他の方々の投稿同様に、清掃が完璧で気持ちが良かったです。部屋も広く、天井も高く、洗面所の配置(引き戸で全開したり、閉まったり出来た)のせいもあるのか、とても広々としていました。私達は使わなかったのですが、24時間OKのジムもマシンがたくさんありましたし、温水プールも素敵でした。真っ直ぐ歩いて5分で崇文門という地下鉄駅がありますし、近所は何でもある場所で、本当に便利でした。スタッフも皆さん親切でした。(私達には英語が出来る方が対応してくださいました。ちなみに私達は英検2級レベル、中国語は全くですが、ホテルの方々始め、北京の方々は皆親切で、初めての北京訪問でしたが、何の問題もありませんでした) 是非また北京に訪れたいですし、こちらのホテルに泊まりたいです。

The moment we checked in, we had a great experience at New World Beijing hotel. Not only did they upgraded us to a bigger room (for free!) but all the facilities are beautiful. Love the pool and spa, the rooftop bar (good cocktails and nice view) and the restaurant is delicious. I will recommend to include the breakfast in your booking. The location is very convenient (close to a lot of attractions) and all the recommendations made by the concierge, Fisher, were wonderful. A big plus is they have a strict no smoking policy, contrary to others hotels we went. I will highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel is centrally located and ten minutes walk from subway station. It is not a highrise but a ~12 story building so not much view from the rooms. My wife and I stayed in a Premier Residence Club King room. It was a massive suite of ~800 sq ft. with 1.5 baths. This is probably the nicest hotel room we ever stayed in. Room was clean and everything works as expected. Club rooms include afternoon tea, happy hour, and breakfast buffet, which was good with both Chinese and Western options. Indoor pool is big enough for laps. Staffs (front desk and house keeping) are all friendly and helpful. Pool staff even lend me her swim cap as caps are required for pool use. We will definitely stay here again next time in Beijing.

The hotel is beautiful, as was our room. The staff was exceedingly nice and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the lounge. I would particularly like to thank the concierge, Fisher Zheng, who arranged a terrific tour to the Great Wall and Summer Palace, with our wonderful guide, Jennifer. In addition to being an excellent guide, Jennifer recommended two terrific restaurants near the hotel.

It was an amazing experience. We've felt welcome and greeted, upgraded as gold hotles.com member. The room : one of the best hotels and staff ever experienced. Some of the best fitness rooms and pools ever seen too. And again....young and always helpful. We travel around the world since decades and i can just say like i rarely do, I hope to be a guest again of the New World hotel Beijing.

The hotel staff were all very lovely and helpful. The first room we were given had an awful smell and it did not appear to be very clean. The staff moved us to a different room right away. I think the hotel - once upon a time was very grand, but the rooms are a bit tired looking. Location wise, it’s not too far of a walk to some of the main attractions like Tiananmen Square and some of malls.

The hotel is located inside the 2nd Ring, where most of the historical sightseeing spots located. Since mid November was not busy travel season in Beijing, at time of check in, I requested a free upgrade to a bigger room and the staff was nice enough to give me a bigger one. There is a 1/2 self service pastry stall in the lobby which has my favorite chestnut cake. The nearest metro station is about 15 minutes walk, that I think is a bit far away. The first day I arrived Beijing (11/16) the temperature was zero degree and windy. It would be too cold to walk to the metro station. For the few days I stayed at the hotel, I ended up using taxi most the time instead of subway train. In November the city already turned on heat. My room was facing west and window was locked/unable to open; the room got very warm and I had trouble falling asleep in a " hot room" . On the third day, I had to call the service desk to check if I could have air-conditioning turn on. The answer was no and the housekeeper came to unlock the window so I could got some air! Overall, the hotel is nice, clean and room is spacious.

The furniture in the room is too old. They should put more towels, big and small in the room instead of just two each. The bed is too hard. Overall the interior of the room could be rated 3 star at the most in a 5 star hotel.

Very bad. We had booked four nights, but as soon as we arrived (due to a canceled return flight), we asked to cancel the last night. No understanding. So we asked to exchange the cost of the last night we didn't stay for additional hotel services. No way. They said hotels.com and Expedia should take care of it, not them. Truly awful. Just as awful as hotels.com and Expedia. Two real disappointments. They didn't cover anything. A terrible experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at New World Beijing Hotel and I must say it was an exceptional experience from before arrival to Beijing to the end of the trip. Fisher Zhang, Chief Concierge and Lily – Front Office Staff were very helpful; helping me with our airport transfer and advising me how to go about booking for attraction tickets. Upon checking in, I was greeted by the friendly and efficient staff who made the process seamless and hassle-free. They were professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs and preferences were met. The level of customer service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The room itself was spacious, elegantly furnished and very clean. Overall, my experience at the New World Beijing Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel's attention to detail, warm and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable.

Concierge Robin was kind enough to upgrade our room and provided complementary late checkout. Hotel was tidy, the only issue was that the 8th floor smelled heavily like cigarettes. This should be looked into as it affects those that are asthmatic (like my sister and I) and suffer from migraines (like my sister) since the smell triggers the migraine.

We love the convenient location. Walking distance to Tianmen Square, Temple of Heavens and subway. Nice amenities. Staff was professional. Conciege was very helpful when we asked for some local sightseeing and transportation tips. Suggest more English language training for staff as the hotel overall appears to be tailored to westerners to a significant extent.

The New World Hotel is a perfect option.The place is clean,service is perfect , breakfast and lunch have a huge selection. The A la Carte restaurant on the 2nd floor is Michelin Star level and more importantly the Concierge Fisher , is the most professional and nicest person in China.
