Enjoyed our overnight stay at oaks. Comfortable rooms. Nice little balcony. Great staff. Very conveniently located near transport.

The room was adequate. Wifi was unusable due to warnings about security. Bathroom needs attention. On a positive reception staff were efficient and friendly. Location is great with easy access to transport.

The staff were amazing - polite, friendly and willing to help. The location is perfect. Appreciated the use of the gym and laundry facilities. The room, however, was not clean. I had to ask housekeeping to wipe down the bathroom walls as there was dirt and possibly spots of blood. The night tables were dusty and dirty - clearly had not been wiped down in quite some time. I had to rewash cutlery, plates and wipe down counters.
