Room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and check in was very smooth - everything was completed within 5 minutes!

the staff is great and very helpful. the location is convenient. but the building needs rework. the rooms are full of little bugs, the room has a smell like the place was flooded and it dried. the hall on the floor where i stayed smelled very humid. the breakfast buffet doesn't serve what is shown in the website photos. no Danish cake, fruits are limited to watermelon and papaya.

Facility cleaning is not enough. Laundry serevice : they foget to deliver and in next dsay. Breakfast: Indonesan food ad sometimes Korean food. No car park area for the Car picked me up
