We had RO. Had the option to buy breakfast for 100 SARs however decided against it as previous experience with breakfast at this property was not good. There was a Jakarta restaurant in the vicinity.

**Please be aware this is NOT a 5-star hotel** We were very disappointed and shocked to arrive and realise this hotel was not 5-star as we had booked from the UK, but a 2 or 3 star hotel. Rooms are very small, barely room to walk. Toilets are very outdated however they were clean. Plumbing issues, water was dripping from above into our bathroom. Stained towels Breakfast was a chaotic experience, not enough space for people to move around so people end up pushing, grabbing food, etc. Not enough seats so everyone stressed out looking for a chair to sit down with the family. Dinner is a calmer experience. Food choices are extremely limited, one or two meat dishes, a rice dish, and a pasta dish. The chicken was pink inside so we left it. Soup was delicious and there were two different soups every day, freshly made. Desserts were good, fresh cakes daily which I think were ordered from elsewhere. They do not clear tables fast enough, hardly any staff to do so. Even if someone cleared the table, the next person who is meant to clean and set the table does not come, so the tables are just left dirty. We were told we couldn't sit on the side of the restaurant that looked clean to us. We could not find a clean table to sit down. After a few minutes we found a member of staff to ask. Paid ~£200/night per room for what is essentially a 2-star hotel. Very close to haram, walking distance, however you have to cross a very busy road. Very close to door 339 and near women's prayer area.

There is a MAJOR ERROR in the electrical wiring in ALL rooms. The bright ceiling lights and the individual sockets and bedside lamps are on the same circuit so the bedside lamps won't work if the room lights are off. THE only independent socket was by the desk. Luckily I travel with an extension cable.
