El hotel es bueno. Creo que es el mejor de la ciudad. Lo único es el estacionamiento. Hay dos. El segundo ya está algo lejos. Tienen una escalera que conecta a los dos estacionamientos pero se ve MUY insegura. Mejor salir por la calle y caminar.

el hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado (a unos pasos del centro de Papantla) pero las instalaciones se sienten viejas, los baños no están sucios pero como es tan viejo parecen sin aseo. La alberca es maravillosa aunque pequeña, quizá el horario debería ser más amplio ya que es de 8 a 7 solamente y hay noches muy calurosas

El hotel es viejo y le falta mantenimiento. Las habitaciones tienen muebles de madera viejos, sabanas, cortinas y toallas viejas y sucias. Tiene unos tapetes sucios, que al levantarlos se deshacen solos de lo viejo que están. La piscina no funciona y tiene un letrero viejo y sucio que indica que está fuera de servicio. El estacionamiento está a una cuadra de distancia. E hotel está en alto con muchos escalones y nadie te apoya a subir tu maleta.

I see a lot of review saying that the hotel is very old and needs renovations. I disagree. Yes, it is very old and it shows, but there was a time when hotels were less cookie cutter and far more grand, and you can absolutely see that in its heyday, this was definitely an elegant hotel. For us, it more than served its purpose. The bed was comfortable, Papantla is HOT so we appreciated having air conditioning, the room was very clean, and the location was unbeatable. We were steps from the zocalo, markets, the museum Teodoro Cano and restaurants. The pool was small, but it was a welcome respite from the heat and had lovely aesthetics and decor. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful. There is no elevator so if you have mobility issues, you might want to stay on the first floor. There are several steps to come up to the hotel from the front, but there is actually a back entrance right at street leve. We can’t to return to Papantla and would definitely stay here again.

La atención y el servicio muy buenos sin embargo si traes carro esta no es la opción, el estacionamiento se encuentra a 2 calles del hotel y NO te aseguran que puedas meter tu carro ya que también lo rentan para otros eventos, si quieres llegar después de las 10 de la noche tienes que marcar para pedir que te abran y asi checar si es que tienen cupo o no

Excelente ubicación, a una cuadra de la. Plaza principal, el estacionamiento está a dos cuadras del hotel, cuenta con 2 restaurantes, no hay rampa, no hay elevador difícil acceso si llevas mucho equipaje o para personas con dificultades para deambular. La ventana del baño se abre muy fácil y es grande, las camas no son tan cómodas pero buen lugar para 1 o 2 noches

Desafortunadamente encontramos bichos en una de las cama . Veniamos tan cansados que ya no reclamamos pero lo comente al entregar. La habiatacion olia un poco a humedad. Y la ropa de cama se veia desgatada, pero el hotel es lindo y su restaurante muy buen menu y excelente sabor en los alimentos

Un Hotel tranquilo, con una buena limpieza diaria, también en las habitaciones. Todo el personal muy abierto, muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar. Muy cerca del mercado, el centro de la ciudad, muy central. Muy buena experiencia, recomiendo su estancia si van a estar en Papantla.

Well first of all the primary picture is not the hotel. Secondly although it is in a prime location in the center of town it has a lot of noise from the restaurants in and around the hotel. As far as cleanliness goes it was okay. The bathroom was moldy and you could smell it when you first walked in. All the fixtures were 20 to 30 years old and the AC was very weak. The bed was as hard as a rock & very uncomfortable. So in conclusion this was a one night stop while visiting El Tajin. On the positive side the staff was very nice and there were many local tourists staying there. There were not many other options I Papantla but for one night it was good enough.

1. En cuanto a la habitación Junior Suite (15 M2) es muy pequeña 2. Los muebles de la misma están muy deteriorados 3. En la recepción solo te entregan la llave y te dicen para dónde debes caminar sin que te entreguen fisicamente la misma 4. Poca iluminación en los pasillos prácticamente en la penumbra 5. Al baño le hace falta mantenimiento totalmente 6. Si bien cuenta con estacionamiento este no esté en la propiedad, debes caminar a otra calle 7. No todas las fotos de la publicación corresponden al lugar físico del hotel 8. Lo único salvable es el restaurante "Totonaco" tiene un buen servicio y sus platillos típicos con un buen sabor de la región, la atención del MESERO ANDRÉS es excelente.

The wifi did not work in the hotel, which is completely unacceptable. I tried in 4 different rooms, but the signal was so weak in all that it was impossible to connect to the internet and I had to go to the restaurants in the main square nearby to get a connection. The hotel is run down and needs to be completely renovated. The room was cleann the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the bathroom.

El personal del hotel es poco atento, a mi esposo le comentaron que no contaban con la reservación, no se tomaron la molestia de buscarla. Al poco tiempo tuve que ir yo y siempre si la tenían. El hotel está muy accesible al centro, lo cual hace que te muevas con facilidad, mi única sugerencia que haría sería capacitar al personal del lobby en la atención a los huéspedes no son muy corteses para responder preguntas de lugares a conocer o cómo llegar ellos, nos tocó tratar con 2 diferentes y solo respondían el no sé, también llegamos con anticipación a la reserva para el check in y pedimos que solo nos resguardaran el equipaje para ir a conocer el pueblo a lo que nos respondieron con una negativa. Ya mejor nos fuimos a sentar a la plaza para esperar la hora y nos permitieran entrar.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue regular, si deja mucho que desear que el personal no es nada empatico para ayudarte a subir las maletas, no tiene elevador, algunos del personal de recepción no contestaban ni los buenos días. El estacionamiento está algo lejos, pero bueno, eso ya lo sabía y así decidí reservar. El personal de camaristas muy amable y dejaron todo muy limpio. Lo mejor que tiene este hotel es su ubicación, habitaciones sencillas, pero descansé muy bien

Great location and very helpful staff. A/C worked beautifully. Internet not so much. Not luxurious, but most things work. Papantla is not on the tourist trail but nearby El Tajín does draw visitors, and many stay here. If you want luxury hotels, stay in Poza Rica. If you prefer a charming Mexican town and real local flavor, stay here. Just don’t expect the Hilton.

La atencion al huesped no existe, en especial durante la noche. Nadie te ayuda a subir maletas, y es un show por que el estacionamiento no esta en dentro del hotel. Sin embargo el muchacho del estacionamiento fue muy amable. En la recepción cero atencion.

Excelente ubicación zona muy tranquila y muy segura, puedes caminar a cualquier hora. Hay varios lugares para comer independiente que el mismo hotel tiene 2 restaurantes donde ofrecen buffet y está muy rico y a un costo bajo.
