Stayed 2 nights

We had booked this hotel months before our stay. We 2, 70 yr old ladies, due to train cancellations and delays, arrived quite late at night. We just needed to have a shower and get into bed. When we arrived, there were a number of people booking in. It looked like there would be a conference at the hotel. Lots of people in suits. Anyway, when we got to receptionist, was told they were overbooked and had put us into a different hotel. They would pay for taxi. So, with wheelie walker and our suitcases, we had to wait for taxi, drive to new hotel, ho through registration again and then get to our room. By now it was well after midnight. I thought this was very poor on part of hotel. The new hotel was fine, but they could have informed us before late at night. And as we had booked months before, l am sure we were not the last to book. Will not recommend this hotel as ibviously, money means more than their customers.

Walking distance from Central Station. 24/7 reception, clean bed. What I missed was a kettle in the room to make a late night tea.

Stayed 5 nights

The room was clean but we had to ask for the room to be CLEANED everyday, otherwise your room would not be cleaned for 3 days. The staff at checkin and for requesting information were not helpful at all; you have to figure it out yourself. The restaurant was ONLY open for breakfast at 21€/person and was NOT open for any other meals. We walked around the corner and ate breakfast at a coffee shop, there are a few within easy walking distance. The bar was declared open but when we stopped there, the bar tender?, ignored us so we departed. We never saw anyone at the bar during our entire 5-day stay. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep in. A little thing..the shower provided 2 shampoos to use but no body wash…the body wash receptacle was at the sink…go figure. Bottom line: for the price we paid, we would not stay there again; there are nicer hotels near by and just as convenient to the main train station.
