Hotel Apollon Sarande

El acceso es algo complicado a las instalaciones y poder aparcar es un lujo. El restaurante increíble. Zonas comunes normales. Sin piscina una lastima.

Amazing hotel, very modern with a beautiful terrace for enjoying breakfast or dinner. Good options for breakfast. The private beach is not exactly private as anyone can walk across the beach or rent the sun loungers. We were told 20% discount for renting the sun beds for hotel guests, but in reality was 5€ off on all the different categories, cheapest ones are 10€ for two loungers and parasol (50€ for the beds with the netting over the sea). Parking is free and private at the hotel which was a big plus Good beach bar with cocktails, beer etc and tasty pizza and they accept card payment. Special shoutout to Erind who was always cheerful and very kind to us! Only comments I have was that you had to rent beach towels, 2€ per towel per day. The hotel is approx 15-20 mins walk to the main promenade but there are plenty of options for restaurants nearby.

Detta när det inte är högsäsong. Rummen är stora med stor balkong och sköna sängar men badrummet luktade urin och duschen skvätte över hela badrummet. Parkeringen ingår men det är trångt och lite svårt att parkera. Men bra läge och absolut värt att bo på!!

Service was good. Daybeds on the beach were not free for guests; only a small discount. This is disappointing as the beach is the main draw of the hotel. Alternatively a pool would have been nice

The room was lovely - very modern and large. We had a large double bed on one side of a partition and 2 proper single beds on the other side - perfect for our 2 teenage sons. The beds were super comfy. Bathroom clean & had a nice rainfall shower head as well as a ‘normal’ one. The hotel itself had lovely public areas - light, airy & modern. Very funky. The breakfast area / restaurant overlooked the beautiful bay view out towards Corfu. The beach area was nice - you have to pay for beds but various options starting at €10 through to €50 for the beds with nets. Good area - about 15 minute walk to the port & add another 5 minutes to the main front. Plenty of places to eat & drink at reasonable prices.

Flott hotell med veldig serviceinnstilt og hyggelig personal, spesielt i restauranten. De har privat strand, men man må betale ekstra for solseng og strandhåndkle. Kort avstand til promenaden

Beautiful hotel just by the beach (by beach I mean you have to pay for a sunbed in a very crowded stone beach), we did not use the beach at any point. Also very noisy with party music at all time. We are a quiet couple and we like to read - and perhaps Sarande is just not the place for this - so beware if you are looking for a quiet stay. Other than that, the hotel is very new, nice, large cafe/restaurant area and they even served us oatmilk lattes (big plus as I am allergic to dairy). We were a bit perplexed by the placement of breakfast, which is squeezed away in a basement like corner underneath the reception without any windows or view, when the restaurant upstairs has a beautiful view (and is empty throughout breakfast), but breakfast was good. We had a part seaview room, seaview was only existing, when you leaned out over the balcony and the room was on the ground floor with windows to the street, which was quite unfortunate, as everyone could see us and we could not see the sea. Other than that, the room was new, very clean and staff was nice. Parking was easy. A little too expensive for what we recieved.

Food in the hotel was good, and the bar down on the beach good too. Beach area was very crowded with sun loungers packed in to the max (but this is pretty common across Sarande). If you are looking for a chilled out beach attached to your hotel, this is probably not it. If you want something a bit more lively with lots of people around the this might be more your scene.

The location was perfect. It had its own private beach with several stores and restaurants near by and close to the boardwalk. Staff was attentive and kind and the hotel was very clean and updated.

La atención en recepción sobre todo por parte de Diana y su jefa (que no quiso decirme su nombre) nefasta, jamás me habían tratado así, haciendo como si no me escucharan y hablando entre ellas en alabanés y riéndose, les preguntaba y solo contestaban “have a good day, bye” eso cuando contestaban… Más de 20 minutos esperando a que nos bajaran las maletas a la habitación, porque el hotel está lleno de escaleras, el ascensor está de adorno… El desayuno mediocre y poca variedad (ni pan, ni bacon, ni variedad de frutas, no hay leche, zumo de naranja de brik…) encima tienes que coger el desayuno y volver a subir escaleras con el plato, el vaso de agua, el café, los cubiertos… y si se te olvida algo o quieres más … de nuevo baja y sube escaleras… Sábanas sucias, arrugadas, baño con pelos… Las buenas vistas al mar serán desde las plantas altas, porque en la primera, básicamente ves el techo del restaurante y a lo lejos ves un poco el mar… Todos los trabajadores con el móvil en la mano (si queríamos algo teníamos que ir a buscarlo nosotras, porque ellos no se enteraban de que los llamábamos) Y además no hay playa… si quieres estar ahí, mínimo tienes que pagar 25€ al día para estar en una hamaca y con el agua sucia, llena de botellas flotando, tiritas, alguna compresa… en fin, la malvarrosa no tiene nada que envidiarle a esta playa… JAMÁS VOLVEMOS!!!!

Clean hotel, spacious room right on the beach.

Personnel courtois et bon petit déjeuné. Il faut être un excellent chauffeur pour se stationner car très très étroit. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée et l’éclairage n’était pas suffisant. Le plus désagréable, l’odeur d’humidité dès qu’on arrive à l’étage et qui pénètre dans la chambre. Il faut vraiment gérer l’odeur…

The beach is great, bed is comfortable and the breakfast is quite good. The downsides: although the building is new, it smells mouldy and I am not typically very sensitive to that. Balcony of room 108 in non-existant (20% of the other balconies) and rhe cleaner left the door open. June first onwards also hotel guests need to pay for sunbeds and beach towels beed to be rented.

Wir haben das Apollon für eine Nacht gebucht, um am frühen Morgen die Fähre nach Korfu zu nehmen. Das Hotel ist recht neu und sauber und unser Zimmer war groß mit Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben am Abend auch das Hotelrestaurant besucht und waren zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt.

The best thing about the hotel is the staff. To be mentioned for extremely good service: Arsan, Natalia, Elsi, Mario from the beach and Erind. Cleanliness 100 percent. Oh nd a great PADI scuba club down the road.

Een heel fijn verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De kamers waren schoon en mooi. Elke dag werd deze opgeruimd, schoongemaakt en werd alles aangevuld. Het persoon is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het voelde als familie. In de ochtend kan je heerlijk ontbijten met uitzicht op zee of ‘s avonds een lekker drankje nuttigen. De cocktails die gemaakt werden door Elibjana waren heerlijk en de gastvrijheid en humor van Erin zijn nu al een gemis. Het betreft een mooi terras. Je kan zo naar beneden lopen het strand op waar de bedjes al klaar staan. Het hotel is ook op loopafstand van de boulevard waardoor alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. Tegenover het hotel heb je een kapster voor degene die even geen zin hebben om zelf hun haren te doen. Het voelde dubbel om weg te gaan, want ben echt behandeld als familie. Ik kom hier zeker weer terug!

The hotel, especially the exteriors are brilliant. The beach bar and beach, plus the restaurant where breakfast is served is great. Erind and Liam were such great servers. We got a deluxe double room w partial sea view. Unfortunately the room was pretty small, and there were definitely some finishing touches needed. The bathroom not having a full shower screen needs addressing urgently. The view and balcony were nice too. We were only there for 2 nights, I think if we were staying longer we'd have found the room really quite tiny and restrictive.

We just came back from our 6-night stay in Hotel Apollon and to sum everything up, this hotel puzzled us in many ways - both positively and negatively. Good things: - Quiet location. Has a stunning small beach near. - Guys and a girl working at the bar in the beach were all lovely and approachable. These are the kind of people you need in your hotel - honest and hardworking. - Breakfast was repetitive, but decent in general. Bad things: - They initially gave us a room that meant we were next to the noisy lift and that our balcony was facing a restaurant. We said no and they happily changed our room without any issues. - Room was subpar in so many ways - first, the shower was designed so badly that whenever you take a shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. Not well-designed. You need lots of towel to soak the water out in the floor. - The air-conditioning in the room was bad. On a random second, the temperature changes from 16 degrees to 25 degrees without you changing it and you just feel the room getting warm. On so many occasions, we’d wake up sweating. Just bad nights. - We requested spare pillows but said hotel has ran out. Funny. - We had a dinner one night and when we were about to pay, they said cash only as their machine is broken. My partner insisted that all day we have been paying by card and that we don’t have any cash left. And you know what happened next - card machine suddenly started to work. Miraculously.

Avoid avoid avoid. I booked a Superior Double Room with a Queen-size bed but was given a room with two single beds pushed together—completely different and uncomfortable. Misrepresentation at its finest. The room was in poor condition, with personal laundry left on the balcony, which is unacceptable. The worst part was the manager’s appalling behavior. She was rude, aggressive, and refused to give me her full name. When I asked about the hotel’s complaint process, she flatly denied it existed. At one point, she even put her hand in my face and laughed when I said I would call the police. Despite admitting the room mistake, the manager refused to offer a proper solution or refund. She tried to downgrade my room. She accused me of being a "liar" when complained about the noise at night as I was situated on the ground floor. She agreed for a refund then changed her mind immediately after. The level of disrespect and lack of accountability from her was shocking. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

Ótima localização, excelente atendimento, recepcionistas e garçons muitos atenciosos. De frente para o mar e beach clube com descontos para quem estava no hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Tout le personnel est gentil et très serviable. La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner très varié et excellent. Nous avons mangé 2 fois au restaurant, c’était très bon. Dommage que les 2 fois, nos pats n’ont pas été servis en même temps et les plats manquait d’accompagnement.

Avevo letto commenti contrastanti che mi avevano lasciato un po' perplesso al momento della prenotazione. In realtà non ho riscontrato nessun punto negativo. La struttura è molto bella, moderna e il personale impeccabile. La colazione buona, al contrario da quanto letto da altri ci hanno permesso di portare la colazione all'aperto permettendoci di godere di una splendida vista. i lettini così come gli ombrelloni sono a pagamento ma a prezzi accessibili. A seconda della posizione i prezzi variano. Che dire, ottima struttura a Saranda.

Lovely people, very kind and helpful. I’m glad I chose this hotel for my stay.. just didn’t like the breakfast very much because it wasn’t really hot. The beach front was lovely and peaceful

Heute ging unsere erste Albanienwoche im Apollon Saranda zu Ende. Das Hotel ist mit seiner Sauberkeit, seinem tollen Personal zu 1000 Prozent zu empfehlen. Hervorzuheben sind hier die Angestellten der Strandbar sowie beim Frühstück, welche alle nach 1 Tag wussten was man trinkt ❤️ Der Strand und die Lage sind top, dass einzige was bemängelt werden kann , ist unsererseits dass Frühstücksbuffet. Wer sich halbwegs gesund ernähren möchte ist hier Fehl am Platz. Es gibt keinen Müsli und das einzige Obst sind hier Apfel , Bananen und Orangen, jedoch nicht geschnitten sondern als Ganzes. Ansonsten gab es Pizza, vieles an Kuchen und Ei. Wenn dies zukünftig erweitert würde, einfach nur ein Tophotel.❤️❣️
