Very welcoming staff and very helpful. I ordered food using the QR code in the room and the only issue I had was that I was under the impression that it would be brought to my room. So when I went down to find it, it was cold by the time I got it. Also it didn't specify where the food was coming from so I had to get a hotel staff member to help find the correct restaurant. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly though.

Bad: The beds were incredibly hard and worn towards the center. We didn’t have a remote to turn off our TV and the way it was mounted, it couldn’t be unplugged. The light on the thermostat stayed brightly lit throughout the night. There were no amenities after 10 pm when we arrived other than a coffee shop. Our toilet wouldn’t flush. Parking was weird to navigate with having luggage to bring in and out. Good: The shower was amazing. The room temperature was very pleasant. And the pillows were nice and fluffy. The mini-fridge was insanely cold. Everything appeared clean.
