I had a fantastic 6 night stay at Naj Casa! I’m so glad I decided to go with this hotel. It was perfectly walkable to the beach, to the main centre, and to the ferry. The room was spacious and clean, it was simple but had everything I needed. The balcony, kitchenette and smart tv were a welcome addition. The best part for me was the pool. It was nice alternating beach days for pool days. The loungers were super comfortable and they got great sun all day. Having the pool bar right there was handy as well! Would definitely return.

Naj Casa Boutique hotel is very nice. I’m happy that we booked it. Our room was spacious and clean and included a microwave, a small refrigerator and ample plates, bowls and associated utensils. One liter of water per person was supplied each day. Toiletries were good as were the bath towels. We were given fruit juice and a face towel upon check in which was a nice touch. Front desk staff were excellent, check-in easy and we were shown to our room and given a tour of the features. Check-out was easy. There is a nice pool with loungers and daybeds and there is a nearby pool bar that serves drinks and food. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost on the top floor overlooking the pool by polite and very nice staff. Food quality was excellent. The hotel is a 10 minute, easy walk from the ferry and an almost equidistant walk to the main beach, downtown, and beach bar area. All in all one of the most pleasant hotels that I have stayed in anywhere.

Todo estuvo perfecto, desde que llegamos hasta el día que nos fuimos. Karina en el restaurante fue súper linda y nos ayudó con recomendaciones. Lo único que no nos gusto fue la limpieza de la alberca, estaba algo turbia el agua y para acceder al hotel hay que caminar por una calle donde hay un tramo en el que tiran basura. El hotel está muy cerca de todo.

Our stay at Casa Naj was incredible and actually above our expectations! Location - we loved that it was so close to the town, less than 10 minutes walking. But that it was not directly in the town, as it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Staff - they were so kind and helpful! Giving us recommendations and helping to schedule taxis and rides. Our flight was delayed, and we were chatting with the hotel on WhatsApp throughout our delays and they were helping us with transport. We are so thankful for this. Amenities - the hotel has everything you need. Was great to have a beach towel service to not need to pack a towel, but have a fresh one for the beach every day. Breakfast - the daily breakfast was quick and convinrent and very filling. The waiter staff up on the rooftop at breakfast was so nice too. Pool area - nice pool! Clean area, perfect for relaxing after a beach day in the day beds. We hope to be back to Naj one day! Hope to be back again one day!

De ligging is top, net buiten het centrum, maar alles op loopafstand. Kamer is ruim en schoon. Zwembad prima, helaas was het dakterras gesloten. Op het balkon is het lekker zitten, zouden iets meer zitplekken mogen zijn voor 4 personen. Hebben fietsen gehuurd bij het hotel, was goed geregeld. Stonden s’morgens klaar voor ons.

Really friendly staff, lovely pool and rooms with great air con. Clean and nice feel, quiet at night. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the town. Only complaint would be would be nice to have some umbrellas by the pool to provide more shade. Would definitely recommend

Hotel is very clean, beautiful & modern. I stayed 3 nights. The breakfast included was a great value, and with options! My room was spacious, facing the pool and courtyard. It had a small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker & panini iron. The pool is pretty but small, I didn't get to use it in the daytime much as there were families in it all day. It was nice to go in for a dip after dark, float and look up the stars. I loved my patio with comfortable chair hammock.

Naj Casa is close to the action of the El Centro but far enough to enjoy peaceful rest from the beach music scene. About a 4 to 5min walk gets you to the center and another 2 to 3min beyond the center is the beach. Outside of the hotel can be a little tricky navigating puddles and I can understand the rainy seasons could get frustrating. This is not Naj Casa's fault. You're visiting a sandbar NOT an island. Showing up with the expectation of paved roads will only hurt you. Taking Hernan Cortes to Tiburon Ballena to get to the center and the beach was the easiest and driest route! Adrian was very helpful with setting up transportation to and from the Cancun airport (door to door service) as well as arranging tours. Karina provided relaxing massages and always had lovely a attitude and great suggestions for our island stay. Mari carried my heavy bag up to our room without question. All of the staff worked hard to keep the space clean and inviting. Having a kitchenette with actual dishes, a mini fridge, coffee maker and a microwave made the room that much more cozy for sleeping in and enjoying leftovers. The only negative is the hot water runs out fast in the shower! It was a good reminder to save water by turning off the shower while lathering. My partner and I would absolutely return!

Muy bonito hotel, cerca del ferri pero algo lejos para la playa y los restaurantes del centro. Me hubiera gustado más que el agua de la piscina estuviera fría en vez de caliente para el calor. El desayuno muy completo, en general buena estancia. 👍

Naj Casa was a great choice for my stay on the island. The property is extremely clean, well kept, and the rooms are impeccables. The staff at the front desk are super friendly and accommodating. The open air morning breakfast on the hotel roof top is a convenient way to start your day. The area restaurants, small retail stores, grocery markets, convenience stores, street vendors, beach clubs, etc, are all within walking distance from the hotel.

Tras 15 dias visitando Riviera Maya topamos con este Hotel en Holbox por casualidad. Teas preguntar lleva 3 años abierto pero parece recién insugurado. Cuidado, limpio, reparan los desperfectos y hacen un buen mantenimiento. Sus trabajadores de 10, amabilidad en persona.
Tras 15 dias visitando Riviera Maya topamos con este Hotel en Holbox por casualidad. Teas preguntar lleva 3 años abierto pero parece recién insugurado. Cuidado, limpio, reparan los desperfectos y hacen un buen mantenimiento. Sus trabajadores de 10, amabilidad en persona.

Very nice hotel Clean room with ac and mini fridge, bed were confortable, nice pool, very kind staff, good breakfast included You can also get beach towel and iron They have a fridge near the reception if you want to buy cheap bottle of water ( cheaper than the beach club and resto) Pretty quiet around the hotel 5-7 mins from all restos and about 10 mins from the beach, no need of using the taxis I would 100% recommend this hotel

The actual hotel is fine. This is my 4th trip to the island but my first time staying at this property. Holbox always has an issue when it rains. The streets become muddy and there will be standing water in some places. However, Naj Casa had the whole street in front of the hotel full of disgusting water knee deep. We had two rooms booked. One for myself and my wife and one for my older father. His room did not have hot water. They attempted to fix it but could not. 4 days and no hot water. They offered to move him to a room on the second floor but we needed him on the first floor because he does not navigate stair well. Finally we lost power and water in the hotel. Losing power is always an issue on the island. However when it affects being able to flush a toilet it can really cause issues.

The hotel is conveniently located, close enough to town centre, but on a quiet street. The room was very spacious and had a large kitchenette with lots of cabinets, dishes, cutlery, small fridge and microwave. Our room was on the first floor and had a small seating area separated for privacy with lush greenery and easy access to swimming pool. The staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there and would stay again or recommend this lovely hotel.

Le personnel de l’hôtel est GÉNIAL, toujours prêts à répondre aux questions et demandes. Très bien localisé et à 5min à pied du centre par des chemins accessibles même après de fortes pluies. Petits points négatifs: la connexion wifi est très instable, pas idéal pour le télétravail ou netflix. aussi les chiens aboient dans la rue de l’hôtel très souvent pendant la nuit ce qui est désagréable pour les chambres situées de ce côté

Hotel is very clean, beautiful & modern. I stayed 3 nights. The breakfast included was a great value, and with options! My room was spacious, facing the pool and courtyard. It had a small fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker & panini iron. The pool is pretty but small, I didn't get to use it in the daytime much as there were families in it all day. It was nice to go in for a dip after dark, float and look up the stars. I loved my patio with comfortable chair hammock.

Naj Casa is close to the action of the El Centro but far enough to enjoy peaceful rest from the beach music scene. About a 4 to 5min walk gets you to the center and another 2 to 3min beyond the center is the beach. Outside of the hotel can be a little tricky navigating puddles and I can understand the rainy seasons could get frustrating. This is not Naj Casa's fault. You're visiting a sandbar NOT an island. Showing up with the expectation of paved roads will only hurt you. Taking Hernan Cortes to Tiburon Ballena to get to the center and the beach was the easiest and driest route! Adrian was very helpful with setting up transportation to and from the Cancun airport (door to door service) as well as arranging tours. Karina provided relaxing massages and always had lovely a attitude and great suggestions for our island stay. Mari carried my heavy bag up to our room without question. All of the staff worked hard to keep the space clean and inviting. Having a kitchenette with actual dishes, a mini fridge, coffee maker and a microwave made the room that much more cozy for sleeping in and enjoying leftovers. The only negative is the hot water runs out fast in the shower! It was a good reminder to save water by turning off the shower while lathering. My partner and I would absolutely return!

Decent stay for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean big rooms. Great location just 5-7 minutes to the center and beach which was probably the best feature for me. The thing I didn’t like is my room was all the way at the end and there was no view of anything at all from the balcony. Also because I was so far that the WiFi did not work at all. I booked last minute and booked the cheapest room though. Overall good value for the money.

Very nice hotel Clean room with ac and mini fridge, bed were confortable, nice pool, very kind staff, good breakfast included You can also get beach towel and iron They have a fridge near the reception if you want to buy cheap bottle of water ( cheaper than the beach club and resto) Pretty quiet around the hotel 5-7 mins from all restos and about 10 mins from the beach, no need of using the taxis I would 100% recommend this hotel

The staff here are amazing. They went above and beyond for our stay. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned every day. The restaurant serves good and affordable meals. They even gave me a surprise in my room for my birthday. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. It’s a quick 10-minute walk to the main square, so close but also far enough that it’s quiet in the evenings.

Our stay at Casa Naj was incredible and actually above our expectations! Location - we loved that it was so close to the town, less than 10 minutes walking. But that it was not directly in the town, as it was quiet and peaceful to sleep. Staff - they were so kind and helpful! Giving us recommendations and helping to schedule taxis and rides. Our flight was delayed, and we were chatting with the hotel on WhatsApp throughout our delays and they were helping us with transport. We are so thankful for this. Amenities - the hotel has everything you need. Was great to have a beach towel service to not need to pack a towel, but have a fresh one for the beach every day. Breakfast - the daily breakfast was quick and convinrent and very filling. The waiter staff up on the rooftop at breakfast was so nice too. Pool area - nice pool! Clean area, perfect for relaxing after a beach day in the day beds. We hope to be back to Naj one day! Hope to be back again one day!

Naj Casa Hotel is a ok hotel. It is clean and it has all the necessities. However, the service is very poor. They dont really respond you when you text them. Also, one of the staff members (guy working in the morning), was very rude. I was almost afraid of asking him anything because he would never help me. He wouldnt even let me switch my beach towel until every 3. day depsite that it has been raining non stop. Basically he wouldnt help with anything even when I lost my credit card and tried to charge me extra for the hotelroom key. However, the two other staff members working there were really nice and helpfull. Also the cleaning service was super + also very nice! + the people working in the breakfast restaurant was also very.

Nearby streets full of garbage and completely flooded. Not even local ATV “taxis” dared to pass through. The hotel was very nice and clean, it’s such a pitty that the entire town is littered with garbage. I believe hotel owners and restaurants should take action over this, as it’s a terrible experience for visitors to sort your way through trash and mud-water

Sehr schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Lage, ca. 7 Gehminuten bis ins Zentrum und 10 Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Sehr sauber und auf Grund weniger Zimmer ist das Hotel nicht überlaufen. Ein Minuspunkt waren die großen Wasserpfützen vor dem Hotel. Im Großen und Ganzen aber ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend. Location is brilliant, just a 5 min walk from the ferry. The food at the hotel was really nice and you’re just around the corner from the Main Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They even offered us a bucket of ice for our wine (that we brought!). The pool was lovely - we spent the whole first day there. A good number of sun loungers and two outdoor beds to relax on. The bar service was brilliant too. The only negatives were that it was a little noisy - construction going on next door. We were only offered one room key and were told we would need to pay a 500mxn deposit for a second one. Also, the power/water cut out at random points during our stay. We would still highly recommend staying!

Naj Casa Boutique hotel is very nice. I’m happy that we booked it. Our room was spacious and clean and included a microwave, a small refrigerator and ample plates, bowls and associated utensils. One liter of water per person was supplied each day. Toiletries were good as were the bath towels. We were given fruit juice and a face towel upon check in which was a nice touch. Front desk staff were excellent, check-in easy and we were shown to our room and given a tour of the features. Check-out was easy. There is a nice pool with loungers and daybeds and there is a nearby pool bar that serves drinks and food. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost on the top floor overlooking the pool by polite and very nice staff. Food quality was excellent. The hotel is a 10 minute, easy walk from the ferry and an almost equidistant walk to the main beach, downtown, and beach bar area. All in all one of the most pleasant hotels that I have stayed in anywhere.

L'hôtel offre un excellent service et hébergement pour un prix très raisonnable. Karina au bar et au restaurant nous a offert un service exceptionnel . Seul bémol, le restaurant ferme tôt le soir. Sommes tous nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous le recommandons chaudement.

Great value for money! We were so comfortable at Naj that ended up extending our stay many times. All the staff members were friendly and always ready to help. Location is perfect: easy to walk to the centre, port, beach. I would happily stay here again.

Pool and surrounding area is too small and people were putting their stuff on multiple loungers so there were no available seats at all during the week that we stayed. It was unfortunate because the beaches had a lot of sargassum and we were hoping to use the pool.
