Close to the metro. Access to parking. Grocery store around the corner. Good value for money. Green and quiet area. Check in was quick and easy. The walls are very thin in the rooms so you hear the "neighbors" well. The bed had two layers of sheets which due to the material (felt like it was designed for a drunk Octoberfest visitor who might piss himself) made you very hot. Not entirely beneficial in the summer when it is humid and hot outside. Other than that, perfectly fine room. While I was not in the room, sheets and pillowcase were changed, but did not get a bag for the trash.

Very friendly. The staff is excellent!!. The room is small but enough. It's very close to the U Station. We were there for Oktoberfest, and it was so easy to get there from the hotel - just one train, a 10-minute ride. They have parking included.

This place was in a very convenient location for me, and reasonably clean. I was in a Double Comfort room. Bed comfort fine. Great parking lot. I was disappointed that, although the website still indicates breakfast to be offered and included in the rate, they had stopped serving breakfast some time ago. (I had stayed here twice before, and the very nice breakfast was the high point of this establishment.) The furnishings in the room provided no cabinets or drawers where anything could be put out of sight. The bathroom also had little horizontal space to place items, and the shower stall was extremely cramped, with a shower head that was wobbly and uncontrollable. I requested a washcloth for the bath, and was told this was unavailable. I had left a sign on my door at 12:30 pm asking for the room to be cleaned, was that too late? Ich war etwas überrascht, dass sich die Toilette&Dusche nicht auf dem Zimmer befanden. Die Verfügbarkeit und Sauberkeit waren aber überzeugend. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und professionell.

Basically one of the cheapest I could find for my Oktoberfest trip to Munich. It’s a very basic hotel, but the rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. The bathroom in my visit wasn’t great I seemed to have small ants visiting every now and again! Didn’t really bother me though. Uber to town centre is about 15-20 mins.

Sehr sauberes kleines privates Hotel. Mitarbeiter und Inhaber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Zimmer frisch renoviert sehr saubere Sanitäreanlagen. Mangelhaft ist leider der Roomservice ,bei 32 Grad 4Tage Bettwäsche erst nach Aufforderung gewechselt,Müll Entsorgung erfolgte nur sporadisch im sommer auch nicht so toll (winzige trashcan) Handtuchwechsel aber täglich. ohne Partnerin nur zum Übernachten trotzdem eine klare Empfehlung.Umfeld gut und MVV nah .Vom Airport ca 1h 15 min entfernt .Habe es erneut gebucht.

Das Hotel ist in einem älteren Zustand und ähnelt von den Zimmern her eher einem alten Hostel als einem Hotel. Wohlfühlen kam nicht auf. Bilder sind nicht dem was es entspricht. Für eine Nacht geht das zur Not in Ordnung. Habe zu spät gelesen, dass es ein Gemeinschaftsbad auf dem Flur gibt. Es riecht im Haus nach kaltem Rauch, fand es sehr unangenehm.

The staff were great. We only booked last minute and it was perfect for what we needed. Subway was a minute walk from the front door and you’d in the city within 10.

Personal muy amable y colaborador, especialmente la chica de recepción. Las habitaciones sencillas y no muy modernas pero amplias y limpias. No está muy céntrico pero la zona es muy agradable y está a pocos minutos del metro que te lleva al centro en 20 minutos, aunque hay que decir que la frecuencia de paso de los metros es de 10 minutos.

The staff were great. We only booked last minute and it was perfect for what we needed. Subway was a minute walk from the front door and you’d in the city within 10.

Personal muy amable y colaborador, especialmente la chica de recepción. Las habitaciones sencillas y no muy modernas pero amplias y limpias. No está muy céntrico pero la zona es muy agradable y está a pocos minutos del metro que te lleva al centro en 20 minutos, aunque hay que decir que la frecuencia de paso de los metros es de 10 minutos.

Close to the metro. Access to parking. Grocery store around the corner. Good value for money. Green and quiet area. Check in was quick and easy. The walls are very thin in the rooms so you hear the "neighbors" well. The bed had two layers of sheets which due to the material (felt like it was designed for a drunk Octoberfest visitor who might piss himself) made you very hot. Not entirely beneficial in the summer when it is humid and hot outside. Other than that, perfectly fine room. While I was not in the room, sheets and pillowcase were changed, but did not get a bag for the trash.

Very friendly. The staff is excellent!!. The room is small but enough. It's very close to the U Station. We were there for Oktoberfest, and it was so easy to get there from the hotel - just one train, a 10-minute ride. They have parking included.

Basically one of the cheapest I could find for my Oktoberfest trip to Munich. It’s a very basic hotel, but the rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. The bathroom in my visit wasn’t great I seemed to have small ants visiting every now and again! Didn’t really bother me though. Uber to town centre is about 15-20 mins.

This hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood outside of the central Munich area. Advantages: The quietness and the nice neighborhood. The quietness does come at a price, however, since it is out of the central area. In fact, if you are riding the metro, the Furstenried West station serving the hotel is at the very end of the U3 line. Upon exiting the station, it is about a two short blocks walk to the hotel. The hotel appears to be owner-operated and shows much pride of ownership. I bought a breakfast one day and it was excellent. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Shopping: Not much around. There is a convenience store near the metro station, along with an excellent bakery nearby. Other stores a few blocks away. Note that the hotel stairs indoors are excellent and broad; however, I did not see an elevator in the hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely cool form me as a solo traveler, Considering Munich prices pretty on budget and close to Metro station. No noise around since its a quiet zone on the outskirt of town.

This place was in a very convenient location for me, and reasonably clean. I was in a Double Comfort room. Bed comfort fine. Great parking lot. I was disappointed that, although the website still indicates breakfast to be offered and included in the rate, they had stopped serving breakfast some time ago. (I had stayed here twice before, and the very nice breakfast was the high point of this establishment.) The furnishings in the room provided no cabinets or drawers where anything could be put out of sight. The bathroom also had little horizontal space to place items, and the shower stall was extremely cramped, with a shower head that was wobbly and uncontrollable. I requested a washcloth for the bath, and was told this was unavailable. I had left a sign on my door at 12:30 pm asking for the room to be cleaned, was that too late? It did not get cleaned, even though the vacuum cleaner was leaning right against my door when I left. This hotel could stand to be modernized. There were no phones in the room, no USB ports to charge, TV screen was too small for the room, old fashioned heavy keys .

Very disappointing experience. A member of our company stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Munich, and the conditions were unacceptable for the price paid. The room had no air conditioning and virtually no ventilation during a heat wave of around 40°C, making it impossible to rest after a full day of work. When he requested a fan at reception, he was simply told that none were available and no alternative solution was offered. The property's description and rating did not accurately reflect the actual experience. Considering the price paid, the facilities and customer service were far below expectations. We would not recommend this property to business travelers.
