The room was very clean. We were disappointed to be charged $5 per hour to leave our bags until check in time, as it was pouring with rain. The check in process was rather chaotic, the cleaner was in a very bad mood. We’ve left our bags in storage many times over the years and never been charged before. Hotel was in Chinatown, great location. Rooms not at all soundproof.

You definitely can't go wrong staying at the guest house, it's an older duplex outside and totally renovated inside. I really liked the tile floors, you could almost see your reflection in the floors. All in all its a great value and transit is extremely close and Interesting business on Dundas and Agusta Avenue.

The property doesn't look impressive from.outside, but it's a whole different situation inside, absolutely spotless, ultra clean tiled floors, no filthy carpets. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. If you just need a comfortable, safe , place to stay I would highly recommend it.
