The furnishings in the room were not acceptable. Fraying materials on the recliner and fraying carpet. Bathroom needed updating although the shower pressure was good. The room was quiet and the area around the building was great for our dog. We were just passing through so breakfast included would have been nice. $50 pet fee seemed excessive, but then again, we are responsible pet owners.

This was our second stay after we were well pleased with our first stay. Upon entrance to the property both grounds and outside of building is well maintained and clean. A quick, easy, and friendly check in. Rooms and lobby are clean, appliances function well, plenty of hot water- quick! Food choices are close by if you do not utilize the kitchenette. The area is safe, sits next door to holiday inn express - joining parking lots, easy access from freeway and good lighting around the property.

Nice convenient parking, close to highway IHOP and Cracker Barrel. Needs new carpeting in the hallway plus updating but all in all it was a nice quiet place to stay with comfortable beds

I waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes. I finally call the hotel & someone appears. I was greeted by, “are you a reward member” ….well you can’t check in until 3. This was at 2:25. Not a pleasant word spoken. After checking in I was informed I would not have cleaning service-they only do that every 7 days. I guess that explains the live roach in the room. If I needed towels I had to bring them to the front desk & place them in a basket (they touched nothing). Only then could I get a replacement. No coffee or water in the room. You must purchase everything from a vending area downstairs. Hallway carpet bubbled up from some type of water damage. Very old key card system. Worst hotel ever. Will NEVER stay again or recommend.

This was our first stay at a Candlewood property and we enjoyed it! Staff was friendly and the room was spotless with NO smell! I was very happy about that. I would like a breakfast included in the price and free bottled water. We will stay again and will try other properties!

This was not my first time staying here. Maybe my 10th and this was by far the worst. This property has gone downhill so horribly! The rooms were filthy. The elevator was filthy. Bathrooms dirty. Bed looked like someone slept in it and tried to fix the covers back. Horrible! I will not be back. Huge waste of money

The floors were sticky. The sheets had a terrible odor. The vents had a terrible odor. We had expected two queen sized beds. One was a pull-out bed through the sofa which was okay but the mattress had blood on it. We had to request sheets for the fold out bed as the room didn’t have any available.The sheets on both beds made our skin burn/itch. We will not be back .

Needs a good coat of paint on hallway walls and doors. The bed sheets had blood and hair on them so we had to ask the front desk clerk (she was very polite and helpful and was the best thing about our stay) for clean sheets and we personally changed the sheets. The rooms are on the verge of needing fresh paint and will soon need a deep clean.

Overall our stay was good. Great location. Had a couple issues with the room. Heat did not work and toilet backed up. It worked for out overnight stay though. There are a lot of choices in this area. I may pick something else next time.

It was really OK. It was generally clean. I wasn’t impressed with the condition of the carpet in our room and the bathroom door could’ve used a wipe down, especially around the handle. It’s not a big problem, but you think for the price we could go ahead and get a little breakfast on the house Overall I have to give you four because of those things so it was pretty good and I would stay there again
