This is one of the most friendly and helpful group of staff you will ever find. They helped with parking my car, carrying bags, offering umbrellas, and being genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were in the 3 bedroom penthouse and loved the apartment. It is well located in the Surry Hills area with plenty of cafes and restaurants on Crown Street, a short walk from the hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Cleaning was done everyday and it was acceptable, not outstanding. There is a small but good gym in the building. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. I would recommend Zara Tower Hotel

Most amazing service! Friendly reception staff and available 24/7. Clean and serviced rooms daily, so nice to go back too! Bedding was nice and the pillow menu a bonus. Tea bags were delicious, had to take the remainder home with me! Beautiful big towels and good bathroom. They looked after our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go the airport and that was a life saver!!! Amazing service to offer!

Staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with resolving issues with parking as our vehicle did not initially fit in the stacker. We stayed for 3 nights and found the service to be impeccable. Would definitely stay at this property again.

The location of the property was great. That being said, there is construction currently happening on the building next door and it is very loud, this is in addition to the normal sounds of the city. Housekeeping does an outstanding job of keeping our area clean. There is a washer and dryer which is a plus.The beds themselves are very firm. This seems to be an issue in Australia in general, but each bedroom has the “choice” between being a king or 2 singles. Bed was very firm to our taste, but also our master bedroom is really 2 singles combined to make a “king” and the mattress is very firm and has an obvious gap. Pillows were too firm to our taste as well. The hotel has no pool. We were able to get anywhere in the city through public transportation or uber. Would like more comfortable beds but if met our needs and we would book again.

I stayed in a superior suite which was an enormous 110sqm, because it was Christmas time and I needed somewhere to stay for a few days and have cooking facilities whilst the shops were closed. The furniture, bedding, fittings etc were high quality and super-comfortable, giving a real feeling of home. There were also opening windows for fresh air, which is unusual in a city high rise hotel. The carpark uses a car-stacker, so to make it easy the staff do full concierge parking. I think what struck me most about the place was the friendliness of the staff. Apartment style room is very spacey and convenient for me. Full kitchen, hot tab with shower and shower room, everything fine for me. Only disappointed was a service at the reception and room keepers. One lift was stopped 2 days. I need more 5 minutes to wait the lift at the 8th floor. Luxury sweet soho’s room is fashionable. Need a hot tab in the center as same as I stayed last night.

Rooms are amaizing! Service and convenience too! Gym is not so much and there is no pool, sauna, or stem room. But would stay there again. Bed super comfortable and they have pillow bar. Definitely 5 star rating! Location is also perfect and safe.

Zara Tower Hotel was very nice! The staff was always helpful and friendly. The reason for the 4 star rating for cleanliness and condition was because the floors were a little dusty in areas and the drain in the bathroom shower and sink were slow draining. But other than that, everything was great! Zara Hotel was a really nice place to stay and the staff was excellent!

We liked it very much. Just one thing that we were not happy with is the cleaning staff. They are very noisy and after we told them that we are out for the day and they can clean the room they didn’t clean it or give us clean towels.

We loved the location. Loved the staff who were helpful and friendly. They even changed my pillow to suit. Housekeeping was amazing. What we didn't like was the plumbing nosies at night especially. Each time upstairs turn on something you could hear all the pipes. Didn't like the air condition system being so loud too.

Staff not too helpful Asked for a late check out at check in - they didn’t help ask to ask reception late that night I said I will come in very late and they said back “ you will come back aren’t you” - I didn’t need this kind of an answer Asked to leave a message for them to do so they said no and news asked to ask them in the morning I called in the morning - they didn’t help and asked to to call back later called later and they only allowed 30mins extension for a later check out. Overall staff were not engaging to help with a simple request I felt they didn’t want to help and kept pushing back All they could’ve said is yes or no

This is one of the most friendly and helpful group of staff you will ever find. They helped with parking my car, carrying bags, offering umbrellas, and being genuinely concerned that we had a good stay. Nothing was too much trouble.

Most amazing service! Friendly reception staff and available 24/7. Clean and serviced rooms daily, so nice to go back too! Bedding was nice and the pillow menu a bonus. Tea bags were delicious, had to take the remainder home with me! Beautiful big towels and good bathroom. They looked after our luggage for a few hours until we were ready to go the airport and that was a life saver!!! Amazing service to offer!

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we stepped in the door and every little request was responded to. The staff here are really amazing! We had requested a higher level room and away from the construction noise from the building adjoining the property that I had read about. Not only did they respond to our request, but they upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment a bit further away from the building works. Having said that, I must say that the whole time we were there- 3 days- we were not disturbed by construction noise at all! The apartment was nicely furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean! The apartments are serviced on a daily basis. Museum station is only 5 minutes walk away and Chinatown and Darling Harbour are also within walking distance so there are eating places nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for our family of 3 with a grown child. Easy walk from train station. After my stay I received an email that the cleaning staff found the sink stained, the cleaning staff had not been in for 4 days, why wait til I had left to address this. I only cleaned my face, teeth and rinsed fruit in the sink, how could I have stained the sink. Zara Tower Hotel has a $500.00 deposit. Something fishy from this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Zara hotel. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were extremely friendly, helpful and considerate during our time there. We were a group of 4 girls and we felt very safe. The 2 bedroom apartment was very well equipped, warm and comfortable. The hotel is closer to Surry Hills but you can easily take a short walk to all the main Sydney CBD attractions and near the train station.

Was able to check as soon as we arrived on the morning at accommodation as a room was nearly ready. Instead of waiting for check in time in the afternoon. Basket brothers coffee shop down on the corner is great for food and coffee, and you get a discount cause you stay at the Zara Tower. Handy to public transport and the shops.

This was a fantastic stay! As a family of 5, we had plenty of room with two bedrooms and two baths. The living area was large and comfortable for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked - I especially appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with included pods! The location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the Central train station and 15 minutes to Darling Harbour. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. If I'm ever in Sydney again, this will be my first go-to hotel.

Fabulous two night stay at the Zara Tower. Staff were very friendly and so happy to help, they made us feel right at home. The Soho suite was lovely, very roomy and clean with trendy room design and decor plus an essential Nespresso machine for morning coffee. So much room and the comfiest king bed. It just felt like we were in a NY apartment. Close (and walking distance) to some beautiful restaurants, Chin Chin around the corner and the amazing Yulli’s a 10 minute walk. Will definitely stay again when in Sydney.
