We had made an error and flew into the wrong airport ( our airport was six hour drive up near El Nido) so we scrambled for a hotel on short notice that was low cost and we found this hotel. The staff was friendly, the food on their menu was very low cost and a daily morning buffet is included. Our tour guide came to this hotel to pick us up and drop us off. They have a small gym, pool table and bar. The hotel is safe and clean, and you can order massage service as well after a day of island hopping.

It is perhaps somewhat unfair, as tyf hotel have not been in operationen for a while due to covid and had very few guests. The area was coming back to life, with several bars snd restaurants open for business. I can recommend the nearby Thai/European one, forgot the name though. The hotel had a good standard of rooms but with limitted services, e.g. no restaurant and breakfast was from an outside kitchen, but ok. I would go the again if I had to go to Palawan again.

I love the cold water dispenser in every floor. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was really good and love their coffee. I just wish they provided hand towel in the bathroom.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean and close to some restaurants. Its not close to the mall or city center if thats your thing. Its like a 20 to 25 minute trike ride away due to highway restrictions for trikes. Also 25 mins away by trike from airport. PS. They should have a sign on the pool table that its not available during breakfast time or just remove the balls. We had some rude guest use the pool table during our breakfast that ruined the quiet atmosphere. Also the juice they offer for breakfast is powdered.

The rooms we're dark, aircon not cooling enough. Hallway by the rooms very hot. 2 rooms had bathroom issues, flooding and bidet not working. Breakfast supposed to be buffet turned out to be ala carte and was just okay, edible if I may say. Staff we're nice though and the reception area was appealing.

Good location, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. Close to airport. Hotel arranged the transfer to airport and El Nido with reasonable price. Room was clean, although didn’t have hot water for shower but it was ok for me. Breakfast was reasonable, included. Staff were friendly, smiles and helpful. It was a good option for me to have stop over in puerto princesa for underground river tour and honda bay tour.

Decent hotel. Allowed us to do early check-in (for a fee) which was very appreciated after an early morning arrival. Breakfast basic but ok. They are a good layover hotel, however, the airport exit is at the other side of the airport - so the distance is still 3 km to walk/take a tricycle.

We would have rated this property as 5 stars if our departure day was handled better. We had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 6:30am. At 6:15am, we came to the breakfast room which open from 6:00am but there was no food available. We saw the cup of noodles on the counter and ask the lobby staff if we can take it to replace the breakfast & he said yes. However, when we checked out they asked us to pay 100 Peso for the cup of noodles, and I complained but they said it’s for sale. I told them my booking comes with breakfast and there was no food available, you not even say sorry or have any alternative plan but asking for paying extra? Paying 100peso was not my issue here, I gave tips to the staffs here 50 -100 peso whatever I’m happy with their services. I’m just not happy the way the lobby staffs handled think like that. To be fair, should we get refunded for the non- break fast provided on our last day? Also, for taxi, if you can arrange it for yourself, it could save you 100 peso. Our trip from the airport we paid directly to the taxi driver was only 300 peso, but for the ride from the hotel to the airport, booking via the hotel & paid directly to the hotel was 400 peso.
