Owner/manager is very rude. Receptionist in the morning lovely. Great location, shower head broken, only stayed 1 night, that was enough. Wouldnt stay again for that price, plenty around with better service

A giant thank you to Ana and her brother for the hospitality you have shown my wife and I ❤️ The place itself is super located, close to restaurants, beaches and everything you might need in Novalja! Rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable 😁 Any question or need we had was answered and taken care of with a smile! It says alot! Price? Well, compared to the rest of Pag in high season, it was a bargain🙏 We are coming back 🍻

J’ai oublié un AirPod dans ma chambre et je l’ai signalé à l’hôtel le jour même de mon départ. On m’a d’abord répondu qu’il avait peut-être été jeté car personne ne l’avait réclamé. Pourtant, dès qu’il a été retrouvé, c’était à l’hôtel de me prévenir avant d’envisager une telle possibilité. Ensuite, l’hôtel m’a confirmé par écrit avoir retrouvé mon AirPod et l’avoir expédié. J’ai meme accepté de payer des frais d’envoi pour renforcer la sécurité de l’envoi , mais malgré plusieurs relances, je n’ai jamais reçu de numéro de suivi ni de preuve d’expédition. Ils m’ont juste dit qu’ils avaient fait un envoi le moins cher possible sans suivi et je trouve ça très bizarre Un Scandale
