Excelente ubicación, muy buen trato! El desayuno no es la propiedad, por ese motivo no hay porque co tratarlo, está lleno de lugares alrededor. No tiene parking. Teniendo en cuanta esas cosas lo recomiendo.

Gostamos muito principalmente da localização e do café da manhã. A cama é excelente, travesseira e lençóis. Chuveiro muito bom também. Quarto limpo e arejado. Quando chegamos achamos bem estranho, pois o prédio é bem antigo. Está dentro da ZTL., então se for de carro impossível de entrar.

We were in walking distance of the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain we got Uber’s anywhere we wanted to go. The people were so nice. They ended up letting us keep our luggage there until we checked out later in the day and they have a sweet little café area upstairs that they let us use the restroom and have coffees and wait for our ride. They also provided transportation from the airport, which was very reasonable. We will stay with him again before we leave Italy.

Great Room. Great Location. They are setting up the room every day but didn't replace towels (just took the old ones) so we found ourselves with no bath towels (reception is working till 8PM) and used the hand towels. The elevator is not so useful (starting from the middle of the floor and ends in the middle of the second floor). Anyway besides that (not awufel at all) it is a great place to stay.

The only good thing about hotel is its location. There was a lot of noise in the morning and at night. We didnt have elecricty which means cooling and hot water 1 full day in july. There was a breakfast option which you can buy but you need to walk outside. The cafe serving breakfast is not also very good

Very clean and nice property. Very helpful staff. We definitely recommend this place. Easy access to all major locations. Plenty of restaurants to eat around. The building and area was safe and clean. Room and washroom was clean and tidy, unlike majority of places of Rome washrooms did not have any odour and felt clean.

The property and staff were lovely, but the room I stayed in seemed to have mold on the ceiling that led me to develop some mold related respiratory systems that lasted for the duration on my stay. Otherwise the location was great and I felt safe and clean staying at chic and town luxury rooms

Did not enjoy my stay at this property at all. Of course, there could be worse, but I definitely had a hunch before coming that I was not going to enjoy it much based on some reviews. For one, the best part was the excellent location. The room was not at all impressive, do not be fooled so much by the very clear and nice looking photos. My room looks very much like a motel room. The first night, I noticed that there was blood on the bed cover and so I asked them to please change it, which was done. The shower is incredibly tiny and kept on leaking. And the room itself wasn’t the cleanest, as when we arrived there was a lot of hair etc on the floor. If you don’t care too much for your room and like the location, then go ahead, if not, there are definitely much better properties at the same price I paid for this one that offer much more.

We really liked this property. We had 4 rooms for 3 nights. Room 204 was very small and the bed was smaller than the others. Room 203 said their room had a slight order. Rooms 206 and 202 were perfect.

Too noisy until 12:00 am. Sound comes from a night club I couldn’t sleep until 12 am. There is a night club next to the hotel and the music doesn’t stop until 12:00 am. It was so noisy!!!!!!!! In my case it was the Thursday night.

Great location. Within walking distance of Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, and the pantheon. Not too far from coliseum either. Breakfast was good and that place wasn’t far either. Staff was super friendly and helpful through the whole process. Very communicative and responsive when we messaged them before the stay. Would stay there again!

Ubicación excelente, queda cerca de todo lo turístico. El desayuno es bueno, lo sirven en la esquina de la calle no en el mismo lugar. Limpio y cómodo, persona amable. El único inconveniente fue que al momento de reservar puse la edad de mis hijos de 14 y 17 y al llegar, en el hotel los tenían registrados como bebés por lo que me hicieron cargo extra para poder quedarnos.

A equipe ajudou bastante. Tive um problema inicial no self check-in pois o numero que deixaram estava incorreto. Um outro hospede me ajudou mas notifiquei a equipe para ajustarem. Os horarios de trabalho é das 8h as 20h. Se chegar depois sera necessario falar atraves de um telefone.

Worst experience of my life! The rooms AC was not working and this hotel did not give a damn. We stayed 7 nights and paid a premium price for this stupid hotel. Everyday the staff had excuses. Every day they would be like technician is coming, then they were like spare parts are coming then they were like manager/director is coming. But guess what none of that ever happened. Just excuses and stalling. We asked for another room and they didn't care. We asked for a refund and they would avoid us. They told us to open the windows if it's hot. But it's center of the city it would be too loud to sleep if we kept windows open. And we have a little kid But they don't care obviously. They eventually made up a story that all the rooms are central AC and every room has the same temp. But again that was a lie we stepped into another room during cleaning and it's AC worked fine. Which of course they had more lies and excuses saying the window for that room is open. It was closed I saw it with my own eyes but they are soooo good at gas lighting. The bathroom has no vent and the room and bathroom constantly have a fishy smell. The wifi is soooo slow! The pillows were thin and there was no wardrobe or closet to store anything. They don't refill the coffee stuff either. Our entire trip was such a hassle because of this hotel and we spent so much money for a luxury hotel experience haha no luxury is far from what this was.

This hotel was perfect, close to the train station, and really is in the heart of Rome. Things like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps were 3 minutes away. As a first time traveler the staff were so helpful in helping with directions, suggesting modes of transports, and even called a taxi for us, when we had no idea what to do. Great experience would stay there again!

The location is fantastic — just minutes from the Spanish Steps (4 minutes), Trevi Fountain ( 6 minutes), and Piazza Navona (17 minutes) However, the A/C wasn’t working properly and couldn’t be fixed. The concierge said the housekeeper would check it, but the issue remained. The hallway was cooler than my room, which felt like a furnace. The housekeeper did try to check on it but was a bit intrusive and rushed to clean even after I said I needed more time, likely because housekeeping leaves early. It’s understandable since this is a guesthouse, not a hotel, but it did feel inconvenient. I was also recommended about a rooftop (Terrazza Borromini) but because I asked for recommendations. The rooftop required a reservation a heads-up in advance would have been nice. Staff was super friendly and helpful through the whole process. Very communicative and responsive when we messaged them before the stay. Would stay there again!

Excellent séjour à Rome et à l’hôtel Chic & Town. Chambre conforme au visuel. Très agréable, hormis bruit du climatiseur. Chambre surchauffée et linge de toilette changé chaque jour! Quartier formidable entre place d’Espagne et fontaine de Trevi, avec nombreux transports en commun. Une adresse où nous reviendrons.

Great location and the room was in a very good condition even though it is in an old building. Spanish steps and Trevi fountain were minutes away walking and plenty of nice cafes and restaurant also minutes away walking

Gute Lage zwischen Trevibrunnen und spanischer Treppe. Sauber und sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer könnte etwas größer sein ist so aber absolut den Preis wert. Kleines Cafe in kurzer Entfernung für das Frühstück. Alle waren sehr nett und haben sich viel Mühe gemacht.

The staff was excellent and more than helpful! Fantastic location near numerous monuments, restaurants and shops. The hotel offers breakfast at a nearby restaurant; a great breakfast and value (many locals eat there as proof of quality). The room was clean, comfortable bed.

La habitación preciosa y el trato excelente por parte del personal del hotel. Situacion muy céntrica y cerca de atracciones turísticas. El desayuno del hotel que se ofrece en un bar cercano muy bueno también. Si volviéramos a Roma sin duda nos alojaremos allí de nuevo

Fint hotell centralt i den historiska delen av Rom. Nära till Fontana di Trevi och bra bussförbindelser till andra delar av stan. Frukost serveras på ett kafé några gator bort. Trevlig personal där. Trots högljudd trafik och mycket folk nere på gatan var rummet tyst och lugnt. Enda lite trista var att det finns verkligen ingen utsikt - det är en innergård på nån kvadratmeter långt nedanför fönstret så man ser andra väggar och rör och fönsterluckor. I övrigt mycket fint.

Great location. Super safe. Nice shops around as well as beautiful historic buildings and sights. Reno works happening in hotel so entry a bit dusty with cables hanging out wall etc and some noise during day. Not bad though. Bathroom did have a bit of dust. Our room was very large though for Europe and the sofa bed and cot provided were extremely helpful to have use of. We did really enjoy our stay. Breakfast in the cafe nearby (5 min walk) was okay. Not amazing but decent enough food albeit in a pretty shabby cafe. Overall a pleasant stay.

The only good thing about hotel is its location. There was a lot of noise in the morning and at night. We didnt have elecricty which means cooling and hot water 1 full day in july. There was a breakfast option which you can buy but you need to walk outside. The cafe serving breakfast is not also very good

The place was fine, nothing more. Definitely not a 4-star experience. Nice central location, but dated interior, especially in the bathroom. 1st night, the buzzer on the door started buzzing insanely loud with no end - just as we had tugged in for the night. Had to eventually call the staff who fortunately fixed it 1 hour later
