El personal siempre fue muy servicio al; sin embargo, no siempre están disponibles en la recepción. La habitación era cómoda pero solo tenía aire acondicionado en la parte del salón cocina, y no llegaba a la habitación, lo cual era bastante molesto por el intenso calor de la época. Otro problema fue que si queríamos dejar algo cargando no se podía porque al quitar la tarjeta de la llave se cortaba totalmente la electricidad. El servicio de limpieza no pasa todos los días ni repone artículos de aseo a diario (tuvimos que pedir nosotros que nos dieran shampoo). No hay caja fuerte en la habitación y hay que pagar 2 euros por día para una caja que está en recepción. La zona de piscina es muy buena y cómoda, pero el hotel no proporciona toallas para la posiciona ni permite usar las de las habitaciones; la solución que nos dieron fue que compráramos unas toallas el el súper de enfrente. Ubicación buena, cerca de playas pero alejado del centro. Desayuno completo y variado, pero un día teníamos una excursión temprano y pedimos servicio de desayuno para llevar; nos dijeron que lo prepararían pero nunca nos lo dieron. En general es un buen hotel, con algunos puntos a mejorar.
