My stay at Hotel Grammos was incredibly satisfying and I enjoyed staying here. It’s close to major areas and transit points for easy commuting, near multiple coffee shops and convenient stores within one block and even has a rooftop pool! The mini fridge was nice to store snacks annd leftovers. Overall, the room felt spacious, even though it was only a queen bed room. The Japanese toilet with heated seat and bidet is a godsend. I stayed on the second floor and the area is incredibly quiet from traffic and people. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Thank you!

Nice comfy room with a huge bathtub and city view. Nice heated rooftop pool was a plus. The Staff was pro and friendly. We called the front desk and ghey quickly brought an iron to our room and extra towels as well. I highly recommend !

The room and the rooftop pool were great. The gym not so and had a damp smell. Was a bit of a walk up the hill from Gangnam station so better to get off at the next train stop.

5日宿泊。チックインの際に夜間の出入りの説明あり。タオル交換は3日目のみでしたが特に問題なし。返還プラグが合わずフロントに確認すると貸してくれました。ワインオープナーも貸してくれます。B2に洗濯機と洗剤あり。スピードコースで00分.スタンダードで1時間20分,。乾燥機能はないですが物干しスタンドを貸してくれます。部屋も広くひと晩で乾きます。一階に無料のコーヒー、ウォーターサーバー、レンジあり。特に不便なく過ごせました。洗濯できたので助かりました。ホテルの前の坂かきついです。バス停、駅に行くにも坂が大変でした。ホテル付近にはコンビニがたくさんありめす。近くに美味しいベーグル屋三あり。帰国日、スーツケースを転がしてエアポート行きのバス停まで行くのは不安があった為タクシーでコエックスバスターミナルまで行きました。坂がなければ最高の立地です。

It was very nice place. Great service and help at reception when you asked. Pretty good level of English communication. Only one thing I would change to make the stay more environmental friendly is supply of the shampoo/shower gel. It comes in mini containers and if you are staying for 2 weeks it is lot of plastic especially with humidity and frequent showers. So possibly installing bigger bottles would make it easier for cleaners and environment. Great swimming pool at the rooftop - possibly morning hours could be sooner so you can have swim before your day, and lovely little gym available is always a plus benefit. Def recommend this place, great location as well to travel anywhere even to airport etc.

주변 공사 소리도 시끄럽고(새벽부터 공사하는 소리에 깼네요) 호텔 바로 앞 담배 피우는 불문율의 공간인건지 사람들 쭉 나와서 담배 피우는데 정말 별로였어요. 썩 좋은 기억은 없었습니다. 그리고 호텔 벽, 작은 가구에 묻어있던 갈색 얼룩은 지워지던데 왜 지우지 않은 건지, 정말 청소 관리가 되고 있던건지에 대한 의문이 들기 충분했던 것 같습니다. 화장실 벽, 문이 불투명한 유리에요

This place is just a bed for the night, no restaurants no breakfast, only pro is it's accessable. Walking distance from everything. Otherwise the gym is poorly maintenaned, rooms poorly lit, no tea or coffee in room you must go to reception for it and even then there's no milk. The bathroom on my second stay was atrocious. The Shower curtains moldy, full of hair and just poor conditions. Also someone threw up on the carpet in the corridor/ lift area and it was not cleaned up over a day and half, I had to jump over this everytime I was using the lift...

I thought I had found a steal when I found this four star hotel for the price. Turns out, this hotel is affordable because it really is not a four star hotel. The staff, service and location are great but the rooms are not. The room I had looked nothing like the photos. It had these tacky vinyl floors and no carpet like the photos. The baseboards were dirty and not well taken care of. The shower was full of mold (see photos). Please stop advertising this as a four star hotel.

チェックインもアウトもとてもスムーズでした。部屋は広くてベッドも余裕がありました。シャワーやトイレも快適です。部屋付けのアメニティはシャンプー、シャワージェル、ボディクリームのみでコンディショナーがないため注意が必要です。歯ブラシは備え付けではないですが、フロントで追加購入できます。

Location is great. Very easy to get to subway station, and there is an airport bus stop nearby which takes people straight to Incheon airport from Gangnam The bed is comfortable. Hotel provided all the amenities apart from toothbrush and toothpaste. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, can use a bit of touch up across the room. Plug sockets are old fashioned Korean sockets. No USB port or universal socket. I sleep without any lights on, so when I turn off all the lights, there is a little screen with hotel info on the wall just keeps light and there is no button to shut it down. This is a bit frustrating after a long day of meetings, I just want to get some good quality sleep. Due to this particular issue, I probably will not choose this hotel again

初めて泊まりました。夜10時になるとオートロックで暗証番号で入るようになりますが綺麗でよかったです。日本語ではなくて英語か韓国語の対応でした。部屋のドアは一回でちゃんと閉まらず、ちゃんと閉まったかどうか確認しないといけないので注意が必要でしたー。

Jay and Sue were the best! Jay helped me with an issue that arose 30mins into check and stayed till after he was supposed to leave. Sue knew all the places to go. Highly recommend staying here just for them.

Poor service. battery in remote is dead . I asked front desk for batteries, young guy ask me to bring him the remote. Poor management . They should have maintenance replace and not have guest bring the remote to front desk to replace battery . Safe was not reset and had no instructions.

My family and I we’re extremely happy and satisfied with the hospitality and amenities It was our first time in Korea and the staff assisted with arranging taxi services, recommending local restaurants and shopping options. One of my kids was not feeling well the staff recommended a local urgent care and even called ahead and told medical staff we would be coming in. The accessibility of the laundry room was a definite blessing to have fresh clean clothes and dry clothes when we got caught in a rain shower. Thanks again for the hospitality and kindness.

Yeoksam station exit 7/8 is the nearest exit to hotel! But if u want to take lift please use exit 4. Airport bus 6020 stop at yeoksam station exit 4 too. It takes about 5-10 min walk from station to hotel. Hotel room is big and comfortable. Staffs are nice and friendly.

はじめはデラックスツインに泊まりました。部屋は広くて浴槽がありとてもよかったです。枕元にコンセントあり。テレビでNetflixなども見ることができました。最後の1泊だけスタンダードツインルームに泊まりました。デラックスよりも部屋は狭いですが、十分な感じです。浴槽なし、枕元にコンセントなし、Netflix等も見れませんでした。でも長く泊まらないならこちらでもいいと思います。両部屋とも、部屋独立のエアコン、トイレは個別にあります。ただ、ホテルまでの道のりが遠くはないものの駅からずっと緩やかな坂道。そして、最後にホテル前までのかなり急な坂道。スーツケースがあるとかなりきついです。近くにコンビニ、スターバックスなどのカフェ、飲食店も多いのでとても便利ではあります。総合的にはとても良いのではないかと思います。

Super cute interior, rooms were spacious and clean. Right near bus stops and a short walk from the train station. There is a 24 hr Korean bbq restaurant sound the corner along with a 24 hr GS25 convenient store! Those were super useful when hungry or needed something to buy quickly. Many restaurants within a block or two, shopping areas only a few bus stops away. Super safe and quiet area. 10/10 would stay again!!

For a hotel in this district of Seoul you really get your moneys worth. The hotel is less than 300 yds from Yeoksan Metro which makes getting about very easy. It is off a side road which makes initially a bit awkward to find but with Google Maps its ok. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. There is a 24 hr convenience store nearby and plenty of eateries and coffee shops. The pool area roof terrace is lovely especially after a long day sight seeing. Gangnam and the shopping dustrict is a short walk and lively of an evening and is perfect for all ages. Only one down side is there is limited view from the room and a steep hill when walking to it. But overall a good conveneient hotel.

年末年始、小学生のいる家族3人で4泊しました！部屋の広さで決めましたが、サービスや設備は申し分なくて、ジャグジー付のお部屋だったので、毎日の疲れも癒やされました！地下にコインランドリーもあり、コーヒーはいつでも出来立てが飲め、ベッドも心地よく、シャワーも快適でした。フロントの方も優しく、変換プラグも貸してもらえました。場所が2号線だけが通っているヨッサム駅なので、明洞に行くのはちょっと不便ですが、2号線自体が便利な地下鉄でした！ありがとうございました。
