Luxurious apartment with the standout being bill's restaurant downstairs (Bloody Mary, Scrambled Eggs) and the huge gourmet supermarket, Harris Farm. Big outdoor pool area for relaxing. In the middle of Bondi but somehow quiet at the same time.

Great stay near Bondi beach, perfect couple getaway. Let us check in early after getting off a cruise ship in the morning. Able to change in our room, and walk 5 min to Bondi beach. Perfect location, lots of shops and eating locations nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful for out-of-towners. Will tell everyone going to Sydney to book here! Awesome pool, hot tub, and gym amenities too!

Amazing location and not a bad deal. The staff were OK - somewhat inattentive at times but overall fairly helpful. Parking was expensive and finding the parking was a little difficult. Make sure you look for “the Hub” parking as opposed to the Adina hotel parking. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. There’s a small kitchenette there, but don’t expect to make a lot of food given the lacklustre availability of things like plates, cutlery, paper, towel, towels, washcloths, etc.. just a micro, fridge and sink. Overall we would definitely stay there again.

Solid hotel on a good vibes street a couple blocks from the beach. Good apartment style hotel. Gym was small. Pool was nice. Hallways and elevator lacked AC and so it was humid and musty, but rooms were fine and furniture was nice. Kitchen was good and handy to have an amazing grocery right underneath the hotel.

Lovely hotel approx 5 minutes down a gentle/ medium slope to the beach. Busiest street in Bondi and has an array of places to eat/ drink nearby as well as along the waterfront. There is an expensive supermarket under the hotel but The Pantry is opposite ( supermarket)& is better priced with a wide range. There is a long pool , perfect for lengths, which is under shade and there are sunbeds & some comfy seating areas next to the pool- there is also a jacuzzi. Bedrooms are a hood size & have a small balcony, a large tv, microwave, kettle, iron, hairdryer etc shampoo etc is provided - you don't need to bring your own. Beds are comfortable & rooms have aircon. Nice hotel in the centre. One star off re cleanliness as there were obvious bits which had been missed eg behind side tables. Any issues at all the staff are great & will sort issues out quickly.

Amazing location for a holiday. I was staying as a local having renovations done. This meant I still had to go to work. The early morning carpark exit was a bit annoying. I had paid parking but the gate was down and did it know how to exit. No swipe seemed to work. Apparently it’s a sensor thing. Only other criticism is close quiet doors including then maids door. Sooo loud and annoying. Staff excellent, friendly and polite (inc housekeeping she in the halls) Great spot for a staycation

All the staff was pleasant, however check in time was 3:00 and we had to wait two additional hours. Having to wait around until 5:00 pm was not ideal. There was hair in the shower, disgusting. The lack of clean towels to shower was also not available for several hours the next day. The balcony and windows were filthy. The view of a car park and clothesline wasn’t what I was expecting. The kitchen was stocked with ample dishes and cutlery. The oven and larger size refrigerator is nice. The online pictures are a bit deceiving. I would not stay here again.

Hello, overall we enjoyed our stay. It was surprising to see during our visit on numerous occasions things like a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment just left in corridors. no staff near by. even left overnight in general walk ways.

Overall we enjoyed our stay however we're a little confused regarding housekeeping. Some days the cutlery and crockery were washed and put away, other days washed and left on the counter to dry. We experienced a day when our room was not serviced at all and another when it was finally serviced at 16h30 after lodging a complaint at reception. Front desk were a little too relaxed and no apology forthcoming.

I recently stayed at the Adina Bondi Beach for the 7th time in almost 10 years, and while the experience was overall comfortable, I felt that the property could really benefit from some general maintenance. First off, the staff was warm and welcoming, but like the last 2 times I have stayed here, the check-in process is slow and labored. The room itself was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly fine this time but the previous 2x it didn't. However, it's clear that the hotel is showing its lack of upkeep. The amenities and rooms you can tell do not have the best finishes and it feels like the repairs are super poorly done. The glass partition in the shower had crappy caulking and leaked and showed signs of mould. The tiles were cracked and uneven on the floor, the ironing board was wobbly and couldn't hold the weight of the iron or handle any pressure. The soaps are not great and I would bring your own. The nozzles are all gunked up. The rooms are always enormous and comfortable but the bathrooms and showers are tiny. Like they were designed for a Tokyo or NYC studio. It is a shame that there are these nagging issues, otherwise this is the best spot in Sydney IMO. Close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. It is so convenient and I wouldn't think of another spot when I travel to Sydney. That said, every stay I get a little bit more irritated.

The location is great! The room was fine. It didn’t feel clean, the shower was mouldy, a chair was covered in stains and our bed sheet had a rip in it. The pool was nothing special. A bit over priced for the actual accomodation but I guess you pay for the location

Pro:We had a lovely stay in Bondi! The hotel was safe and in the middle of everything. Extremely walkable and great dining options around the hotel! The price was great for a 5 days stay and we had a balcony that we used most evenings. Cons: we had a king size bed that was 2 twin beds pushed together on wheels…needless to say the beds were separating and moving without much force. There were no options for true room service, only ordering from 2 expensive spots close by.

The room was big, clean and the bed was comfy. It was hard to sleep hearing everyone’s doors opening and slamming closed constantly through out the night, especially the neighbors door whose door closing made my bed head shake every time. My second night I played white noise on my phone which helped.

Greta cheerfully greeted us. Room quiet and well appointed. Location set in strrer with an abundance of eateries and shops. Easy assess to the bus (333) to Circular Quay, Sydney. Not to mention, easy walk to Bondi Beach

The guy that checked me in was extremely pleasant but my stay was underwhelming otherwise. Gym was somehow worse than the pictures indicated. Received a room on the ground floor with an obstructed view of the parking lot. That being said, this is probably the best hotel option in and around Bondi Beach.

Overall we enjoyed our stay however we're a little confused regarding housekeeping. Some days the cutlery and crockery were washed and put away, other days washed and left on the counter to dry. We experienced a day when our room was not serviced at all and another when it was finally serviced at 16h30 after lodging a complaint at reception. Front desk were a little too relaxed and no apology forthcoming.

I recently stayed at the Adina Bondi Beach for the 7th time in almost 10 years, and while the experience was overall comfortable, I felt that the property could really benefit from some general maintenance. First off, the staff was warm and welcoming, but like the last 2 times I have stayed here, the check-in process is slow and labored. The room itself was quite spacious, with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly fine this time but the previous 2x it didn't. However, it's clear that the hotel is showing its lack of upkeep. The amenities and rooms you can tell do not have the best finishes and it feels like the repairs are super poorly done. The glass partition in the shower had crappy caulking and leaked and showed signs of mould. The tiles were cracked and uneven on the floor, the ironing board was wobbly and couldn't hold the weight of the iron or handle any pressure. The soaps are not great and I would bring your own. The nozzles are all gunked up. The rooms are always enormous and comfortable but the bathrooms and showers are tiny. Like they were designed for a Tokyo or NYC studio. It is a shame that there are these nagging issues, otherwise this is the best spot in Sydney IMO. Close to the beach, restaurants, coffee, etc. It is so convenient and I wouldn't think of another spot when I travel to Sydney. That said, every stay I get a little bit more irritated.

They had a few problems with their check in beyond their control that impacted checking into a room. Ended up in a random room as they had no way of telling what room we were meant to get on their shut down system. So pays to have a written back up. We didn’t receive any VIP upgrade. Had to call back cleaning as the bathroom had not been cleaned when we did check into our room. We liked the quiet location of our room. We liked the location of the Adina. Thoroughly enjoyed staying here and will definitely do so again when visiting. Perfect location on a street full of cafes and shops. Also very close to the water. As I booked via Expedia, I received complimentary parking which was a big tick as parking elsewhere, and around the area is expensive. Beautiful room plus the gym and pool were great. Highly recommend!

Adina hotel is a new, modern hotel in the centre of Bondi, only a short walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, spacious shower and small kitchenette. The room is quite small but well appointed. Our balcony was facing the residential units and only a few meters away so we didin't use it. I requested twin beds presuming they will be doubles but we got 2 singles. No worries we joined them together. Many restsurants and cafes nearby and a lovely bakery nextdoor. Very nice reception and pool area. Pool is heated.

The only improvements recommended are pool furniture needs updating, tv in one bed needs updating(size is currently tiny) and gym lacking area for mat work and equipment outdated. Not enough to detract from recommending. Still one of our favourite places to stay in Sydney.
