I mean, this place is just perfect. Perfect. 10/10. Everything you want in a BnB is covered (perfect location, attentive and friendly staff, clean, amazing breakfast, quiet rooms, free parking in a part of town where it's impossible to park, quaint and historic vibe). Then add things you don't expect - three types of free wine (replenished), free sherry, free soft drinks and bottled water, homemade cookies, cooling fragrant towelettes, a genuinely heartfelt personal welcome). Just stay here. Its perfect.

Location was great. We could walk to all the sites we wanted to visit easily. We had parking on site! If you have never visited St. Augustine you don’t understand how huge that is. Our room was large as was the bathroom. They both were exceptionally clean. The breakfast was fantastic as was our cook, Mel. All staff was friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, decent amount of space in the rooms and common areas. Lots of little amenities: soda, water, wine and brandy, cookies, coffee, tea, etc. Bathroom clean and functional with a spa tub. The Innkeeper was marvelous (Marcia) and couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend Centennial and will be back next visit to St. Augustine. Great town - lots to do. First time there in 50 years and had a great time!

My husband & I really enjoyed our stay in the Safari room. The nice touches like cream sherry on the mantle in a beautiful decanter with glasses, a whirlpool bath, and luxurious bed were very nice. The staff were very friendly & professional. The nice touches downstairs of fresh baked goods, fruit, and multiple beverages being available at all times was very nice. The breakfasts were delicious. We loved the coffee & purchased a bag of the blend made for the inn by the Screaming Peacock Coffee company in St. Augustine. It was great to be in the historic area & able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The only thing that would have made a trip better was if the fireplace in the room was a working fireplace & if the shower door was not in need of repair.

Trust me, stay here! The breakfast was incredible and they accommodated my gluten allergy. You're given a free parking pass as well as complimentary snacks and wine. Any other hotel in the area is far more expensive and far less charming.

Everything was as advertised and very nice. The location is just a few blocks from the center of the historic district. The breakfasts were made for us individually. Coffee wine hot chocolate water and soft drinks were always available on a complementary basis. The bathroom soaps and lotions were very nice. I can't think of anything that needed to be Improved.

Couldn't ask for a better location, which included parking, a premium in the heart of the district! Sandy, the owner and our host, was lovely. The inn serene and hospitable, enhanced by thoughtful features and gestures like a cold, lavender-infused washcloth awaiting you after a hot day of strolling around the picturesque town; an assortment of hot and cold beverages including wine; house-made cookies. I had some reservations about being on the first floor with the main hall right outside our door but those were quickly dispelled when we discovered breakfast was served in the b&b across the street (also owned/operated by Sandy); so no traffic or noise to contend with, inside or out. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable stay and we'ld go back in a heartbeat!

Carriage Way Centennial was exceptionally clean and well-appointed. Centrally located and an easy walk to the historic area and antique stores in Abbotsville area. Lots of places nearby for food, drink, and treats. Would definitely recommend for a stay in St Augustine!

Everything was superb, we forgot toothpaste and mini ones were available. The bed was wonderful and comfort. The room and shared areas were spotless, we will be returning soon. The location was so close for us to go to eat, shop and to the fort. The staff were truly exceptional and breakfast time was a delight.

We had a great time at the Carriage House Centennial. Staff is the best and they really go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Our only con was the bathroom liner was disgusting and not a nice sight to look at after a long day walking the town and just wanting to take a hot shower and relax. We would definetely come back.

Trust the pictures. Our room was exactly as shown. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The view is superb. Lots of spots to sit and drink complementary wine, soda, water and munch cookies. Bath amenities are first class. Everyone there is friendly; staff and guests. Breakfast is a standout. Their chef can bake! Peach cobbler croissant French toast? Yes please. Even the coffee is outstanding.

This was a fabulous B & B. My husband and I stayed in the room above the garage. It was absolutely perfect. I was detached from the main house, so we had complete privacy. It was like a beautiful studio apartment. Would stay there again and again over any hotel. Loved loved loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the Carriage way, the only thing was we were on the street side of the house and it was noisy in the morning so next time would pick a different room. Overall it was a nice place to stay and easy walk to downtown.

The place was very nice as well as the staff. Just disappointed that the air conditioning was not working properly the first night. Other than that it was good. The breakfast had an option if you didn’t want quiche which was great and They had the best scones ever.

One of the best Bed and Breakfast I’ve stayed in St. Augustine. The location is unbeatable, you’re literally steps from all the attractions and best restaurants and shops. The rooms are beautiful and clean, beds are very comfortable and the bathroom at “The Gentleman’s Quarter” where we stayed was huge and had a very nice hot tub. It was equipped with everything you would need, nice robes, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and even feminine products in case you didn’t bring any of your own. The food served was delicious every day, and they even offered mimosas! They also had an amazing selection of coffee, teas, sodas, wine and even freshly baked cookies that we had daily during our stay. Whenever we go back to St. Augustine (because we go frequently) we will definitely stay here again!

Do NOT hesitate to stay here! The location is outstanding for a visit to St. Augustine and St. George Street. Walk to everything! Check in was a breeze. We were greeted warmly and given a full overview of the amenities that include free bottled water, cookies, wine and chocolates! We had a nice time chatting with other guests in the common room, too. The breakfast choices were a Southwestern omelet (with real eggs!) or warm danishes and fruit cups - yum. The only negative was the hot water in the shower. The first shower only offered tepid water. The second use of the shower was sauna-like! Parking is conveniently located right across the street.

The hosts were fantastic. Extremely friendly and very accommodating with our every need. I would have given it 5 stars across the board but there were two things I didn't like. The first was the lack was water pressure in the shower. The second was that the bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain water. These are just pets peeves of mine when I travel. Otherwise an outstanding experience and I will stay there again.

From a very friendly welcome to a very gracious departure, we were very impressed with this bed & breakfast within walking distance of all the sights of St. Augustine! The room was clean and spacious, the amenities were great from an in-room jacuzzi to complimentary cookies and beverages (and great breakfast). What really set the experience apart for us was the wonderful service from the staff (especially Jessie and Marcia!). Highly recommend!!!

I would stay there again , all was well located close to everything . Only little complaints were 1 breakfast did not know menu and options until I heard another man asked if he wanted usual eggs and ham , they need to put up chalk board with items available. Second they need to inform that doors are locked after 5 and use side door with room

Loved this bed and breakfast. It was perfect for our needs. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The scented towels were great when you came back to the property they made you feel special!!

The location is great, close to everything in the downtown historical district. The house we stayed in was under renovations which did not make it ideal. Breakfast at the Carriage Way house (across the street) was cramped and crowded. The breakfast(s) were good. It was nice to have a never ending supply of water and the homemade cookies/brownies were a nice touch. The wine and port could be upgraded. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
