In the gaming room people smoke there. It was hard to relax in the gaming room with smoker smoking in there. Had to take another shower and my clothes smell terrible from the smokes.

The front desk check in, parking, customer service was all very good. Can't fault it. Amenities were good, room was a bit outdated, shower in bathtub kept falling down and anaemic water pressure but beds very comfortable. My one gripe is that I'm a non smoker. The dining room is part of the pokies room and cigarette smoke wafts VERY strongly into the dining room. Reeks! My clothes stunk, and we had to eat outside. It's illegal to have smoke in dining areas especially when there's kids! People were also sitting near our room and smoking so we had to run the gauntlet to try to avoid the smell and couldn't open our windows for any fresh air. A possible good stay ruined by smoke. I won't be back.

We had great stay , the room was huge with a great bed and everything was set out great as well , the restaurant was great with service and the food was very nice , off the street parking and quiet , the reception was quick with friendly staff . The room was clean and tidy but the room smelt of bleach and the door was sticking and the bathroom door knob was broken and loose. Everything else in the room was good. Reception staff was nice and friendly and helpful. Parking was easy you could park outside your room.

Fridge only had 3 legs. When opened it fell forward. I had to wedge a bar of soap under it to level. Shower tap fell off onto my wife’s foot. A screw was sticking out 2cm of the bathroom door striker. The extractor fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. There were only blackout curtains on the windows. If opened the room was completely visible to the carpark & delivery area. The images on Wotif showed a shower recess, reality was a shower over a bath. Towels were worn thin. Deliveries early in the morning were very noisy.

An acceptable motel. Knew it was on the highway so there would be a lot of noise. Except for a few noons, the traffic noise ceased around midnight. Was not prepared for low flying light planes - one every half hour all night. Did not know this motel was in a flight path, so very little sleep. Bed very comfortable and good fluffy towels. Evidence of amateur repairs and needs a good makeover. Fine for the price though.

We spent our 3 night stay in room 108, which was listed as a superior king room. The bed was 2 single beds pushed together with the sheets and bed coverings holding them together. The window coverings where wooden shutters, whichever way they where tilted they let enough light in that walking around the room in the dark was no issue as it wasn't really dark. The shower was set above a bathtub, and didn't have much room under it even though I'm less than 6 foot (1.8m) tall. The water pressure from the shower was very poor, a bucket with holes hung from the ceiling would have been a better option. Temperature management was a challenge as well. The toilet had the seat changed at some point, but the replacement wasn't a great fit. To get the lid to stay up you either had to sit down or hold the lid to stop it closing itself. The room servicing team left the fridge partly open after checking if a top up of milk was needed, which meant that the milk and our drinks that where in the fridge didn't stay cold. This left the milk at risk of spoiling and being a health issue. Our next visit to the area will see us looking for alternative accommodation options.

The manager was incredibly accommodating and was super willing to help us with anything! The place is clean, but the door to our room (112) had gaps so you could see out through them! In saying that, it was surprisingly quiet. The neighborhood has not much to offer. Not sure we would stay there again

Check in was long and slow waited 20 mins for someone to come to desk. Staff not very friendly. Manager was rude. Pictures online the rooms have balconies in king rooms. Tv was slow and sluggish, booked two rooms for 3 adults each room only had 1 glass and 1 set of body wash and shampoo. Room was clean and tidy.

The food was great value for money and the service was excellent. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and accommodating no matter how big or small. Having a bar and gaming facilities onsite was a nice way to relax. Will definitely revisit The Ramada Hotel and Suites when back in Sydney.

Great place to stay, staff was wonderful due to my mistake I booked wrong room, however they up graded me to the one I preferred at no cost. Restaurant has great deals each night food is very nice. Only issue I had was the shower the water remained luke warm, if it was summer different story.

The first room I was given had a very strong unpleasant smell as if it was to cover the smell of cigarettes. All rooms are non-smoking. The second room was fine. The restaurant provide very nice meals at reasonable prices. The bed, king size, was comfortable and the room was clean. I would book the motel again.

Breakfast this is the 4 time we have stayed here and every time we go to Breakfast about 7.30 the food is cold or all the bacon is all gone or the eggs has all gone and you have to wait for them to cook more food i think this is the last time we will stay there.
