos habitaciones comunicadas con un pasillo, muy cómoda para ir con niños. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno es espectacular. El servicio del personal impecable. Todo en el hotel es perfecto y totalmente recomendable. el único problema que tuvimos es que al hacer el check out nos encontramos que nos cobraron unas consumiciones que no nos avisaron que eran aparte (p.e: en el desayuno te ofrecen cafe bosnio o café normal...pides café normal y eso te lo cobran después sin haberte dicho que no estaba incluido. Y así nos pasó con varias cosas). Encontrarte esta sorpresa cuando haces el check out empaña la imagen.

Staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Liked the size of the room. However, they need some peges to hang towels and clothes in the bathroom.The shower has no curtain or door, thus splashing the water out and flooding the bathroom. Breakfast was included and wonderful. Dinner in the restaurant was tasty. Area where the hotel is situated was busy but interesting. Will strongly recommend while in Mostar

Excellent place in the old part of Mostar. Modern and clean. Staff was very courteous and helpful. They have a restaurant as well next door. Breakfast was included and served individually on table. Excellent choices but took a long time. Common balcony with great views.
