La habitacion es mas pequeña que como luce en las fotos, los de recepcion con malas caras para atender. Esta cerca del centro pero esta muy mal cerca de calles muy feas, para entrar y salir del hotel a tomar alguna calle manejando es peligroso. Las toallas estan viejas y se ven percudidas de tan viejas lo mismo con las cobijas, nonpusieron mas cobijas x si hacia frio. El tel de la habit no servia. Les urge trabajar en muchos detalles. Y no hay elevador x lo q es muy cansado subir las escaleras

El hotel cuenta con dos niveles de habitaciones, por lo que no tiene elevador. La tienda más cercana está como a 3 cuadras, pero el hotel cuenta con máquina de golosinas y café. El servicio bien, solo en el desayuno fue lento y las bandejas del buffet no eran llenadas con frecuencia, había que esperar.

NO ELEVATORS!!! All bedrooms are in 2-3rd floors. Can only access through stairs. Stairways did not have A/C. The hotel was not well conditions for hot temperatures. A/C in the room barely blew cool air. They allowed parties in the rooms of over 20 people during weeknights with loud music and noises. No type of amenities. Their gym was a joke. Also no cool air. Staff looked like they were forced to be there. Not even a smile was shared. Each time you leave the hotel you have to report to front desk. I don’t understand the need to tell them when you leave and return. Felt like I had to report to my parents back in the day. Restaurant area had no type of fan nor A/C. We either had to eat in the heat or our room. Overall experience was horrible. We had booked for two weeks and left after 5 days, loosing our money since there was no refund. Ended up at Staybridge in Silao who had the best of the best. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi. I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.

Lamentablemente tuve una mala experiencia se tardaron muchísimo en atenderme el chavo de recepción poco amable y no resolvía nada. Me entregaron tarde mi habitación después de que ya se habían tardado en atenderme y me aseguraron que ya iba a estar listo y no fue asi.

La habitacion es mas pequeña que como luce en las fotos, los de recepcion con malas caras para atender. Esta cerca del centro pero esta muy mal cerca de calles muy feas, para entrar y salir del hotel a tomar alguna calle manejando es peligroso. Las toallas estan viejas y se ven percudidas de tan viejas lo mismo con las cobijas, nonpusieron mas cobijas x si hacia frio. El tel de la habit no servia. Les urge trabajar en muchos detalles. Y no hay elevador x lo q es muy cansado subir las escaleras

Pues el costo de 1 noche x habitación es buen precio, creo pudieran mejorar, su restaurante muy caro para las porciones, y la señora de la mañana del restaurante, le pedí si me vendia porfavor 2 cafés y de mala gana, chiquitos y caros. Puede hacer muchas mejoras.

Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.
