Great find! Small motel with a great view. Be aware that the motel is on a very busy street. Sitting outside or keeping the patio door open will be noisy. The extras available at reception were definitely a plus for us. You can access reception at any time to get extra towels or coffee pods, but also to borrow a toaster, a kettle, cuttlery, dishes, etc. There's a real freezer in the fridge of the hotel room, and ice cubes already available. Small things when you think about it, but it needed someone with an extra care to think about them.

Nice affordable motel when compared to other accommodations in this pricey area of Quebec. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Nice system of codes to open room door; which is quite convenient if you happen to arrive after 5PM (when the motel supplies the door code to your phone). Close to the town of La Malbaie that offers plenty of dining options. Although we didn't go to the casino, it is nearby that motel. Great, friendly and accommodating staff. I was hiking the famous "l'Acropole des Draveurs" the next day and the owner allowed me to park all day on his site, although I was checking out that morning. This was extremely appreciated. Highly recommended.

Vraiment un beau Motel, la vue est sur le fleuve est superbe. Table de service à l’entrée est une excellente idée. Vraiment lorsque nous retournerons dans La Malbaie nous y retournerons.

The room was very spacious and clean for our family of 4. Check-in was easy. Easy to get extra towels and coffee pods, plus on site ice machine. Walking distance to convenient store and restaurants. Would highly recommend! *The place is advertised as pet free but pets are welcome for an extra fee.

Nous n’avons vu aucun membre du personnel. Nous avons reçu par texto , les indications pour accéder à notre chambre. Il y avait un endroit où étaient disposés les objets et les serviettes au cas où on en aurait eu besoin. C’était très bien organisé. Très beau séjour, très belle vue , près de tous les commerces, épicerie et restaurants

Nice clean well furnished motel with a view of the river. Large room and comfortable beds. Contactless check-in; you call to get the door code. Some road and train noise, but not bad in shoulder season. Cute little coffee shop right across the street. I’d stay there again.

This hotel is way better than you actually think. First off, the check in during Covid, was awesome. They emailed me a code for the door and I let myself in. They did say that if there was any problems to contact them and they'd be happy to help. The room was quite a surprise, very spacious, with a desk, and a table with 2 chairs, and a beautiful view of the water and small part of town. The beds were comfortable, nothing too fancy, but clean and modern. Will be staying here again for sure.

The service was very good...facilities also goos, microwave, fridge and coffee maker in room. Access to cuttlery and plates near reception. My ONLY COMPLAIN, we were there fir 5 days and room was not cleaned for the whole stay... Dirty plates, glasses, cups left in the room. Good thing we only bought croissants and orange juice for morning. Melissa was very helpful booking our whale tour, very pleasant and always smiling. The motel has a lot of potential but cleaning should be improuved.

This was the perfect location for a visit to La Malbaie. Overlooking the Bay and walking distance to excellent restaurants and an amazing Art Gallery. Very quiet even though a main route was down the hill. Main floor room had a sliding door onto a sitting area.

Magnifique endroit, lit un peu petit mais confortable. Nous avions fait une reservation derniere minute et arrivé sur place avons dus deranger la personne a l’accueil qui a du revenir a l’hotel… il semblait mecontent. Ca nous a un peu déçu. Mais il nous a conseillé un super resto pour la suite.

Magnifique endroit, lit un peu petit mais confortable. Nous avions fait une reservation derniere minute et arrivé sur place avons dus deranger la personne a l’accueil qui a du revenir a l’hotel… il semblait mecontent. Ca nous a un peu déçu. Mais il nous a conseillé un super resto pour la suite.

Côté chambre, celle ci est spacieuse, bien équipée permettant de prendre le petit déjeuner et la literie confortable.

Nice affordable motel when compared to other accommodations in this pricey area of Quebec. Nice comfortable and clean rooms. Nice system of codes to open room door; which is quite convenient if you happen to arrive after 5PM (when the motel supplies the door code to your phone). Close to the town of La Malbaie that offers plenty of dining options. Although we didn't go to the casino, it is nearby that motel. Great, friendly and accommodating staff. I was hiking the famous "l'Acropole des Draveurs" the next day and the owner allowed me to park all day on his site, although I was checking out that morning. This was extremely appreciated. Highly recommended.

Très bel accueil à notre arrivée. Bravo pour les femmes de chambre, il m'est arrivée un petit accident et elles m'ont aidé avec le sourire! Il y a une brûlerie juste en face du motel pour un bon café. Je recommande fortement ce motel.

The room was very spacious and clean for our family of 4. Check-in was easy. Easy to get extra towels and coffee pods, plus on site ice machine. Walking distance to convenient store and restaurants. Would highly recommend! *The place is advertised as pet free but pets are welcome for an extra fee.

Nous n’avons vu aucun membre du personnel. Nous avons reçu par texto , les indications pour accéder à notre chambre. Il y avait un endroit où étaient disposés les objets et les serviettes au cas où on en aurait eu besoin. C’était très bien organisé. Très beau séjour, très belle vue , près de tous les commerces, épicerie et restaurants

This was the perfect location for a visit to La Malbaie. Overlooking the Bay and walking distance to excellent restaurants and an amazing Art Gallery. Very quiet even though a main route was down the hill. Main floor room had a sliding door onto a sitting area.
