Well manicured and beautiful gardens and facilities. Loved the island park for the children. Our accommodation was very lovely and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and great for our family of five. We are looking forward to coming back to stay longer next time.

Quiet property very tidy. We traveled as a family of 4. Unit size was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Good amenities outside. Easy to get to the center of Geelong. Good walking trails with the river across the road. Would recommend people to stay.

A really lovely place to stay with family. The place is very well maintained, the grounds are really lovely. A heated pool and spa with plenty of seating. The unit itself was spacious, comfortable and really clean. We will definitely stay again!

The bedroom house we stayed is spotless and it has everything you need for being away from home with even washing machine and dryer. It is well maintained and newly refurbished. The bedding is comfortable, it has Netflex, there are lovely walks along the Barwon River. We will be sure staying here again if we visit Geelong.

A beautiful pleasing property with fabulous amenities for a family. Unit was well set up. In fact, it was excellent. We couldn’t get the heater to work, disappointing on a cold day and night, and would have preferred the lighting to have been not bright glaring white, That was offputting. Nonetheless, the experience was fabulous, and I’d recommend it to others.

My check in experience was terrible and absolutely no fault of the staff at Barwon Lodge. All correspondence from Wotif stated I had paid when I booked 7 months ago so naturally I arrived believing this to be the case however Wotif had not taken the money so payment was required at check in. I was told this has become a common occurrence with Wotif who clearly need to get their act together. The actual stay was perfect. Accomodation and facilities were perfect for what we needed and the staff could not have been more helpful
