The staff is very attentive and I felt very secure at this location however the cleanliness was not to to par although they did give me supplies to fix my room how I wanted it to be as far as cleanliness. They don’t even use mops but rather old towels on a broom.. haven’t you heard of a swiffer?!

This is a fairly new hotel. The rooms are classy and the layout is perfect. Parking is well lit and infront of your room. It is a small hotel, so, no walking forever to get to your room. It felt safe and secure.

Horrible place to stay. The staff was rude and the rooms were dirty. The do not have bathtubs like they told me they did. Was there about 20 minutes and parking lot was full of cops. We loaded up the car and found another place to stay

Dirty sheets. Had hair all over the pillows. Hair all the bath towels. Nasty housekeeping!!!!!

The room is so dirty, the hair is everywhere on top of the bed. The bed with a dirty sheet.

The bed sheets had stains on them, the room smelled cigarettes, the mirror in the room was broken, the floors were dirty and the bath towels were dingy and dirty. The television doesn't work it was hard to relax with all the traffic and noise there.

On arrival looking from the outside I thought it was going to be nice. The desk worker wasn’t really helpful when asking questions. The room was humid and the place wasn’t really cleaned. It had grass in the bed don’t know how, burnt spot on the covers and it was a non smoking room. They had spider webs everywhere and two things were taped on the ceiling. Lastly, our towels weren’t the best looking either.

It was SO NICE staying at a new hotel. It couldnt have been cleaner. Generally it was very comfortable too. Only thing was the chair by the desk is reclined and is nice for relaxing but not so great for working for a couple of hours at a laptop. But thats a minor inconvenience I can easily tolerate for the comfort, convenience and price of everything else associated with the hotel.

There was blood on the floor in the bathroom and by the bed. No wash clothes or hand towels in the room. The room smelled musty and nasty.

Very clean. Looks recently remodeled. Very nice and quiet!

Very nice room. Comfortable bed and a/c blew really cold. It was perfect for our needs and the price was spot on. We will certainly return ago.

Beds are awesome fluffy and firm sleepy like a baby.

Everyone was nice and the rooms are pretty nice. Overall, it has been a pleasant stay.

Arrived August 28 and realized I'd accidentally booked the 27th...was still in New Orleans when I booked late that evening. Front desk staff at the Crystal were not willing to make any accommodation. I suggested I still needed a room. The lady ignored the request. Maybe a language barrier Said he'll with them and found another place to stay

I had an issue that came up at work and I was not going to be checking in until 5:30. I attempted to call the man which I’m guessing is the owner when I told him I did it through Expedia completely cut me off would not allow me to finish when all I was trying to do was let him know, I was gonna be a late check-in and I also wanted to know why I was double charged but yet he would not let me speak whatsoever then when Expedia tried to call him, he hung up on them and refused to speak to them as well.The man that works on the property I’m guessing is the owner is a horrible, mean, hateful person, the room had an odor that was ungodly. The beds are uncomfortable. I heard the man say ugly things about me to the lady, I’m guessing his wife, while checking me in, I should say attempting to check me in. She actually checked me in, because he refused to. They don’t allow any guests.If I could give it negative stars I would. I am baffled at how it had such a great rating online.

Clean and very friendly cost efficient service

The room smelled like pets were present. I asked to change rooms as the first room smelled Like dog and has stains in the sheets. The room smelled thick and needed to be aired out. The manager was courteous to tell me to choose a room. Each room was the same smell. I settled with what smelled least like dog. The sheets and towels were not washed and I realized I was sleeping on stains. I was with my child and it wasn’t the best experience. It was tolerable to say the least

Room keys would not work, several times desk personnel had to be contacted

Had a pleasant time quiet stay. I stay here when I’m in town pretty often.
