Have stayed in numerous Holiday Inn Express hotels and this was by far the worst. Desk clerk was nice. Everything else was terrible.

They gave us the wrong room. We had to stay in a king room instead of 2 queens. With 3 people.

Checked in room, low water pressure and no hot water. Figured it was just staff doing laundry for hotel. Woke up next morning everything still the same as day before. Checked into new room after front desk said they didn’t know what the problem was. Same issues with new room. On the way back to front desk a cleaning lady asked if everything was okay. So I told her the issues and she said that they had been experiencing these problems for a week. Terrible communication from the management. They should have notified everyone checking into hotel about the problems, before trying to take people’s money!

Water heater went out and took a day to get it fixed. My truck was stolen out of the parking lot!!!
