This property is pristine. The landscape was breathtaking. The staff was courteous and friendly. We really enjoyed the billiard tables and drink selection at the bar/restaurant. Parking was a breeze and our room was clean and comfortable. The hot water in the shower was aplenty. Will defiantly stay again on our next visit.

Beautiful grounds, 15 minute walk to town (or easy cab for $100 pesos). Very clean, pools are wonderful. Booking through Expedia was easy and accurate. Only slight annoyance was the pool bar was not attended - you needed to get out of the pool, walk around the outdoor restaurant patrons, and grab someone for drinks.

El Hotel descuidado, viejo, arañas en la habitación , en el comedor, en las sillas del restaurante, por todas partes, la comida muy mala, la recepción con una jeta de desagrado por decirles, control de la TV sin pilas que sirvieran, se metió agua de la lluvia por la ventana vieja llena de arañas que no podíamos abrir Pk se metían más!! pésimo. The view was gorgeous. Location really nice. The service was less than expected as they did not have assistance with housekeeping throughout the day. Only in the mornings. The restroom had black mold and we requested that it get cleaned. It did not.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The room is very old, you still use an actual key to open the door. The inside of the room has the chain on it so you can lock it. Needs some work to bring it back to life.

I’m giving this hotel a 3 because I didn’t do my research beforehand. I let my mom suggest it ….. so I am to blame for not looking into that prior! The hotel was clean, the grounds were well kept, the staff was kind. The negatives - the hotel is dated, their is no mini fridge, no safety deposit box, when it rained - it leaked via the sunlight in the bathroom, and the lack of water pressure in the shower (I couldn’t even wash my hair).

Los únicos dos puntos que no me gustaron fueron: 1. Que no hay aire acondicionado. Chapala es un lugar muy caluroso y la verdad los ventiladores que ponen no ayudan en nada. Podrían al menos poner ventiladores verticales, esos sí sacan aire frío. 2. El sábado, después de estar todo el día fuera, llegué a la 1 am a mi habitación y el personal de limpieza dejó mis ventanas abiertas todo el día (yo las dejé cerradas), por lo que se metieron 3 lagartijas y muchos mosquitos a mi habitación, además de que se pudo haber metido también una persona. Me costó mucho trabajo poderme quedar dormida esa noche, pensando en que pudiera haber alguien en mi habitación, así como por los mosquitos y las lagartijas que me dan mucho asco. En cuanto a las instalaciones en general, me gustó mi habitación, era muy grande. El baño super bonito, grande y limpio. Y el buffet del domingo, delicioso. El personal super amable y atento.

La vista es excelente, hay mucha naturaleza y está increíble. El hotel es bonito, pero en mi personal no tuvimos buena experiencia en cuanto a que llegamos y nos hicieron el check in hasta las 4pm porque no habían limpiado la habitación, al día siguiente inhabilitaron la alberca más grande porque harían sesión de fotos (alrededor de 5 horas), el personal de meseros súper groseros. En cuanto a las personas que hacen el aseo 10/10 muy amables.

Overall hotel is nice however the air conditioner weren’t working, my door lock wasn’t working properly and I came back to my door being open, my family rented out several rooms for a family function and nobody was happy due to issues related to air conditioner, lack of staff caring to fix issues and just overall lying saying they will fix and they don’t

The views from both the front lobby and the back of the hotel were super. We ate a lot of meals in the restaurant, and the food was very good, but there was often a long wait. and some of the food was not hot.

The staff were very friendly and supportive and the location was excellent. It is right beside the lake and a short walk to a nice shopping Center and downtown area. The pools are terrific and as added features are a soccer pitch/tennis courts and pool tables to entertain yourself. Good place to stay for a visit to the incredible village of Ajijic.

El lugar está hermoso con vistas espectaculares al lago de Chapala . El personal del restaurante terriblemente mal capacitado ( más de una hora para tomar nuestra orden ) el precio del restaurante es exorbitante alto con respecto a la calidad . El hotel está enclavado en medio de un fraccionamiento donde no es accesible salir a comprar o buscar comida en otro lugar, prepárate para caminar más de 20 minutos para encontrar comida fuera del hotel

room and amenities were very nice. The only complaint is the bar/restaurant. AND its obvious it is a problem as I spoke with others staying there. The food is inconsistant, the bar is pricey. I was there for 10 days, even valentines day the place is empty. Its either not managed properly, there was plenty of staff OR maybe you could offer guests "something" It would of been fun to hang at the bar with other but no one went to the bar.
