Check in duurt heel lang. In een kleine gang moeten wachten met 4 terwijl het koppel voor ons zat te sukkelen en er nog eens mensen wilden passeren om binnen te geraken. Heeft denk ik wel 10 min geduurd voor ze klaar waren en toen moesten wij ook nog eens 10 min sukkelen om check in af te ronden. En we kregen een code die niet werkte. Uiteraard was er niemand aan de receptie. Nadien iemand hierover aangesproken en die heeft gezien dat het niet ging maar kon geen oplossing bieden. Gelukkig waren we terug voor zijn shift erop zat en stond de deur nog open. Wel ruime parking en zeer rustig ondanks dat de trein vlakbij passeert

Der Check Inn Schalter im Eingang ist viel zu umständlich. Man muss alle Daten nochmals eingeben, obwohl man dies schon bei der online Buchung hinterlegt hat. Zudem ist die Eingangshalle wo dieser Schalter ist viel zu klein,sodass man immer wieder an andere Menschen stößt.

This property is minutes from a tram stop that is one stop to Central Bonn. It can also bring you directly to Cologne. There were restaurants, which were also close by. We did automated check-in, which was easy, and parking was free. As usual, the room and hotel were immaculate. We were in a family room and it was a good size!

Small rooms but they have what you need. Bunk beds for the kids and double bed for the parents (4). Clean bathrooms and parking included. It is near to downtown. They send you a code number which give you access to the room for a self check up. We had a guy at the reception this time.

Our family (2 adults, 2 children (7 + 5 who uses a wheelchair) stayed here for 3 nights in mid-Aug. I was looking for one room to sleep 4, air-con and parking at a reasonable price. We were met by a friendly multi-lingual guy in reception who seemed to be there our whole stay which was nice. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfy. Bunkbeds for the kids. Bathroom clean and functional, shower door was quite leaky so even after drying and running the fan it did sometimes smell a bit damp but was really not a problem. Air-con worked well and was very welcome after long days out exploring Bonn. The car park was small for 100 rooms but was never even close to being full. We chose to buy the breakfast and it was really impressive - so much choice and enjoyed by us all. Lots of xxx-free for those with dietary requirements. It was always well stocked and staff came in regularly checking, cleaning and topping up. We enjoyed pizza in the lobby one evening when a friend came to visit and enjoyed getting beer and wine from the vending machine ( a novelty for us Brits). Was a reasonable walk into the city, fine for us to do with no complaints from the 7yo. Also near a train (or tram) stop. Would recommend and stay here again if we visit Bonn in the future. Very reasonably priced for the facilities.

Das Zimmer war sauber und für maximal zwei Personen optimal. Obwohl stand im Profil des Hotels, dass Parkplatz kostenlose ist, wurde es beim Einchecken gefordert, dass 8 € bezahlt werden muss. Den Betrag wurde nachher von Expedia rückgestattet. Für Solche Einrichtungen, die über ihre eigene Buchung- Verwaltung System verfügen, empfehle ich, direkt zu buchen.

Das Einchecken und auschecken ging echt schnell und freundlich von statten. Der erste Eindruck war auch sehr gut. Leider war das Bad nicht ganz sauber aber das waren nur kleine Details sonst top. Steckdosen und Lichtschalter waren in diesem Zimmer reperaturbedürftig der nutzen war aber vorhanden. Wäre das Doppelbett etwas grösser wäre es perfekt,fand dieses etwas zu klein für 2 erwachsene.

Sauber und moderne Zimmer geräumiges Zimmer Orthopädische Matrazen Zimmer wie neu renoviert kostenfreier Parkplatz PS: Ich kann einige schlechte Bewertungen hier überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen, waren vollstens zufrieden. Vielleicht ist es durch eine Renovierung deutlich besser geworden. Im aktuellen Zustand ist das Hotel jedenfalls zu empfehlen.

Sehr günstig mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen (nur eine Station ab Bonn Hauptbahnhof an einer vielbefahrenen Strecke und dann 5 Minuten Fußweg). Allerdings hört man die dann am Hotel weiter- und vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen, wenn es ein älteres Straßenbahnmodell ist, das auch noch eingesetzt wird. Die moderneren Konstruktionen fahren leiser und man hört nichts davon.
Sehr günstig mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen (nur eine Station ab Bonn Hauptbahnhof an einer vielbefahrenen Strecke und dann 5 Minuten Fußweg). Allerdings hört man die dann am Hotel weiter- und vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen, wenn es ein älteres Straßenbahnmodell ist, das auch noch eingesetzt wird. Wir haben das Hotel nur zum Übernachten für eine Nacht genutzt. Dafür war es perfekt. Wir konnten Abends um 21.30 Uhr noch problemlos und schnell einchecken. Das Zimmer (4 Bettzimmer) war groß und geräumig, es war auch für die Hygiene alles nötige vorhanden und die Klimaanlage war ein Segen, da es am Tag 36 Grad hatte. Morgens konnten wir einfach das Zimmer verlassen, ein auschecken war nicht nötig, da man keinen Schlüssel abgeben muss. Kurz um super Aufenthalt, mit erholsamen Schlaf (Dank Klima und guten Betten), keine Lärmbelästigung, obwohl es direkt an den Bahngleisen liegt, dieses Hotel würde ich für einen Kurztrip jederzeit wieder nehmen.

Kamer was zeer schoon , familie kamer met 2 persoons bed en stapelbed , goeie matrassen , airco , schoon , fijne douche . Lift aanwezig , 20 min lopen v centrum Bonn. Minder leuk was onaardige vrouw achter balie die me wegstuurde bij ontbijt omdat de hond onder tafel lag , die moest ik maar op de kamer laten . Bij uitlegt dat ie dan gaat blaffen had ze geen notie voor ze was onaardig en ik ben met bordje buiten gaan zitten terwijl mijn kinderen in de eetzaal bleven

Our family (2 adults, 2 children (7 + 5 who uses a wheelchair) stayed here for 3 nights in mid-Aug. I was looking for one room to sleep 4, air-con and parking at a reasonable price. We were met by a friendly multi-lingual guy in reception who seemed to be there our whole stay which was nice. Our room was spacious and clean, the bed was really comfy. Bunkbeds for the kids. Bathroom clean and functional, shower door was quite leaky so even after drying and running the fan it did sometimes smell a bit damp but was really not a problem. Air-con worked well and was very welcome after long days out exploring Bonn. The car park was small for 100 rooms but was never even close to being full. We chose to buy the breakfast and it was really impressive - so much choice and enjoyed by us all. Lots of xxx-free for those with dietary requirements. It was always well stocked and staff came in regularly checking, cleaning and topping up. Sehr günstig mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen (nur eine Station ab Bonn Hauptbahnhof an einer vielbefahrenen Strecke und dann 5 Minuten Fußweg). Allerdings hört man die dann am Hotel weiter- und vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahnen, wenn es ein älteres Straßenbahnmodell ist, das auch noch eingesetzt wird. Die moderneren Konstruktionen fahren leiser und man hört nichts davon.

Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Frühstück ist auch okay. Die Lage ist nicht so schön aber der Busstop ist nur 200 m entfernt. Schön ja so gar notwendig ist ein halte Griff wenn mann aus der Dusche aufsteigt. Die dusch ist sehr glatt Unfallgefahr.es wäre auch praktische die Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Es fehlten aber die Aufhänger an den Handtüchern.Und das Personal könnte etwas besser geschult sein mit den örtlichkeiten in Bonn und ein Busfahrplan sowie ein etwas besser Stadtplan.

This property is minutes from a tram stop that is one stop to Central Bonn. It can also bring you directly to Cologne. There were restaurants, which were also close by. We did automated check-in, which was easy, and parking was free. As usual, the room and hotel were immaculate. We were in a family room and it was a good size!

The beds were comfortable but the room smelt a bit , I think it was the carpet , the hall smelt even worse with stains on the carpet , no cooked breakfast even tho it was advertised, probably wouldn’t stay again

I did not particularly like the property. All you have is a room and a bathroom, its far from the centre.its kind of isolated for me. Its nothing compared to the B&B in Brussels. With the price i paid for a night i think its not really worth it.

Very, very good room for us as family. Great with AC (although quite noisy). Great condition on facilities. Breakfast ok, with absolutely no frills (missed orange juice). Most personell very helpful, but one person who seemed like she would prefer to not work with humans.

Parking is unsecured, and there was a strange person walking away from the cars when we first arrived, possibly spooked by our arrival. Location is a 20 minute walk to the center of town.
