Modernes, hübsches Hotel mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern! Die Zimmer sind gross, Betten bequem und der Pool hat viele nette Liegemöglichkeiten und einen tollen Ausblick. Alles war stets sauber. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität und stetig wechselnde Auswahl. Eine Tiefgarage ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, 8 Min. nach Saranda, 15 Min. nach Ksamil. Einen Strandabschnitt hat das Hotel NICHT mehr.

The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately not the greatest of experiences. The hotel overall was clean and had proper facilities. But other than that it was mainly walls and a roof. The rooftop pool was less to be desired, and the advertised rooftop bar appears to have been abandoned by the facility for economic reasons. That being said for the price and the product received their was a poor return on investment.

Nice boutique hotel steps from the beach and with a small rooftop pool. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and nice pillows. Free parking available which was great. The hotel is about 30min walk to the port area where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are.

The room was a suite probably the best we had during our trip to Albania, the staff were very friendly and happy to help, the rooms and facilities were all clean and tidy, i hope three tourism continues to build as the rooftop bar and pool is great at this hotel, lovely view

Its a nice super clean and modern hotel. Only gotchas are that beach access is not included so had to pay extra to another hotel to use the beach and they charged us 1/2 the room price for a 3pm checkout. It was good that they offered it but a bit pricey. Also its hard to bring the luggage down the steps, they do have 2 entrances but our taxi dropped us of in the one that has to go down many steps. Breakfast was good and staff was nice

the staff were great but there are two major issues with this hotel. 1: There are no canopies near pool so you will fry in the heat, there is no natural shade either. 2. they can serve drinks at pool ising whatsapp but there are no snacks or short menu for snacks like pizza, burger etc. there are places outside hotel so not a major issue 3. also if you book for a partial sea view make sure you are on 3 plus floor. we were on 1st floor and diabolical and can’t understand why we paying premium 4. the sofa bed is for children only. if only it was longer you could sleep on it as 1 person as was comfy

Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Gorgeous staff, super helpful and couldn’t do enough for you - special mention to Claudia at reception and Armando and Rico on the service team - Thanks for a really special stay. The bed was huge and room quiet and comfortable. Only room for improvement were some more allergy friendly bedding options (I’m allergic to feathers) and vegan food options at the breakfast buffet. The staff did help with adjustments within their gift which was appreciated. Can’t recommend Glow enough (ps, get the sea view room, it’s worth it!)

Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

Not as described!! Don’t pay extra for the sea view rooms, view is blocked by trees so it was a tree view not a sea view! When spoke to reception about this the next day, said it’s not their fault and they were not prepared to help or offer a discount off the rate. Property is far too out of the town of Sarande so you have to get taxi’s every time. Pool area was dirty with rubbish and dirty dishes lying about, no one was there maintaining it any times when we were there. 1st night was very noisy with other guests shouting and doors getting knocked for a couple of hours. No security in the hotel that came to stop this even though there was supposed to be a quiet policy. Room was roasting and air conditioning took a long time to cool down, did leave the room card in so it would be cool on our return but cleaners removed it so room was always roasting on our return. Thought that by paying a higher price for this hotel would mean a better standard of hotel and not of luxury but it doesn’t so would not recommend for the prices being charged!!

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff guided us to the parking area. Checked us in as soon as our room was ready slightly earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the sea view rooms was pleasant.

The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, and the staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. One of their employees in particular, Flori was very welcoming, helpful, and great to conversate with. The staff really takes pride in working there and ensuring that their guests enjoy their stay.

The hotel was nice and it was walking distance to all the restaurants and bars. The rooftop pool was nice. The only bad part was that the bathroom had a very bad smell but we only stayed two days do we lived with it. I would stay here again

Très bel hôtel Des chambres spacieuses. Service de qualité. Personnel efficace et attentionné Seule déception la suite junior avec vue sur mer… la mer n’est visible qu’au travers ou sur les côtes d’un énorme arbre qui occupe 70% de la vue. Bel espace en rooftop avec petite piscine.

Glow Boutique is exactly that it’s a gorgeous boutique hotel with a stunning roof top pool with panoramic views. Everything from when we arrived was perfect from the guys helping with our cases down the flight of stairs to when we both unfortunately got sick they went above and beyond, the staff here are so friendly and welcoming the lovely lady in reception was just so caring. The hotel itself is so clean and tidy lovely flowers and the decor is gorgeous. They even have a little boutique gelato ice cream shop attached to the hotel which is lovely. Breakfast is all laid out lovely and labelled and they have a good variety the omelette is so good! We stayed in the junior executive suite with sea view this is on the second floor it’s a very partial sea view as there are trees that do block the view however the room was lovely and comfortable and the tress are pretty so no complaints.

Nice boutique hotel steps from the beach and with a small rooftop pool. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds and nice pillows. Free parking available which was great. The hotel is about 30min walk to the port area where all the restaurants, bars and clubs are.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff guided us to the parking area. Checked us in as soon as our room was ready slightly earlier than the check in time. The rooms are spacious and super clean, the sea view rooms was pleasant.

the staff were great but there are two major issues with this hotel. 1: There are no canopies near pool so you will fry in the heat, there is no natural shade either. 2. they can serve drinks at pool ising whatsapp but there are no snacks or short menu for snacks like pizza, burger etc. there are places outside hotel so not a major issue 3. also if you book for a partial sea view make sure you are on 3 plus floor. we were on 1st floor and diabolical and can’t understand why we paying premium 4. the sofa bed is for children only. if only it was longer you could sleep on it as 1 person as was comfy

This is gorgeous! We had a bad experience because the rooms weren’t accurately described. We requested separate beds and only one bed was available at check in. So we had to pay 46 euros more for a room with 2 beds. The next night the suite says it sleeps 4 and has a pull out bed. We were told we couldn’t use it because it’s only for a child 12 and under. This is not described anywhere in the descriptions of the room. I was forced to book another room for the night.

The entrance of the hotel is not on the street so you have to carry your bag up and down the stairs as an fyi. All service staff were very helpful, friendly and nice. They asked questions about your stay and if you enjoyed your evening. It was a pleasant experience.

Het was een topvakantie! Het hotel is op wandelafstand van het strand, winkels en restaurants. Het personeel van het hotel was ongelofelijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Ze zijn super lief voor kindjes onze dochter van 2jaar heeft een zeer leuke vakantie gehad. Een klein minpuntje is dat het ontbijt niet uitgebreid genoeg is, maar wel heel lekker. We komen hier zeker terug naartoe! 10/10 🇦🇱

We really enjoyed our stay at Glow boutique hotel. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and variation day to day. Room and pool were lovely! Staff were so kind and helpful especially Klaudia who gave us really good recommendations! Only feedback is that shelves in the shower would be helpful to place toiletries. Our stay was otherwise perfect!

Personale estremamente maleducato e che se la tira! Non incline a nessun tipo di richiesta o aiuto verso i loro clienti paganti! Abbassate un po le ali che non é scrivendo botique o suite nel nome che riuscite ad andare avanti. Vi auguro il male.

Quite nice luxury hotel with excellent amenities and the staff being extremely welcoming/ helpful with all inputs. The only downside is the main boulevard is a 40 walk unless you rent a scooter or pay for taxi which is ridiculously priced all over sarande and only via cash. Rooms were very neat and prices were reasonable for the hotel as well so highly recommend it given there are so many dining options and a scooter rental next door.

Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Qualität und stetig wechselnde Auswahl. Eine Tiefgarage ist kostenfrei vorhanden. Die Lage ist recht ruhig, 8 Min. nach Saranda, 15 Min. nach Ksamil. Einen Strandabschnitt hat das Hotel NICHT mehr.

Not as described!! Don’t pay extra for the sea view rooms, view is blocked by trees so it was a tree view not a sea view! When spoke to reception about this the next day, said it’s not their fault and they were not prepared to help or offer a discount off the rate. Property is far too out of the town of Sarande so you have to get taxi’s every time. Pool area was dirty with rubbish and dirty dishes lying about, no one was there maintaining it any times when we were there. 1st night was very noisy with other guests shouting and doors getting knocked for a couple of hours. No security in the hotel that came to stop this even though there was supposed to be a quiet policy. Room was roasting and air conditioning took a long time to cool down, did leave the room card in so it would be cool on our return but cleaners removed it so room was always roasting on our return. Thought that by paying a higher price for this hotel would mean a better standard of hotel and not of luxury but it doesn’t so would not recommend for the prices being charged!!

Liegt etwas abseits. Unser Zimmer war zu Straße ausgerichtet, auf der viel Verkehr war. Nachts haben wir davon gar nichts mitbekommen, denn es war alles super isoliert. Das Frühstück ist auch super!

Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

Its a nice super clean and modern hotel. Only gotchas are that beach access is not included so had to pay extra to another hotel to use the beach and they charged us 1/2 the room price for a 3pm checkout. It was good that they offered it but a bit pricey. Also its hard to bring the luggage down the steps, they do have 2 entrances but our taxi dropped us of in the one that has to go down many steps. Breakfast was good and staff was nice

The service was amazing and the rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing and enjoyed it fully. However disappointed that the hotel lists a private beach attached to them but this is not exactly the case, guests at this hotel have to pay to use the surrounding beaches. Also it lists a shuttle bus to the airport as a service but this is not the case.

Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you’d want, rooftop pool and parking is a massive advantage of the hotel. Best sunsets we’ve seen! Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.
