Das Hotel an sich fanden wir gut, was uns nicht gefallen hat war das es ein offenes Bad hat und da wir als Freundinnen verreist sind fanden wir es ein bisschen unpraktisch! Die Skyline Bar hat einen tollen Blick über die Stadt! Was ich allerdings auch bemängeln muss wir hatten unsere Zahnbürsten vergessen und hatten nach gefragt ob sie welche haben und wir hätten nur welche kaufen können für 4€ was ich von 5 Sterne Hotels anders gewohnt bin! Der haus eigene Parkplatz war schon voll und wir mussten außerhalb auf einen öffentlichen Parkplatz parken für 30€ und dieser war nicht überwacht!

The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section.

The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well presented, and the location by the harbour is excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted when housekeeping entered my room at 7:55am, which was extremely unsettling and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. This significantly impacted my experience.

Nicht empfehlenswert, da sehr in die Jahre gekommen, in Teilen runtergewohnte Einrichtung, recht planloses Rezeptionspersonal, das meine Zimmerkarte nicht richtig kodierte - ich als abends um zehn erst einmal noch zwischen Foyer und 10. Etage hin und herpendeln durfte - und entgegen der Suggestion bei mir keine Tiefgaragenplätze (mehr frei?, mir wurde hier nichts erklärt), sodass ich etwa 750 Meter entfernt in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken und mit meinem Koffer einen tollen Abendspaziergang unfreiwillig antreten musste- das gleiche dann am nächsten Morgen nochmals (auch ein pures Vergnügen, wenn man geschäftlich dort nächtigt und entsprechend um 5 Uhr zu seinem Auto muss). Überdies starke Beeinträchtigungen durch die aktuell laufenden Baumaßnahmen. In Summe also: Danke, aber nein, danke

Als wir vor 3 Jahren das 1x vor Ort waren hat es mir besser gefallen. Mittlerweile sollte vieles mal renoviert werden Oder repetieret werden, in der Dusche waren leider manche Fliesen staubig (klebrig) was mir zeigt das nicht gründlich geputzt wurde. Der Nachttisch hatte ein Riesen Brandfleck! Der sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden (dies habe ich auch an der Info gemeldet)

Ein wirklich tolles modernes Hotel mit tollem Service. Haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Preisleistung voll ok. Saubere Zimmer. Die Panorama Zimmer haben einen tollen Ausblick. Herrlich. Freundliches Personal beim Frühstück und beim Check-in. Kommen gerne wieder. Einziges Manko vor der Zimmertür ist so ein Schild das man drehen muss ob man da ist oder seine Ruhe haben will. Bei uns hat irgendjemand gedreht wir wollen Ruhe somit wurde das Zimmer nicht betreten und sauber gemacht obwohl wir nicht da waren.

The room was extremely dusty. The overhead vents were filled with dust, the blinds were filled with dust, under the bed was covered in dust, and the AC vent was covered in dust. And this was with vinyl floors, that are suppose to be more hypoallergenic. I ended up with a sinus infection.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und mein Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. Die Lage ist perfekt – Das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl an frischen und leckeren Speisen. Insgesamt eine ausgezeichnete Erfahrung, die ich gerne weiterempfehle!

Nettes Personal, Aber komischerweise richt es im Zimmer nach Krankenhaus… Eine bitte tauschen Sie die Klobrillen die vergilbt sind aus. Egal wie sauber das Zimmer ist, da vergeht einem wirklich alles am Anblick. Betroffen ist Zimmer-Nr: 608. Sonst hat es eine schöne Lage.

View was directly into the staircase of the building next door, which happens, however, the hotel doesn't have any private area's in these room type, so you need to make sure the blinds are down, most of your time in the room. Also there's 2 sets of blinds, one electronic that doesn't go all the way to the bottom which means light is always coming in slightly at night. A couple of mornings for me were noisy from the room above, I called reception and was quite bluntly told they will send housekeeping and hung up on me mid sentence. Separately housekeeping came in without knocking twice, even with the do not disturb notification hanging outside. Overall, I'd choose a better 4*.

Eine tolle Lage im Düsseldorfer Hafen. Erfreulicherweise hatte ich auch eine super Aussicht. Was ich am Zimmer gar nicht mochte, war, dass man die Klimasnlage/Lüftung nicht komplett ausschalten konnte. Der Luftzug störte mich sehr beim Schlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und hatte bei den verschiedenen Beilagen zum Rührei auch frisches Grillgemüse. Für mich war das grossartig, denn aufgrund meiner ketogene Ernährung (so gut wie keine KH) ist es oft schwierig, im Hotel ein ausreichendes Frühstück zu bekommen.

Die gebuchte Suite war stylisch und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem die clevere Aufteilung im Bad genossen. So gab es trotz 3 Personen keinen Stau im Bad. Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage vom Medienhafen, nicht unweit von tollen Restaurants. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Nicht empfehlenswert, da sehr in die Jahre gekommen, in Teilen runtergewohnte Einrichtung, recht planloses Rezeptionspersonal, das meine Zimmerkarte nicht richtig kodierte - ich als abends um zehn erst einmal noch zwischen Foyer und 10. Etage hin und herpendeln durfte - und entgegen der Suggestion bei mir keine Tiefgaragenplätze (mehr frei?, mir wurde hier nichts erklärt), sodass ich etwa 750 Meter entfernt in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken und mit meinem Koffer einen tollen Abendspaziergang unfreiwillig antreten musste- das gleiche dann am nächsten Morgen nochmals (auch ein pures Vergnügen, wenn man geschäftlich dort nächtigt und entsprechend um 5 Uhr zu seinem Auto muss). Überdies starke Beeinträchtigungen durch die aktuell laufenden Baumaßnahmen. In Summe also: Danke, aber nein, danke

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, und mein Zimmer war sauber, modern und sehr komfortabel. The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section.
