Nice stay in the French contryside, minutes away from the City Centre of Angers. The pool was clean and warm. The service was good. They left us a nice note for our wedding anniversary. Bear in mind there is no AC at the location.

Really lovely place. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner a little basic but fine for one night. Wine list very small and not so good, could be improved. But the whole design, atmosphere and grounds are really nice. People are lovely.

Staff seemed a bit bemused when we arrived. There was an external training meeting taking place at the time and car parking was tricky. We knew that they only provided a snacking menu for dinner, which was pretty tasty, but rather limited. No bar but wine and beer was available with dinner. Post dinner coffee could not be had in dining room but had to be taken using machine in the room. Interesting lift!! Ceiling height in bedroom restrictive due to room being in roof. Bed very comfortable and a good night’s sleep was had. Overall a reasonable night’s stay.

Just a one night stop on the way home to UK. What a really beautiful place to stay. A friendly welcome, wonderful rural area. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely food for both dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay again. Maybe just a little too far from the city with not particularly good public transport close by ? However, if you are happy to drive into the Park & Ride it is a great place to stay.

Une très grande et belle chambre et une ambiance agréable dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et BIO 👏👏 Le personnel très poli et agréable. Malgré mon arrivée tardive le réceptionniste a accepté de me faire préparer un dîner et me l’a servi en chambre. C’était parfait.

We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and having the well-appointed kitchen was very useful. The room was comfortably and stylishly furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Très bel endroit et sublime château ! La chambre Oscar est très grande avec sa sdb, belle décoration moderne, lit très grand et confortable, grande terrasse. Seul petit bémol le bruit du frigo que nous avons dû débrancher et les voisins du dessus aux pieds lourds sur parquet bois. Accueil très pro & cordial, et Corentin nous a arrangé la réservation suite à une erreur de de date de notre part.

We have stayed here before, and it is a lovely property. However, we stayed at 3 different hotels in this region, this summer, and this was the least best value for money, given the facilities. The pool is great, the gardens well maintained, and the communal areas are lovely. Also, the breakfast is very good (though is not included in room rates). This time, the room we stayed in was very small (in the eaves of the building - I hit my head a few times!) and there is no air conditioning. This made the small room at the top of the building almost unbearably hot. The staff did provide a fan but it provided limited relief. Hotels such as this should now consider air conditioning in rooms as standard, given rising temperates over recent summers.

Petit déjeuner exceptionnelle avec que des produits locaux et fait maison - nous avons invité des amis pour le petit déjeuner et ils étaient ravis. Situation très pratique à la sortie de l'autoroute mais au calme avec une vue magnifique. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Nice stay in the French contryside, minutes away from the City Centre of Angers. The pool was clean and warm. The service was good. They left us a nice note for our wedding anniversary. Bear in mind there is no AC at the location.

A beautiful Château, would love to know more of it's history. It's a really lovely place to stay, very peaceful and easy to get to from the main road round Angers. A 10 minute taxi journey takes you to the heart of Angers with plenty of dining options. Breakfast was exceptionally good.

Personnel de la réception très disponible et aimable. Petit déjeuner exceptionnelle avec que des produits locaux et fait maison - nous avons invité des amis pour le petit déjeuner et ils étaient ravis. Situation très pratique à la sortie de l'autoroute mais au calme avec une vue magnifique. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Charmant hôtel dans un cadre verdoyant champêtre. Un accueil très sympa, des chambres spacieuses, un excellent petit-déjeuner, le tout à quelques minutes d’Angers et de Terra Botanica. Je recommande vivement !

For a work trip I convinced 2 of my colleagues to stay here with me. The rooms were great, the bed comfortable, but the absolute best was the breakfast! If you stay there don't leave without having a delicious breakfast! It is also very close to the Center of Angers and a romantic, almost medieval road just south of the chateau takes you to the city along the river. Great experience!

Situé au calme, à proximité du bac de l'ile saint Aubin et de sa guinguette, ce lieu de sejour est tres agréable. L'établissement est bien tenu et le personnel tres gentil et serviable. Le parc est remarquable, et propose des petits coins intimes. La piscine est très propre et accessible. Le seul petit défaut est le bruit en soirée du parc voisin (Terra Botanica). La visite de ce parc vaut cependant le coup ... en journée.

Just a one night stop on the way home to UK. What a really beautiful place to stay. A friendly welcome, wonderful rural area. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely food for both dinner and breakfast. Would love to stay again. Maybe just a little too far from the city with not particularly good public transport close by ? However, if you are happy to drive into the Park & Ride it is a great place to stay.

Dimora storica con bellissimo giardino e dintorni stupendi. Camere di classe e pulite, unica lecca un po'fredde e non sono riuscito ad alzare il riscaldamento... Ristorante dell'hotel ottimo. Il prezzo vale il contesto.

Super séjour d’une nuit, en couple. Nous sommes arrivés en début d’après midi le samedi afin de faire une après midi vélo (préalablement réservé par téléphone avec l’accueil de l’hôtel) 40€ la journée vélo (un peu cher car nous ne nous en sommes servis que l’après midi et ils sont rentrés sans batterie, ils n’auraient clairement pas tenu la journée !!) mais la balade était sublime Angers à Grez Neville ! SUPERBE je recommande !! Le soir snack à la guinguette en bas de l’hôtel en passant par le passage dans la forêt !! Trop chouette !!! Et le dimanche petit dej incroyable délicieux frais varié et fait maison !! Wahouu Merci c’était vraiment un super moment une très belle parenthèse :)

Une très grande et belle chambre et une ambiance agréable dans cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était parfait et BIO 👏👏 Le personnel très poli et agréable. Malgré mon arrivée tardive le réceptionniste a accepté de me faire préparer un dîner et me l’a servi en chambre. C’était parfait.

Really lovely place. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner a little basic but fine for one night. Wine list very small and not so good, could be improved. But the whole design, atmosphere and grounds are really nice. People are lovely.

We loved our stay. The staff were very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was excellent, and having the well-appointed kitchen was very useful. The room was comfortably and stylishly furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Room was spacious and clean. Comfy bed and good shower. No air con which was difficult in the 40c heat but we had fans. They should mention that in the advertising! Breakfast was one of the best ever with amazing choice and quality of food. Staff were exemplary in every way. The pool was lovely. Definitely coming back but when it’s cooler!
