Hot room with an air conditioner that did not cool.Laundry drying machine did not work properly. Staff seemed indifferent. Many of the doors in the hotel drag on the floor and need to be trimmed. So late night and early morning all you hear is doors dragging on the tile which keeps you awake and wakes you up.

Perfect location - a short walk from Termini Station. Spacious rooms with large bathrooms. Very clean and tidy. Quiet at night even with a window opening to via Cernaia. Excellent restaurants and ice cream a short walk away. Friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend.
