Disappointed for the amount of money it cost. I typically do not spend this much but i thought "you get what you pay for" and i expected MUCH MORE for 2 nights @$540.00. I had a very important test to take Monday. The rooms were NOT sound proof at all, the pool was closed all Sunday do to someone had gotten sick in it (I understand things happen) BUT there was no one to clean out the pool for the entire day so i was told. Monday breakfast was running late so i was unable to eat there before a State test i was taking. I would NOT recommend staying here.

It’s too bad the hot tub wasn’t working but other than that the property was great and the staff was amazing

The location is convenient but the streaming and premium channels were broken with no repair details and the hot tub had a sign saying closed for one hour that stayed one for three days. There no notice of any of these issues. Poor food selection for breakfast. Definitely not what I would expect from a Marriott

The hotel is doing renovation and my room was spacious and remodeled . Very comfortable. Due to renovation pool was closed but they said we can use the pool at a near by hotel. I passed because it would be too inconvenient and it’s cold outside the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

I booked this room with Expedia as it was pet friendly. There is nothing on online booking about a pet fee. When I checked in at 9pm on a Friday night in the summer I was told about a $150 non refundable pet fee. Instead of taking a chance on trying to find another room I paid it but this is just bad business.

I loved the property and the room we stayed in. The staff was excellent and very friendly and welcoming! The only thing I had an issue with was that the handicap parking area was not shoveled and there was ice and snow which made it difficult for my disabled husband.

I wanted to give this a higher rating, but there were some major issues that they\'re dealing with. First, The good. We loved the location (close to shopping, but a little hard to find). We also loved the room layout. The "mini" apartments were so cozy and great for visitors. However, when we arrived we were told that they had just fixed the hot tub--which they have had problems with. However, when we tried using the hot tub, we discovered that it was still broken. (We had chosen this hotel based on 3 criteria--location, pool, hot tub. We reported the issue on Friday. The staff were very accommodating, but it wasn\'t fixed on Saturday, either. Also, one of the rooms we were staying in had no hot water on Saturday morning. (We took cold showers to get on with our day.) I reported the problem and this was fixed upon our return that day. The staff reported that they were overdue for a remodel/update to their facilities. I hope they take care of it, because we loved the rooms and location. We would stay there again--but only if everything was fully functional.

The hotel was clean and very well equipped. The check in and check out was easy. The staff was nice and the breakfast selection was great. The only thing was that the pool water looked dirty and the hot tub was out of commission. And I was looking forward to some pool time since its July.

The kitchenette was nice, had scrub mommy for doing dishes. A little cramped as the stove top was right next to the fridge. Overall it worked. Microwave was good, heated evenly and rotated the food. Shower was big, but I couldnt keep water from bouncing out of shower. (No tub) Breakfast was standard warm fare (scrambled eggs, cariety of sausage, bacon, frittatas, breakfast biscuit sandwich, oat meal, yogurts, waffle maker (only 1, but displayed the time), juices offered were apple and orange, coffee hot and cold brew, milk, cereal. Fresh whole fruit, apples, banana, oranges. I didnt see any mixed fruit. I also didnt ask. Good seating across several areas. Staff was helpful and friendly. Washers were $2.50 cleaned the clothes, dryers were $2.50, but left the clothes damp. Pool was nice in appearance, I did not use. Hot tub was full, but out of order. Room was spacious, bed good, and lots of seating options from counter or sofa with moveable table to desk with chair. TV swiveled so could watch from kitchen or bed.

Stopped on our way to Boston, never been to Albany choose residence typically fresh and clean. Room was clean halls were not. Carpet was old and seemed dirty. The mattress was really firm I prefer a little softer . Was giving an ADA room not sure why I didn’t ask for it. Other than that it was fine

However, there was one major issue that detracted from my stay: the overwhelming smell of urine that wafted out of the bathroom, especially during the night. My bed was near the bathroom, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Despite reporting the issue to the front desk, the problem persisted throughout my stay. In summary, while the suite had many positive aspects, the strong odor from the bathroom was a significant downside. I hope the hotel addresses this issue for future guests.

The pool area was disgusting with gobs of hair and use Band-Aids all over the floor. Our room had burns in the sofa, and the sofa bed was not made up. When I asked for it to be made up, I was handed a pile of sheets, and a blanket. The living room floor had some black gunk that was stuck all in the carpet. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers that have been broken off of the wall. They were left on a ledge in the shower. The entire hotel was well worn and when I sent my comments to the hotel, the assistant general manager got back to me and was like oh well we’ll try better next time.

Sheetrock on ceiling started to fall down in the kitchen, I argued for a new room, when I got into the new room the couch looked like it had been chewed by a dog. The kitchen floor was dirty. The complimentary breakfast was by far the worst hotel food I’ve ever eaten.

Hotel is in dire need of renovation. Many of the electrical outlets did not work. The mattress was a boat with a noticeable dip in the middle. WiFi never reached full capacity and streaming services on the television never worked.

The property had a fully functional kitchen that was really great and a full sized fridge. You can defiantly bring food with you to cook and utilize the kitchen a lot. They also have silverware and cooking stuff in the kitchen, when I say fully stocked, it was actually useable.

Easy to access, right off the highway. Across the highway was shopping and food, and next door was the mall. Real easy to hop on the highway and get to the MVP arena. The room was perfectly cozy with a small kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom. The living room and bedroom both had TVs. Overall extremely happy with our room. We where disappointed that the pool was not a heated area or heated. Too chilly to swim. I would absolutely stay there again.

Neat and Clean. Front desk and breakfast area need more visible service people. We had to find someone to check us in, office was wide open with no one in sight. At Breakfast there is no one checking on refilling items when they are gone. Like Coffee, cups, cereal toppings, silverware. I helped a youngster with a spill, no one was around to clean up the floor. Hotel is good except for this area.

After pre paying the management dropped the rooms and put us in a lower quality hotel way out of our way without even discussing it with us prior

Room was supposed to be ready at 4 o’clock. We were told at check-in by the chicken lady who was lovely by the way, that the room was not ready and she was checking with the housekeeping department, which was short staffed to see when it would be available. She kept mentioning Expedia, when referring to the room, which makes it feel as though those rooms don’t take priority. Offered us a smaller room with one bed, which wasn’t going to work for us since we needed a room for 4 people. We left the hotel. Not knowing what time that the room would be ready we decided to go to Crossgates mall and since we then also had not heard from them at 6 o’clock, we decided to go to dinner. I received a phone call at 6:13 PM from the front desk saying our room was available. The lady on the phone and apologized. We finished dinner, which took a very long time, and did not arrive at the hotel, until after 8 o’clock. Some downfalls of the room there is no water pressure, we were given two towels for four people, and there was no dirty linen bag. The hotel in general was lacking in general niceties/necessities. Empty hand sanitizer in lobby, no soap in the men’s room, no paper towels in the ladies room, and there were no towels continuously in the pool area. On the night of the 28th I called the front desk for towels for the pool area and the front desk person brought us four towels to the pool area which just happened to be bathmats. I have a picture of it. Won’t stay again. Sorry.

Booked a 2 queen room for my wife and adult daughters. Was given a king room with a pull out couch. SO UNCOMFORTABLE!

Perfectly nice Residence Inn, as you would expect - great kitchen and layout. Very quiet and serene. Exactly what we needed. (We forgot that when we booked it said free breakfast and the staff didn't remind us at check-in so we missed it - being in a new time zone and all.)

We had traveled for a comedy show from Long Island it was literally a three minute walk from the hotel everything was absolutely perfect clean comfortable the bed was comfortable the staff was kind I 100% would recommend this hotel

Our hotel was very conveniently located just off the highway, so getting to and from was very easy. The hotel had a nice little kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and microwave! I would recommend this location and would stay here again.
