Great location right on the trolley line in downtown Little Rock. Friendy and helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms within walking distance to all attractions. Great onsite parking to store a vehicle overnight.

2nd visit nice accommodation parking not so good had issue with parking validation first morning good 2nd morning despite paying in advance for parking was charged at kiosk when front desk was notified was told would take parking off which did not happened so I was doubled charged

We completely enjoyed the pool! The room was also very clean and I loved that it had a kitchen where i could prepare meals and not have to spend money eating out for every meal. My grandson (age 7) and I did a fun weekend away before school started back. We were able to walk to the Museum of Discovery and the Inland Maritime Museum as well as explore the Riverfront Park and walking trail. We had a wonderful time.

The hotel is s bit shop- worn. Frayed fsbrics, cabinets that had been slammed shut once too often. While it was nice to have an adjacent parking lot, at check-in and out, you had wheel your luggage around the property, as the lot was only reached by outside stairs. And little things, like a very limited selection of teas (tea drinkers are regularly discriminated against. )

We had to park in a highrise public parking after a concert late at night because the hotel parking was full and no valet parking was offered. Unsafe for women. A very amiable employee checked us in and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and very clean, a plus.

I only stayed one night to attend a concert; about a five minute ride or twenty minute walk to Simmons Bank Arena. This is a well kept Residence Inn (although seemed somewhat older) in a great location. The room was in immaculate condition when I checked in, as you would expect from a Marriott owned facility. If in Little Rock for an extended stay or business my room had a workable kitchenette, a couch area to relax and watch TV and a sizeable desk to get some work done. The bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a decent size and I really appreciated the large walk-in shower. The only two downsides (at least for me), (a) I was not expecting to be charged for parking. I have stayed at other hotels in this area where parking was included. And (b) my room faced one of the major streets so the street noise was a nuisance until the early morning hours. If you are a light sleeper, like I am, I’d ask for a room not facing the street.

Bathroom had dried feces around the base of the toilet. You could tell the rooms were not cleaned very good. We were there for a funeral and it was the nastiest unsanitary bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel room.

This hotel was in a great location, parking was easy and dining options around the hotel were plentiful. The room was spacious and quiet which I appreciated. I had to call twice to have the room made up which was a bummer since I was there four days, three nights. When the maid came, she was wonderful and my room was very clean.

The room seemed well-appointed until we tried to turn on certain lights and found three fixtures not working. The toilet had pee on the seat. The bathroom floor did not look like it had been washed. Black marks came up easily with a little soap and water on a washcloth. How come they couldn't do that? The shelf under the TV was missing several supports and was cockeyed in the bookcase. No one noticed this? The shower door hinge was coming apart and the door seemed precariously perched on its hinge. The room was a great size and we loved having the extra space. But that's why we booked the room in the first place. The bed was not comfortable. We travel quite a bit and these days, most hotels have pretty comfortable mattresses. All in all, this hotel seemed tired and in great need of updating. Your location was amazing and we would love to stay with you again but we recommend taking better care of the facility.

One of the best hotels my family of 4 has ever stayed at! Staff was WONDERFUL (front desk team is amazing and loved our bulldog too). Place was the perfect location for walking around downtown and shopping etc. And it was SO CLEAN all throughout the hotel. We will be back again for sure next time through Little Rock!

The property is in a good location. There are lots of eateries and pubs within walking distance. Parking here was awesome! Super easy! Now…what I hated about it: 1. It wasn’t clean. I found long dark curly hair on our bath towels. 2. The hairdryer was disgusting! It had all of this sticky stuff on it with hair stuck to it and a filthy filter. 3. The customer service was mediocre. Polite but absolutely did not go out of their way to do anything for us. 4. They only clean your room once every three days. 5. They don’t provide enough towels and washcloths. 6. The bathroom smelled like pee!! Gross! While I didn’t see dried pee, you could smell it. We actually went and bought Lysol wipes to clean the place ourselves.

Our room was clean except for a can of beer left in the fridge and a packet of coffee hanging from our light fixture. Not sure what was going on there. The beds were super firm. The pullout mattress had no padding. We had to put a comforter on it but it was still straight springs. Customer service was good. The employees were polite.

Staff was super friendly and the room was actually super clean. UNFORTUNATELY..... the bed I think was from the 80's or older (although the pillows on the bed were great), and the dam springs would randomly pop throughout the night. The only other issue was with the sofa. It may have been older than the bed and unfortunately made it really hard to relax. Like impossible. Honestly, if it had not been for those issues and a couple of other very minor issues, and the very, very, bad breakfast, I would have given an overall rating of 4 stars, if not 5 stars. They are so close.

I LOVEEEDDD the fact that my room was a suite! I had my own little kitchen area and a sit down area to eat. A living room area and a big walk in shower! Ugh my bed my bed my beeeddd was EVERYTHING!! I'm definitely requesting that room again.

This property is set right in the heart of the river market District. It is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The rooms were very nice. They had nice little kitchens in them A big comfy couch. Nice size bathrooms.

Rude & unprofessional staff. This place seems to be run very poorly.. also I was double charged and have called the property 3 times with no help. First time the person took my information down said he would call back but that was a week ago no one called me. Second time I was told they have no clue what I’m talking about and I need to talk to a manager but no manager is there that day. Third time I was told a manager would call me back.. again no call back. Seriously reconsider staying here.

Stayed there for 2 nights. Room was on the 5th floor. Nice, clean, quiet, and peaceful. Staff was friendly and helpful with local information. Within walking distance to the local restaurants, bars, and liquor store so I didn’t mind the parking fee.

After a mix up in our reservation which was paid in advance through Marriott and Expedia the staff was rude and and continued to be so so through the next three nights. To include no maid service or cleaning of the room. We had to track down our own towels and trash bags. We ended up locked out of our room on multiple occasions due to their mix up of our reservation and technical defects with the door. We thought this would be a perfect spot for our frequent visits to Little Rock but this stay has certainly changed our minds.

I was hesitant at first because a few bad reviews but glad I went ahead and tried it it was really nice and quite very comfortable. Room and parking was better than I was expecting would definitely stay agin it was close to all everything downtown

We were passing through Little Rock with a dog and needed a pet-friendly hotel that was convenient to downtown and I-30. Residence Inn Little Rock (Downtown) fit the bill. Great location. This is a very convenient location for someone going to the Simmons Bank Arena. The room was great. However, at the free breakfast they served chocolate milk was expired from 3 days ago. I was completely disgusted because I took a big swig and had a month full of clumpy chocolate milk.

Came to Little Rock for family plus it's nice to have your place to go to as opposed to staying with family. But overall, great stay and very relaxing and quiet. Breakfast was great because I still have to work. Will definitely stay there next year when I come for the holidays.

It was a very nice hotel among a lot of older buildings. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the residence inn. I loved the cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was good & free.
