Nice and comfortable hotel. Close to bus bus stops, subway and tram stations. A huge ALDI with a lot of options is closed by. There is a nice affordable Asian restaurant in front of Aldi that called Mama’s food that it is delicious. The area is quite rough in the evening, so be aware when you walk in the dark streets. The only downside of the hotel is that you can not check in early even the room is ready for you. They will charge extra if you want get the room before 3 pm.

One of my worst experiences. I was there during the heat wave in Berlin and it was absolutely a heat dome inside the hotel with no AC anywhere and only a handful of table fans. I confirmed with the staff to arrange a fan for my room prior to my arrival and was denied one at the reception. There was no follow-up and no attempt or effort made to arrange this minimum requirement. In the last night there were random knocks in our hotel room and we were unable to even contact reception since there was no phone in the room neither could we reach the reception through our mobile phone. The main gate and hallways to the rooms remained open to public all night. The location is well connected but not the safest or calmest. Ok for a cheap 1-2 night stay during winter (although I see people complaining about heating too) but please avoid it during summer. Won't be going back!
