There was no washer/dryer that I had access to in the studio. The wifi didn’t connect and there is no way my car would fit behind the fence to park it, so had to park on the street. Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

Proximity to central Orange is excellent with Cook Park across the road and Orange CBD just a few blocks away by foot. The accommodation was excellent and well appointed. It was easy to access and use, parking was also easy. We would happily stay again if we had the need to visit Orange.

The property was clean and new looking. Apartment number hard to see from the street as it was raining heavily. Enjoyed the stay , and would recommend. The only small problem was a loud gutter dripping next to the downstairs bedroom , which made it hard to sleep. It was raining heavily.

The position was great loved the spot close to everything, but, the room needed a good clean as did the entrance. The shower shelf and tap handles were loose and the drain was blocked, smell of mothballs was overpowering, TV reception was hit and miss, pictures displayed online were not all of the actual room booked. Shame because it could have been a perfect stay

This was a great place to stay - quite central especially if you like feeding ducks or doing other great things that Orange has to offer...and it has a lot to offer. The owners were friendly and respectful of my privacy. They let me arrive several hours early, without notice and all the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Room was great. The TV was a little small compared to what people are used to now, BUT it was probably about the biggest size that would fit the space provided. I didn't turn it on anyway (I can watch TV at home). All the stuff you would need was there - good sized bathroom, well equipped kitchen and really comfy bed. I would stay here again and hope to again under better circumstances than a quick trip for a funeral. I do love Orange and this accommodation puts you in the heart of the city.

The three bedroom Unit is modern, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. The small courtyard out the back was perfect for my husband and I to take in the afternoon rays and drinking hot chocolates in the early evenings (3-5 May 2025- a little chilly 9 degrees at night). The Unit is approx 5 mins. drive to the main street in Orange - Summer Street. We enjoyed 3 days in beautiful, historic Orange visiting family and wine tasting at the many vineyards in the area. Ellen and Norm. From sunny Townsville QLD.

Great Location and very private. Kitchen although lacked basic amenities such as tongs, peeler, towelling etc. Also, communication for check-in was quite poor, although property manager did apologise.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment, which was very good. It’s important to note, though, that this apartment is not near a park, which was disappointing. Some clothes washing powder/liquid to use in the washing machine would have been a nice addition.
