The room: large and nice. Plus for a fridge. Quiet and peaceful. Location: right by the central trainstation. Easy with transportation to and from. Breakfast: very good. You have to pay for luggage storage, or early check-in, so I recommend arriving at check-in or later, and leave directly when you check out.

Very friendly staff, clean and large room, great location next to train station and the surrounding area was clean and safe. The only thing we didn't like was they charge to store your bags (we've visited 9 hotels in 6 countries on this trip and they're the only one who charged). They offered us to take the early check in fee instead, which came with a room upgrade, but I didn't like having to pay extra for a service others offered for free.

Great place to stay to explore Berlin. Right next to the main train station so very convenient for public transport and you could not hear any noise from the station in your room. Also an easy walk to the Reichstag building. Parking garage on site. We did not eat breakfast there - many cafes close by. Only negative was that the fire alarm went off at 5am and we had to evacuate - but hopefully a rare occurrence. Would stay here again.

The stay was good. Service perfect and location excellent. Very clean and tidy apart from the carpets in the corridors. The room was simple almost DDR-style but the batheoom was top notch. I was going to give the highest marks but something happened. On the the day of my departure I wanted to store my suitcase for some hours. I was made aware that the hotel had started with a digital system where you were forced to PAY for the storage by the hour. Very expensive too. I had stayed there for four nights spending a lot of money. Then the want to charge me for this service. I have tralelled the world for many years and I have never experienced this before. I will NOT come back!

Es gab einige Probleme mit Staub. Da ich eine Stauballergie habe, konnte ich dadurch zeitweise kaum richtig atmen. Dieses Feedback habe ich auch der Hausverwaltung mitgeteilt. Ich habe ihnen gesagt, dass möglicherweise ein Problem mit der Lüftung besteht, da diese Staub ausstieß. Nachdem ich die Lüftung ausgeschaltet hatte, war es erträglicher. Staff was good and welcoming but the room was not properly cleaned.

Kein Hinweis beim Einchecken bzw. im Zimmer, dass es frische Hand- und Badetücher und Zimmerreinigung nur auf ausdrücklichem Wunsch an Rezeption bis 20:00 Uhr des Vortags gibt. "Hinweisflyer" an der Rezeption ist sehr idyllisch geschrieben und gestaltet und lässt eher an "Frohe Weihnachten" denken: Kurzum: "Neue" Nachhaltigkeit (Personaleinsparung) statt Kundenzufriedenheit. Früherer Hinweis im Zimmer: Wenn frisches Handtuch...dann das gebrauchte..auf den Fußboden....sind weg die Zimmer wurden früher täglich gereinigt.

Bisher immer sehr zufrieden gewesen, aber seit diesem Jahr nicht mehr. Zimmerservice muss bis 20 Uhr Vorabend gebucht werden, welches auch getan habe, aber dennoch leider keinen einzigen Zimmerservice bekommen habe. Lüfter Badezimmer defekt gemeldet, leider keine Reparatur während Aufenthalt. Eine Deckenlampe defekt, Gardine hing teilweise neben der Aufhängleiste. Hat leider nachgelassen.

Booked this hotel since it was near the Central Station..I think that was the advantage of this property. I also availed their breakfast which was lovely and with plenty of options everyday. My main concern was housekeeping was only if requested, no toiletries provided except for a small vanity pack with cotton buds and cotton pad. Also, the pillow was not like a pillow at all? It was flat. I had to request twice before I got another one. The bed was queen sized but the duvet was for very small. For the price of this hotel, I’ve expected better service. Some of the staff seemed unapproachable but the rest were friendly and accommodating.

We stayed in room 107 and it was so hot. We mentioned it to the front desk 2-3 times but nothing happened. The hotel is convenient, since you’re across from the main train station. Not sure if we’d stay again though since we didn’t get much sleep for 4 nights (from the heat)

Chosen for its proximity to the main train station in Berlin, the hotel provided good value on other fronts. The staff are very helpful, the building is modern and well decorated. Public spaces are spacious and nicely furnished. The buffet breakfast is among the best we have had. My only critiques are that the room, while it had excellent storage, was small for two people to share for five nights. The chairs provided for seating in the room are very upright and rigid, as though one were waiting for an appointment. And the bathtowels are among the smallest I have ever seen at this price point - felt out of alignment with the overall quality.

部屋は広々として清潔で、窓が大きく開放感があり、夜も静かで快適でした。冷蔵庫があったのでよかったです。無料の水(炭酸水)が一本置いてありましたが、普通のミネラルウォーターを置いてほしかったです。マイナス点を挙げるとしたら、シングルベッドの幅が狭い為、体の大きな方は窮屈に感じると思います。また、シャワーを浴びている時にドアの下から水が漏れる為、バスルームの床が濡れてしまいます。

I stayed for 5 nights in early October. Temperture outside was a high around 58F, 14.4C. And low around 48F, 8.9C. My room temperature varied between 24.5C and 26.1C, 76F and 79F. Way to warm for me. I am used to interior being 70F to 72F. 21C to 22.2 C. I contacted the front desk on the first night, and they sent someone to my room who confirmed that the Air Conditioner was not working. He also confirmed that when I opened a window that it would not help cool the room at all because it just sucked air out the window that was coming into the room thru the warm vent, even though the thermostat was powered off. He said the front desk would get a hold of me later that night. No one ever called me that night with recommendations. I went back to the front desk to find out what they were going to do. The front desk told me they had no note on my account concerning my complaint. She sent up a different person to check out my Air Conditioner, he used a device to read the air coming out of the vent and stated the lowest teperature possible coming from the vent was 24.5. He called the front desk and told them that all is normal. I spent a lot of time in my hot room sweating. Could not get any real restful sleep.When I needed some relief, I could go and spend some time in the lobby where it was closer to 21C 70F. Shame on you The rest of my experience was excellent.

It’s okay. Basically a travelodge with a nice lobby. The staff aren’t especially friendly and the bedsheets are small and thin. The lights in the room are sketchy. However, it’s close to Hbf and inexpensive.

Service nimmt von Mal zu Mal ab. Wegfall der Tageskarten, Nutzung von Zimmern vor der CheckIn Zeit (das ist vll sogar verständlich), kostenpflichtige Gepäckablage, Wlan nur gegen Erstellung eines H-Reward Profils …. Da fällt es einem schwer den Service- und Gastgebergedanken zu erleben.

Ett bra hotell i ett bra läge. Tyvärr var inte bemötandet det trevligaste vid incheck. Efter ett flertal mail hade (trodde) jag checkat in och fått en qr-kod. Den funkade givetvis inte i maskinerna, och blev då tvungen att checka on över disk. Och man kände sig inte direkt välkommen, övrig personal var ok.

Com exceção do atendente turco que fica durante a noite, o resto da equipe é pessimo. Nao me deram o free city ticket que é direito de todos que se hoispedam em Berlim. Me hospdei em duas oportunidades, uma entre dos dias 25/12-26/12 e essa ultima quando estava finalizando minhas férias. Na primeira forneceram no meu quarto chaleira, na segunda falaram que era aoenas em um tipo de quarto. nao avisam que o hotel nao aceita dinheio em especiie, tive de pagar a estadia no cartao sendo que nao há aviso disso no anuncio. por sorte tal fato nao me prejudicou mas penso em quem nao tem opcção: dealhe, chegamos no hotel as 22:15, se tivsesse que procurar hotel esse horario seria um grande problema ainda mais considerando que estaavmos no inverno. NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDAREI NESTE HOTEL E SUGIRO O DESCREDENCIAMENTO DO MESMO PELO HOTEIS.COM

Very long que to check in, self check in computers were not working, when checked out heard another guest be offered free travel if they sign up to the rewards scheme- we were not offered this. We also asked to store our bags which was great and free of charge however we had to then wait for 4 other guests to be checked in/served before our bags were put in the store room. We had no tea or coffee / kettle in the room either which seems odd as all hotels have this. Other than that it was good.

The Intercity Hotel has been nice and clean, with very friendly staff and great amenities. It was in a walking distance to the Main Station with transport links to all parts of Berlin at hand. The Hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite being close the Station. The breakfast was offering good selections and my ask for gluten-free bread was quickly sorted! Highly recommended Hotel indeed!

Die Kommunikation zwischen Empfang und Küche wegen Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten hat leider nicht gepasst und sollte verbessert werden. Darüber hinaus war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm - Personal extrem aufmerksam und freundlich, Betten hervorragend, Sauberkeit gut, Aufenthaltsräume schön, Erreichbarkeit top.

Carpet in rooms were stained black. Headboards where people put their heads were stained black. Hotel didn’t have our reservation when we arrived. So we waited and hour and a half before finally getting our room. Conversely, its conveniently located to train station and has an awesome but overpriced breakfast

Clean and comfortable stay. Didn’t appreciate the automatic door in the lobby - smokers would linger and the smoke would pour inside. Kitchen service closed fairly early - had to Uber food in one night. Bed was OK but extremely low to the ground. Bathroom was the most renovated, which was a big plus. Courtyard view wasn’t the greatest, but quiet and no cigarette smoke coming in from the open window which was a plus. 5 minutes from the main train station was a win and easy commute to the main attractions. Would recommend!
