Amazing! Stayed here for 4 nights with husband, 17yr daughter & 20yr old son. Hotel and service was fantastic, beautiful setting, staff cannot do enough for you. Dj around the pool from 2pm , the beach is chill again with amazing service from gorgeous beach bar. Yiu have what’s app service with concierge where they will recommend & book anything for you. Had such a 5 star stay, highly recommend and will definitely return :)

The property was great, GORGEOUS spot. Felt out of this world. The Greek restaurant best I’ve been to in awhile, staff was super friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the pool area, as a guest paying a lot of money to stay a night I should be able to lounge where I want and not asked to be move because I need to pay!!!! Should got theirs guest staying at the hotel first.

On arriving the immediate warmth of the welcome from the staff was infectious. They were so helpful and attentive. The place is so clean and tidy. Both restaurants are of a good standard plenty of choice for both Breakfast and Dining on an evening. The Pool and Beach bars are very good for Lunch and Drinks. The beds both around the pool and on the beach are very comfortable. On the downside their are a few things around the pool that can be improved. The first is the music. It is more suited to a much younger clientele. We did voice this and to be fair to the Hotel they addressed the situation for the last few days. Their is also an area where you have to reserve the beds at an extra charge. We found that Non Residents were coming in especially on a weekend and taking over those particular areas. I did suggest to the hotel to consider relocating these beds also where you lay around the pool you do not get the sunshine for the whole day. We found the beach to be the perfect location where the bar and beds are less than two minutes from the pool area and much more peaceful.

Booked a lateral sea view room, but your only view of the sea is if you lean over the balcony rails. The staff were great, the heated swimming pool is outstanding but food and drink is very expensive (especially for Spain).

Dejligt hotel ved havet, dejlig restaurant, fantastisk morgenmad, god lunch og virkelig god aftensmad. Vi plejer ellers at gå ud og spise men maden og servicen var bare i top, så vi spiste der de fleste aftener. God gym med moderne maskiner. De små ting, ingen sprit servietter i motionscentret. Der var på vores ophold ikke mulighed for pap massage? Men alt i alt 5 stjerner ud af 5!

Ein traumhaftes Hotel! Das METT Marbella Estepona hat mich absolut begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Poolbereich – einer der besten, die ich je gesehen habe! Großzügig, stilvoll und mit einer tollen Atmosphäre. Auch der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt und macht den Aufenthalt noch entspannter. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte im METT Hotel und unser Aufenthalt war hervorragend. Gebucht hatten wir ein Lifestyle Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse mit Liegen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, hell, modern und sauber. 2x tägliches Housekeeping war hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist ganz besonders schön, lecker, von der Qualität sehr gut! Das gesamte Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich. Man merkt, dass Sie alles Versuchen um den Urlaubern eine tolle Zeit zu bescheren. Der Concierge Service hat sich prompt um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Mehr als 5 Sterne wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Fabulous hotel but with teething issues. Reception staff 1st class, hotel facilities 1st class. Rooms very good. Service in bar, pool and beach can be very slow. More attention to beach area also required from a cleanliness POV. Overall. A great place that once the above and more staff are recruited (appreciate it’s challenging in hospitality sector post Covid) will be a 5 star experience.

Our stay at METT in Marbella was lovely. We had deluxe pool/sea facing rooms which were very spacious, and complete with very good amenities. We especially liked that housekeeping replenished our room with water bottles every day. The concierge communicated with us through WhatsApp and if we needed anything, we just had to ask through the app which was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Be prepared to need a car or to need Uber/Taxis. It is not a very walkable area (about 30 minutes from old town / 20 from Puerto Banus). The beach was lovely! Bring water shoes if you plan on going into the ocean, as there are many rocks (but this is to be expected in Europe!) We also enjoyed the pool area, which was always very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff were all so friendly and attentive! The hotel was incredibly clean and stylish and well laid out. The detail in the smaller things were great such as the complimentary toiletries packages and the welcome treats due to a birthday celebration. We loved all the different live music performances around the hotel. Having plenty of beds to choose from on the beach and by the pool was great to see - with no ‘bed wars’. Have already recommended this place to a number of friends / family. Thanks METT team for such a lovely trip to Marbella.

Service gerichtheid van het personeel is uitstekend! We moesten soms om wat dingetjes vragen en deze werden geregeld! Locatie, uitermate schoon! Wij hadden een kamer, begaande grond aan het zwembad, ideaal! Enige minpuntjes gezocht: kaart voor lunch, te weinig keuze in sandwiches! Prijs voor drankjes, net iets te hoog. Hotelgasten zouden een bepaalde discount moeten krijgen omdat ze daar ook verblijven! 5 sterren waardig. Muziek aan het zwembad tot laat in de avond, ook super!

Check in personen var som en Robot oengagerad och pratade väldigt fort. Rummet var en stor besvikelse mörkt mot en bakgård hård säng dålig belysning utan Dimmers ingen utsikt alls. Plast växter i restaurang o bar områden. Högtalare med American casino musik i matsalen. Högtalare uppsatta i alla Palmer runt poolen! Oerhört omysigt hotel inte värt pengarna.

The Hotel METT was a great resort for the end of our trip to Spain. Stayed for 2 nights and wish we had one more night. The pool area and beach bar are really nice, the room was comfortable, the cocktails are perfect, my massage at the spa was great, the concierge was excellent, and the Greek beachside restaurant was AMAZING! One of our best meals in Spain. Love the vibe. The only downside was the main restaurant Isola. We had a bad dinner experience…below par food, neglected service (had to get up to find our server 3x), and annoying loud music (think cheesy duo singing Beyoncé and Katy Perry hits with a Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy flair. Odd for Spain). Wish we had gone somewhere else for dinner. And I don’t like the hallways in this resort..ugly railings with cheap doors. Other than that, I felt the property was a good value for being on the beach with such a pretty pool area and stylish vibe. My 21-year old daughter and 66-year old mother loved it too. The elevated welcome drinks were delicious too:)

Das gesamte Team ist zuvorkommend, freundlich und höflich. Man merkt, dass Sie alles Versuchen um den Urlaubern eine tolle Zeit zu bescheren. Der Concierge Service hat sich prompt um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Mehr als 5 Sterne wert! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Our stay at METT in Marbella was lovely. We had deluxe pool/sea facing rooms which were very spacious, and complete with very good amenities. We especially liked that housekeeping replenished our room with water bottles every day. The concierge communicated with us through WhatsApp and if we needed anything, we just had to ask through the app which was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and kind. Be prepared to need a car or to need Uber/Taxis. It is not a very walkable area (about 30 minutes from old town / 20 from Puerto Banus). The beach was lovely! Bring water shoes if you plan on going into the ocean, as there are many rocks (but this is to be expected in Europe!) We also enjoyed the pool area, which was always very clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is top notch; the pool is lovely coupled with great beach access. Am now staying at a very fancy and much more expensive resort near Marbella, and feel METT was the far better option, especially for the price. Not exclusively adults only, but definitely felt more that vibe - highly recommend for those traveling without children.

Hotel has very nice accommodations. Pool and beach were fantastic. Food at restaurants were good. Breakfast was great The service was extremely slow at the pool. Took an average 30-45 minutes to get a bottle of water. Had to ask multiple servers to get drinks or menus. Food also took a long time to arrives. This want a one day occurrence, occurred each day I was there.

We were offered an upgrade at a cost ! Hard sell by the ‘welcome person’ We explained we have vip access. Although rooms were available we were not offered an upgrade other than a paid for upgrade. Also they tried to charge for valet parking. We did get that removed from the bill.

The hotel is excellent except that at breakfast they are understaffed so takes long for them to take your order and for the pool and beach restaurant there is a point when they can’t handle orders so they stop taking them. Otherwise they are great but the problem with the food is a real issue they need to solve

Fabulous hotel but with teething issues. Reception staff 1st class, hotel facilities 1st class. Rooms very good. Service in bar, pool and beach can be very slow. More attention to beach area also required from a cleanliness POV. Overall. A great place that once the above and more staff are recruited (appreciate it’s challenging in hospitality sector post Covid) will be a 5 star experience.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing athmosphere and extraordinary staff. Several restaurants and bars with good food, and plenty of comfortable sun beds around the pool and on the beach. Taxi to downtown Marbella takes around 20 minutes and doesn’t cost much, which means that you have the choice to both enjoy the calmer surroundings around Mett and to city life in Marbella. We will difinitely stay at Mett again next time we are in the Marbella area.

Hotel and facilities were fantastic. Staff in gernal were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was a nice place to be. You will read in other reviews that they play constant "vibe" music at the pool. I had mixed feelings about this. It was nice sometimes, other times I just put in my noise cancelling Airpods. There was a Saxaphone player accompanying the music on Sunday which was actaually really enjoyable. There is a fantastric walk.cycling path all the wya to Estepona (9km). You are slightly closer to Puerto Banus. One downside is that is nothing within reasinable walking distance in the evening. Its drive or taxi/Uber.Cancelada is the nearest town, it's across the motorway. I didn't venture over there.

Dejligt hotel ved havet, dejlig restaurant, fantastisk morgenmad, god lunch og virkelig god aftensmad. Vi plejer ellers at gå ud og spise men maden og servicen var bare i top, så vi spiste der de fleste aftener. God gym med moderne maskiner. De små ting, ingen sprit servietter i motionscentret. Der var på vores ophold ikke mulighed for pap massage? Men alt i alt 5 stjerner ud af 5!

The Hotel METT was a great resort for the end of our trip to Spain. Stayed for 2 nights and wish we had one more night. The pool area and beach bar are really nice, the room was comfortable, the cocktails are perfect, my massage at the spa was great, the concierge was excellent, and the Greek beachside restaurant was AMAZING! One of our best meals in Spain. Love the vibe. The only downside was the main restaurant Isola. We had a bad dinner experience…below par food, neglected service (had to get up to find our server 3x), and annoying loud music (think cheesy duo singing Beyoncé and Katy Perry hits with a Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy flair. Odd for Spain). Wish we had gone somewhere else for dinner. And I don’t like the hallways in this resort..ugly railings with cheap doors. Other than that, I felt the property was a good value for being on the beach with such a pretty pool area and stylish vibe. My 21-year old daughter and 66-year old mother loved it too. The elevated welcome drinks were delicious too:)

On arriving the immediate warmth of the welcome from the staff was infectious. They were so helpful and attentive. The place is so clean and tidy. Both restaurants are of a good standard plenty of choice for both Breakfast and Dining on an evening. The Pool and Beach bars are very good for Lunch and Drinks. The beds both around the pool and on the beach are very comfortable. On the downside their are a few things around the pool that can be improved. The first is the music. It is more suited to a much younger clientele. We did voice this and to be fair to the Hotel they addressed the situation for the last few days. Their is also an area where you have to reserve the beds at an extra charge. We found that Non Residents were coming in especially on a weekend and taking over those particular areas. I did suggest to the hotel to consider relocating these beds also where you lay around the pool you do not get the sunshine for the whole day. We found the beach to be the perfect location where the bar and beds are less than two minutes from the pool area and much more peaceful.

Service gerichtheid van het personeel is uitstekend! We moesten soms om wat dingetjes vragen en deze werden geregeld! Locatie, uitermate schoon! Wij hadden een kamer, begaande grond aan het zwembad, ideaal! Enige minpuntjes gezocht: kaart voor lunch, te weinig keuze in sandwiches! Prijs voor drankjes, net iets te hoog. Hotelgasten zouden een bepaalde discount moeten krijgen omdat ze daar ook verblijven! 5 sterren waardig. Muziek aan het zwembad tot laat in de avond, ook super!

Love the Mett such a lovely hotel and top notch customer experience from the moment you walk in they ensure you feel welcomed and are super friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and they have a good pool and beach club! I highly recommend.

The property is in a quiet location, welcoming staff at the beginning. Alejandro was great as he arranged our reservations and suggested places to go to. Ropm service qas horrible, wr lacked tissue (napkins), water refill, mini bar refill, and coffee cups for the first 3 nights. It went horrible from the day after. Bar staff were moody at times, and sometimes they were good. Horrible housekeeping, and reception on receiving calls from my room. Major adjustment needed to reach hospitality standards.
