Very relaxing hotel. It is no longer adults only, but still maintains a calm and pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was varied with plenty of choice and good quality food. The snack bar also offered a wide selection of meals and cocktails. The lifeguard did an excellent job managing the sunbeds, so there was always good availability.

Super Pool. Wir machten eine Spanienrundfahrt keinen Badeurlaub. Dafür war es ideal, Service sehr gut. Defekter Kaffeekocher wurde innerhalb von 10 Minuten getauscht. Ronda und Gibraltar gut für Tagesausflug erreichbar. Sehr viel Leistung fürs Geld.

Estuvimos recientemente. El hotel esta muy bien. Localizado a mitad de camino de estepona y Marbella. Las suites son espectaculares. El internet muy rapido. El desayuno muy bien y con un servicio fenomenal. Tuvimos un pequeño problema de mantenimiento que solucionaron rapidamente. En general la gente es amable. Creo que un gym mejoraria aun mas el hotel. Volveremos.

Poolen var bäst och att det fanns så många solstolar tillgängliga för gästerna! Gratis parkering! Lättillgängligt, stor balkong med härlig utsikt mot palmerna och poolen. Allt var bra!

Gym is old and rusty equipment.. Dangerous drains on the floor treadmill lining could injure someone as its been lifted from the floor.. The gym needs completely renewed with modern equipment. You cant train probably at all.. The mats are the only thing thats good. The spa is lovely. The staff are great, very helpful and polite great with local information and assist you in every way. The food is delicious very good breakfast. Its near a few restaurants... Easy to get a taxi.

Even though the hotel is older, its well kept and well laid out. Rooms were nice and everything was clean and tidy.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. One of the first things that stood out was the ease of parking. We rented a car for our trip, and the hotel’s parking facilities made it incredibly convenient. No hassle, plenty of spaces, and a secure environment left us stress-free right from the start. The staff at Senator banus were phenomenal. From the friendly front desk personnel who greeted us with warm smiles to the helpful concierge who provided excellent recommendations for local attractions, every interaction was pleasant and professional. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here. Our room was immaculate, thanks to the amazing maids. Each day, we returned to a perfectly clean and comfortable room. The attention to detail was impressive, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, provided a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. We will definitely be returning on our next visit!

Had a pool view room. Rooms are a really good size as are the balconies. Really clean. Food was amazing such high quality for a hotel. Staff are all very polite and helpful. Can’t emphasize how lovely the hotel is. Will definitely be back.

Bit outdated communal areas and rooms but nevertheless very good, clean hotel with very good staff & management. Housekeeping is immaculate and rooms are cleaned very well and at appropriate times. Breakfast is 5 star , restaurant served by wonderful staff and quality of food is very good as well as the choice. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend

The Staff was exceptionally helpful and kind, the pool was wonderful, the room was amazing, overall loved it. If i had to nitpick or critique anything, it would be that there was an infestation of ants in our balcony and some got into the bedroom, but they were not fire ants at least. Another thing i would critique would be the lack of power plugs in the room, all 3 of them were taken up by lamps/lights and in order to charge both of our phones and our laptop we had to remove all 3 of them, so we would then have very little light in the room. The shower should have a longer door or glass cover, far enough so that water doesn't splash out so much after each shower/bath. Also the trashcans should have trash bags. Even though i typed a lot to explain my nitpicks, i will say i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will very likely come to stay again for a future holiday, thank you for allowing me and the woman i love have a holiday that brought us infinitely closer together. Until we visit again!

Vraiment un hotel qui merite ses 5 etoiles en terme de cadre , de tres belle décoration avec beaucoup de gout et de caractere , beau jardin et 2piscines ext , lit confortable , chambres spacieuses et lumineuses, beacoup de petits extra agreables comme pese- valises , et fermeture des chambres depuis l interieur avec verrou et chaine de sécurité, propreté incroyable ( nulle part un brin de poussière !) personnel serviable , local pour valise sécurisé L’emplacement de l hotel necessite une voiture mais heureusement il y a un parking et des taxis disponibles a la demande . Il n est pas directement sur la plage mais c est un havre de paix .

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment I walked in. Spacious impeccable room with all the necessary amenities, wonderful bathroom with a great selection of toiletries, big balcony for a relaxing start into the day or into the night.

Great Breakfast including Egg Chef. Lovely pool area. Nice big room with large bathroom. Caring Staff. Especially good if you have a car. Free Parking outside or paid parking underground.

This is a nice hotel but could benefit from refurbishment of the rooms the furniture is old & tired.

Hôtel paisible avec e Malheureusement nous ne mettons que 3 car le principal d’un hôtel est de dormir, mais la chambre était très mal insonorisée ; nous avons entendu toute la nuit le bruit de l’eau coulé et de moteur du jacuzzi voisin qui n’avait pas été éteint.

Die Zimmer sind sauber aber in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal top. Trotz der Fassade,bekommt man eine Menge vom Lärm der Autobahn A7 mit. Deswegen passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Mycket bra hotell! Jättefint rum, stort och rymligt, skön säng, stor balkong. Underbart poolområde, härligt med gräs och palmer, hängmattor och sköna solbäddar. God och fräsch frukost. Åt lunch i poolbaren, fantastisk fisk och grillade grönsaker för 20 euro, mycket prisvärt. Gratis parkering precis utanför, bil är ett måste för att ta sig till och från hotellet. Serviceminded personal. Toppenhotell, kommer definitivt tillbaka!

The initial welcome from concierge Jamal, set the standard, this guy is a legend, his level of service is 100%. This level of service is reflected throughout the hotel with all team members. I will be back

Really enjoyed our stay at the property, nice area and as we had a car hire it was easy to get around as well as accessible parking. However staff could be more friendly, my partner and I seemed to be the only people of colour the week we stayed. However props to Nacho as he was very nice to us.

Veldig fornøyd med selve hotellet, men utrolig dårlig service i restauranten i bassengområdet. Vanskelig å få tak i servitører da ingen snakker engelsk, virker veldig som om vi blir oversett fordi de ikke klarer å snakke engelsk. Får ikke tak i menyer, og blir sittende å vente helt til vi fysisk må hente ting selv. Siste dagen på oppholdet endte vi opp med å måtte gå uten å få mat da ingen ønsket å hjelpe oss.

The staff were exceptional especially Javier who offered us a penthouse suit and Alejandro who brought complimentary Cava and a selection of cheeses to our room. Will definitely return to the hotel in the future.

Offered to be upgraded to much bigger room, which was very welcome. Staff were very polite and welcoming throughout my stay. Bedroom was cleaned twice a day - loved my daily chocolates on the bed each evening! Very classy hotel.

Jeg opholdt mig på dette hotel i to nætter og blev så glad for stedet, at jeg valgte at forlænge mit ophold med yderligere to nætter, så jeg endte med at være der i fire nætter i alt. Som par havde vi en fantastisk oplevelse her. Servicen var fremragende, og manden, der hjalp ved indgangen med vores bagage, var utroligt venlig og imødekommende. Alle i receptionen var ligeledes meget venlige og imødekommende – langt over standarden, og det gjorde opholdet ekstra behageligt. Jeg vil anbefale dette hotel til enhver, på grund af den høje grad af høflighed og hjælpsomhed. Morgenmaden var ikke særlig omfattende, men absolut pengene værd. Poolen og haven var smukke og gav en dejlig atmosfære, og der var generelt mange gode faciliteter. Den eneste skuffelse var fitnesslokalet, som desværre ikke levede op til standarden, da maskinerne var ødelagte og det derfor ikke var muligt at træne ordentligt. Men alt andet var så godt, at det opvejede dette lille minus. Rengøringspersonalet var også meget venlige og effektive. Alt i alt var det en rigtig god oplevelse, og jeg kan stærkt anbefale dette sted!

Very nice hotel we stayed several times. The breakfast is excellent I recommend to purchase it with the booking of the hotel. The lady who cooks omelets is the star! I’ll say all the staff very friendly.

I was so disappointed with this property, certainly not 5* customer service nor rooms. I booked this hotel for 1 night for my husband's 70th birthday. A few weeks prior, I wrote to the hotel directly and asked for them to provide cava and fruit in the room for our arrival. Nobody, at any time, asked me what time but said it was OK on the day we arrived as check in was at 2. I called on the morning of his birthday, about 2 hours prior to our arrival and was told that there would not be any fruit and cava as I did not specify the time and It was impossible to provide until after 7 in the evening. I explained we were leaving at 7:30 to go for a meal with the family, and again said it was my husband 70th Birthday and was told, quite rudely, there was nothing they could do, so I had to cancel. I am pretty sure they could have found at least a bottle of wine somewhere. Its a 5* Hotel and it wasn't free. It really did put a damper on my surprise for my husband. When we arrived we went to our room to find that there were no hand towels, no bath mat, a small amount of toilet paper and the cardboard inside of the previous toilet roll was next to the open toilet. We then tried to switch on the TV, remote not working so we turned it on on the TV itself and a welcome message to Mr G......G.....appeared. Obviously not us.I would have expected more from a 5* Hotel. My husband enjoyed the surprise of the hotel but I was upset that what I was hoping did not come to fruition. Quite angry!!!!

Been staying here for a long time and it's by far the best in the area! It's good to know the location beforehand as alot of hidden gems about and benehavis is a must for dining options! The staff here are excellent!

Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Ich empfehle einen Mietwagen um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Puerto Banus 10-15 Fahrminuten entfernt. Super Pool Anlage sowieso auch sauber Zimmer.

Fantástico hotel. Vuelve a ser el hotel tranquilo y confortable que era cuando empezamos a venir hace ya 9 años. A destacar el desayuno y siempre Gregoria que hace las mejores tortillas y es superatenta. Se aparca bien y estás a 10 minutos de Puerto Banús y 15-20 de Marbella. En este tiempo ha tenido altibajos hasta el punto de que hace 3 años nos planteamos si volver porque empezaron a llegar huéspedes indeseables que pertubaban la paz y el descanso, pero se nota la mano de la nueva dirección.

You need a car to get to the major attractions but lots of local eateries and the pub next door is fab.

We booked as a reasonably priced hotel which was well located for our purposes. Our room was kept spotlessly clean and tidy each day! Service was fine, especially around the pool. On the opposite side of the A7 we found several great places to eat and have a drink.

Hotellet ligger lidt uden for Marbella i rolige omgivelser og tilbyder gode parkeringsforhold, hvilket var meget praktisk. Selvom bygningen er lidt ældre og viser tegn på sin alder, var opholdet samlet set behageligt. Personalet er uden tvivl en af hotellets største styrker. De var utroligt imødekommende og hjælpsomme under hele mit ophold. Særligt ham, der tog imod bagagen ved ankomsten, gjorde et stort indtryk med sin venlighed og professionalisme. Desværre var der også nogle områder, hvor hotellet kunne forbedres. Træningscentret var ekstremt mangelfuldt og havde tydeligvis ikke fået opgraderinger i mange år. Det samme gjaldt morgenmaden, som var skuffende og manglede variation og kvalitet. Alt i alt er det et godt sted for dem, der ønsker en rolig beliggenhed og venlig service, men hvis du prioriterer moderne faciliteter og god morgenmad, kan det være værd at kigge andre steder.

Lovely stay at this hotel . 10- min walk there and back to a parade of shops with supermarket and restaurants , up and over a bridge though ,so if mobility is an issue you may want a car . Bus route perfect 79 into puerto banus and Marbella , takes no more than 30 ish minutes. Runs every 30 mins . Pool area nice lots of beds , 2 pools we stayed at the small pool less people . Reception staff friendly , breakfast staff lovely . The breakfast is one of the best we have ever had . Unfortunately only let down was the morning of leaving we had a pack lunch as breakfast doesn’t open till 8.00, quiet late ,we left at 07:45 . The breakfast was like a lunch we only ate the biscuits was the poorest option we have had for a early departure, you should be able to choose what wou would like . Air con in room wasn’t great think instructions may be needed as we couidnt get it as cold as the day we arrived . Get staff to help you with it if you struggle im sure they would be happy to help . Fab trip though . We will be back .

Bon hôtel confortable. Cependant l’emplacement n’est pas idéal car situé en bord d’autoroute. Mais pas bruyant. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Jolie piscine. Petit déjeuner copieux mais toujours le même. Point important du vrai jus d’orange. Mais le café n’est pas bon. C’est un détail cependant

Hotel ok prob 4 star - room more than adequate but will need renovating soon - bed comfy - nice toiletries. Poolside service was a bonus but the prices were on the expensive side. The pool was not well looked after and looked shabby.

Fantastic hotel, great value for money compared to many other hotels close by. Excellent breakfast. Outside restaurant was very good. Nice pool, good sunbeds and towels. Really nice friendly staff. There were problems though with our suite. Shower mixer falling apart. Aircon stopped working. Sliding terrace door faulty No centre lights so generally dark. We will definitely stay there again.

Hotel aburrido en grado superlativo, restaurante nefasto, caro y ni acitunas como aperitivo, las tarjetas para apertura de las habitaciones, solo decir q en 7 dias me las cambiaron 4 veces.No volveremos, no lo recomiendo. El personal muy agradable. La limpieza muy buena.
