INFESTED with COCKROACHES, they are everywhere. For 150 euro a night you can enjoy cockroach show. It was a true nightmare. Swimming pool water smells bad. Dirty, dated rooms and incredibly rude staff. General manager is incompetent and uninterested in customer. Location is ugly, beach is far . Do not book here is my best advice.

Brilliant stay. Went away with my dad to watch the football over a few days. Twin room was lovely, very clean, spacious enough with AC, clean towels daily and beds made. Good selection of foods for breakfast, (didn’t have the evening meals) Supermarket right next door with an Aldi across the road and a huge selection of restaurants either side of the hotel. Pool was also really nice and clean around the outside. Staff were also very friendly, always helpful and brilliant. The location might seem a little out of Puerto Banus and Marbella, however, the front desk were always helpful when booking taxis to get to where we needed t, they arrived in good time and only cost €10-€15 Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the football is located nearby once more

Det er et ok 3.stjerner , men begynner å bli litt slitt. Slitsomt og måtte betale alt med en gang ved kjøp, ikke kunne sette det på rommet. Solsengene var meget slitte, veldig få parasoller. Men ok for et pr netter

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the rooms were very clea the pool was amazing very refreshing, and the food was exquisite, the only thing that lets it down is the location as you are surrounded by busy roads however that does mean that public transport is readily available. Dålig standard på rum. Ofräscht.. vi hade myggor i hela rummet när vi checkad in och vi hittade även en kackerlacka i rummet efter första dagen. Det var en stor springa under dörren till vårt rum och vi bodde på bottenplan så enkelt för djur och kryp att ta sig in..

Front desk girls were very nice but couldn't help me with any concerns and no management was ever available. The common areas were clean and looked fine. It was maze of poorly lite courtyards to get to my room. The room I received was very run down, with stains on the walls and floors, holes in the wallpaper, gaps in the floor. It had a flimsy lock on the balcony door over looking a gross seating area and chain link fenced parking lot with a view of the highway. Unfortunately I had prepaid for a week with no refunds allowed. And was not allowed to checkout early. I didn't even stay the night, because the area wasn't safe for a female traveling alone. I've never had an experience like this before. I've never needed to checkout early. But the pictures and reviews on the website did not depict what I received or experienced.

We had to move to a new room twice because the rooms were not clean yet (bed and bathrooms). Also, the hotel allow people to smoke marihuana at night and didn't allow us to sleep because of the loud nose until late hours (2am as of now). Will not come back.

Hotel was clean and had a very nice pool,however the wifi in our room did not work and they didnt offer any help or discount for us. The food in the buffet for breakfast was ice cold every morning which was very disappointing!

Hostile and lazy receptionist., especially one older gentleman. Some of the bar and waiter were more friendly. I was locked out of my rooms as the key card failed to function (power outage of the battery), and the technical staff had to break in to the room using the balcony to open the door, a process which took 45 min or more. No management excuse or reductions in fees were offered.

El buffet está bastante bien, aunque pregunté a una mujer sobre los alérgenos de un alimento y su respuesta fue: "no lo sé, pero yo que tú no lo comía ", lo cual me pareció muy mal. Por el contrario, había un hombre en el comedor que fue súper amable y se portó genial con los niños. El hotel está a pie de autovía y no hay nada que hacer en las inmediaciones,con lo cual hay que moverse en coche si quieres ocio. La habitación tenía las cortinas muy deterioradas, olía regular.

Bon rapport qualité prix en basse saison, à une vingtaine de minutes en voiture de Marbella, au bord du bord de l’autoroute. L’hôtel en lui même semble assez prometteur mais la chambre est assez basique quoique confortable. La literie est tout juste correcte, un surmatelas ne serait pas de trop. La piscine est pas mal mais j’ose pas imaginer en été, quand l’hôtel est plein, le cauchemar que ce doit être. Quelques sourires de la part de l’équipe ne seraient pas malvenus, on sent que la saison tire à sa fin et qu’il est temps pour le staff comme pour l’établissement de se reposer un peu!
