Ein Hotel was ein wenig Auffrischung benötigt. Matratzen sehr weich und abgenützt. Die Einrichtung hat die besten Tage hinter sich Licht ein wenig düster. Top: die große Parkgarage unter dem Hotel mit Auflademöglichkeit für PKW.

Nachdem ich ca. 10 Minuten lang von der eigentlichen Empfangsmitarbeiterin ignoriert wurde und sie lieber weiterhin telefoniert hat als Gäste zu empfangen, hat sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin aus dem Backoffice um mich gekümmert. Mein Zimmer war prinzipiell schön aber auch sehr dreckig. Das Hotel wirbt mit einem exklusiven Spaportfolio. Im Hotel angekommen habe ich erfahren, dass Spa nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist und extra kosten würde. Hier wäre mehr Transparenz wünschenswert.

You have to pay for everything that you want to use, to use the pool you have to make an appointment and you HAVE to be naked which they did not mention on their website, the staff is so rude and the bedsheets and curtains have stains all over them

Firstly I need to state that the staff were fantastic, including the restaurant. They were attentive and well-mannered. The issues started small and grew. The EV chargers were not working, considering this being a big selling point to an EV driver on a euro tour this was frustrating, but I am aware of this being a third party problem, however, the booking form should have been updated as apparently, this was an ongoing issue. The room was not a twin, despite booking one. I was informed that the bed separated easily, this was not the case. The floor was horrendous, it was filthy, including disgarded medicine, which was a worry when travelling with children. The bathroom was equally filthy and lacking any shampoo or soap with empty bottles fixed to the wall.The coffee machine, which was completely unusable due to the dirt at the bottom of the water container. The spa was superb, yet you are charged extra for this.

Helaas was het hotel heel gehorig, en met drukke buren dus echt geen pretje. Het bed lag niet fijn. In de douche was overal de kalkaanslag te zien. En bij de wasbak hetzelfde verhaal. Als ze dan niet zo van het poetsen zijn, dan hadden ze misschien niet de kleur zwart moeten uitzoeken. Alles bijelkaar 130 euro betaald voor de koffie in de kamer, want die was wel lekker. De rest was de 130 euro zeker niet waard

Het hotel lijkt een beetje alsof het ooit een zorghotel is geweest. Kamers zijn gehorig. Er is een ventilatiesysteem dat je voortdurend hoort. Maar het ergste is dat ze het woord gastvrijheid niet kennen. Alles is zó overduidelijk gericht op zoveel mogelijk geld binnenhalen, maar zonder de gast een fijne tijd en service te bieden. Personeel is niet getraind in wat gastvrijheid werkelijk Inhoud. Kale en kille bedoeling. Niet weer.

I stayed here on a number of occassions and I was very pleased otherwise I would not have booked, but this time it was evident that although the building is fairly new, noise reduction techniques were not at the list of priorities. Staff were great though!

Room and food were really good. But what really let it down was the service. Whilst not always poor on the odd occasion it was really good, usally while ordering from the QR code on the table then it was ok. But service at the bar really let it down.

Nous avons mangé au dînner mais le service a été très long environ 45 mn avant d'être servi et pour le petit déjeuner du lendemain, l'hotesse d'accueil nous a confirmé 4 personnes pour le petit déjeuner et le lendemain uniquement 2 personnes étaient comptées. Nous avons encore attendu avant que la solution soit résolue.

I stayed here on a number of occassions and I was very pleased otherwise I would not have booked, but this time it was evident that although the building is fairly new, noise reduction techniques were not at the list of priorities. Staff were great though!

Zimmer und alles sind sehr gut. Aber das Restaurant und die Bar sind wirklich unangenehm. Es gibt nur eine kleine Glastüre zum Balkon durch welches Tageslicht scheint ansonsten nur künstliches Licht. Und das ist so gesinnt, dass man eigentlich immer ins Dunkle geht. Qualität des Restaurant ist miserabel. Nur liebloses Convenience Food.

Nothing hidden about impolite of the Dutch and that’s totally fine but when it comes to hospitality and service that I paid for, this is totally unacceptable. Positive things: Room size of 25m2 Coffee and water heater in the room The negatives are as following: 1- During checking in you won’t have the room which you have booked already on the platform. Justification (the rooms shown in the photos are just an example but on reality your room is a lottery based on what the receptionist selects for you) 2- all beds have two separate mattresses and even if you are single or tall and you would like to replace with one big mattress you have to pay extra per night to change the room to superior. Justification ( this 4 star hotel of almost 150 rooms has no spare double top mattress ) 3- Room service isn’t really that good or you have to be in the room to control a good daily cleaning for your room. (When I went to reception to ask for a plastic bag for the trash which the didn’t re-set after taking the rubbish of the previous day, they just passed me a new one with a message of DIY) I don’t know how this hotel got a 4 star and why?! However, I do know that it is better to stay home in Amsterdam than spending money in local Dutch vacation with Fletcher group. Definitely any destination worldwide, you will get a better value for the money spent compared to staying in Netherlands with a value much more less for each hour spent.
