Seems like a very new property. Very clean and modern. Large spacious room with kitchenette. Parking around the building is tight. Not many spaces against the building, but there are a couple of parking lots about 100 ft from the front door. The property is well-lit outside at night. I felt safe walking my dog around the property before bed.

We booked this hotel last minute after changing our family vacation destination last minute. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids 16, 11 & 11) checked in Saturday evening and checked out Wednesday morning. The employees were very nice and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, the kitchen area supplied us with everything we needed to fix our meals (you can ask the front desk for an electric skillet since there is no stove). The pool was clean, and plenty of clean towels. My oldest spent some time in the gym which was also very clean and put together. Breakfast was wonderful, plenty to choose from and the seating area was well kept.

We chose to stay here based on the impeccable reviews it has on Expedia. We just needed a quick hotel for a couple of hours overnight while on a roadtrip. We checked in at midnight, and got upstairs and once we went to lay down we realized the sheets had random strands of hair and some other unknown substance on them. On top of that, the Wi-Fi didn’t work and I rely on that for work. The toilet also wouldn’t flush and the water pressure was terrible. The decor was a bit outdated too which personally bothers me a little bit, and it didn’t look that way in the photos before booking. But overall, obviously the dirty sheets were the main issue. Do not recommend.

The room was dirty - dirty shower, hair on towels, toilet dirty, etc. There was no parking that was near the hotel for us to park our vehicle over night - all the spaces were taken. Stayed here to hopefully have a better hotel experience, but this was no better than the “cheaper” hotel experience and we paid double the price.

This is my second time to stay at this location. both stays have been great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms and common areas were clean. The water pressure is great, which is a nice welcome after a long day's drive. We'd definitely stay there again.

After a long day of driving, we were SO glad to check in at this hotel! The staff was friendly. The rooms/bathrooms were spotless. The beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee the next morning before heading back out on our trip. It was our first time staying here, and I'd totally stay here again.

Over all the hotel and service was pretty good. Upon going into the room it smelt very musky, but we thought it was just from cleaning materials. Then we smelt urine when we laid down in bed. I smelt the beds and they smelt fine and i smelt the carpet and it reeked of urine( not animal) we went ahead and stayed in the room since it was late. I told the front deak and they appologized and said it must be the A/C SMH

This hotel was lovely, spacious, and spotlessly clean. It featured a small kitchen equipped for quick meals, complete with dishes and utensils, as well as a dishwasher, sink, microwave, and fridge. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and there was a pullout couch bed available. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and parking was complimentary. I'm thoroughly impressed with my overnight stay; the room had a wonderful scent.

Only complaint is the pool noise. I was in room 201, above the pool. Kids swimming and adults enjoying a beverage is great and fine, but having the radio up loud enough to feel the bass in the room was a bit much. Just made me turn up volume on the TV, which I'm sure the person next to me did not like. Otherwise a GREAT hotel! thanks

Overall a great stay. I would recommend staying again. However I would highly request to not stay in the same room. We stayed in 207 and it was so loud due to being right above the pool. After 10:15 I attempted to call the front desk to see when the pool would be closed but no one answered. It was finally quiet sometime after 11pm.

Very nice hotel, only down side is my room was facing I-30 so there was noise from truck traffic all night but the hotel is not responsible for that. I use a white noise maker which helped some. The bed is quite firm so I was not able to sleep well, continual cramping of legs. One of the nicest features was that the television had apps on it so I was not confined to cable television. I was able to choose what I wanted to watch. This is the first hotel that I have been able to do that and it was great.

It was a great stay. I would really like to highlight our experience with the desk staff in the morning. I asked Jeran about possible scenic routes from Hot Springs to Bentonville. She said she wasn’t familiar (which is fair) but while we were having breakfast she researched that. She approached us to tell us what she had found for some possible routes. That was so appreciated. That is really going above and beyond!! 5 stars for Jeran!!

I looked around online, this room was comparable to other places with a lot more amenities. You won't be sorry. Brandy checked us in. She was very helpful and took time to share good places to eat. Our suite was spacious, inviting, clean, and updated. All of the staff was friendly and professional. The lobby coffee was fresh at 7pm! There breakfast was fine, but if you're wanting something hearty, there's plenty of choices within walking distance, i.e., minutes away. I will definitely be checking out home2 facilities in the future.

Overall a great stay. I would recommend staying again. However I would highly request to not stay in the same room. We stayed in 207 and it was so loud due to being right above the pool. After 10:15 I attempted to call the front desk to see when the pool would be closed but no one answered. It was finally quiet sometime after 11pm.

Overall the stay itself was not bad, but the bed was not terribly comfortable. However there were some issues that were not necessarily under the control of the staff: Our check-in time was 3pm, but at that time there was only power in half the hotel and they were unable to check-in any customers until around 6:30pm. The elevators were dow2n as a result of the outage and until the system was powered again the poor desk person had to walk everyone to their rooms anytime they came down and needed to get back in their room due to the inability to use key-cards. More proof that MORE technology is a bit of a hindrance.

The Microsoft outage caused the employees to not be able to provide us with room key cards. So every time we needed something, they had to go back to our rooms with us to let us in. They were fine at first, but seemed to get inconvenienced by us when we went down to get things out of the car, etc. I understand that the Microsoft issue wasn’t within their control- but it wasn’t within ours either

Our stay was very pleasant with a great atmosphere. Very nice room and very clean. The shower flow was a disappointment at trying to rinse long hair. It was a great location being so close to restaurants. I would highly recommend it and plan on staying again.

Nice, very clean property, spacious suite. Only negative I have is breakfast starts at 7am. It should start a bit earlier for travelers that have early starts. We left at 6:55am and it didn't even look like they were preparing to "open" it up. Would have been nice to grab a muffin or coffee on the way out.

This location was great for my trip. Just a few minutes from the airport. I have stayed here several times, and always get an exceptionally clean room. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast buffet is great, many options and very tasty. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was wonderful, but when we came down for breakfast at 930 there was not much of anything left and the staff didn’t seem interested in making sure that the five families that were there got anything to eat.
