Alberca muy cómoda y limpia, pero las almohadas estaban super duras y los colchones igual e incómodos, no tuve un descanso plácido, los podrían mejorar por lo que cobran por noche, en general un buen hotel sino tienes bronca en la comodidad de las camas, también execelente ubicación y super tranquilo , hay un restaurante italiano super rico a un lado del hotel, buena opción por si te enfadas de comer tlayudas.

Excelente hotel, la ubicación es magnífica, el rumbo es tranquilo y aunque no tiene estacionamiento, no tuvimos ningún problema con dejarlo en la calle. La limpieza es su fuerte, todo es impecable, desde el lobby, el patio, la alberca y los cuartos. Quizá lo único es que algún personal no es del todo amable. Pero al final todos podemos tener un mal día. Definitivamente lo recomendaría para amigos y familia. Por otro lado me encanta la seguridad, las puertas tienen doble bloqueo por dentro y no necesitas poner llave, ya que al cerrar por fuera solo puedes abrir con la llave.

En general el hotel, estuvo muy bien, solo q me tocó una habitación en el tercer nivel y habia q subir las maletas por las escaleras, cabe destacar q contaba con una rampa para deslizarlas que facilitaba un poco pero aún así era un poco incómodo. En cuanto al desayuno, era un desayuno ligero y me paracio bueno. En cuanto a limpieza, todo me pareció perfecto. En relación a las instalaciones me parecieron perfectas, todos los equipos electrónicos de la habitación funcionaban sin problema y había wiffi en todo el hotel. En relación al servicio, las personas fueron muy atentas y te brindaban toda la atención e información que les solicitabas. En conclusión. El hotel me pareció perfecto, no está frente al parque pero está a dos cuadras de él, que sin problema puedes llegar a pie. Y sin duda me volvería a hospedar en el.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The location was perfect for exploring La Crucecita on foot. Cab rides from here to all of the beaches were very inexpensive. We would stay here again for sure!

Hotel was fine for 1 night. Good location and friendly front desk. Room was a fair size and AC worked fine but being there were no blankets it was uncomfortably cold at night You couldnt sleep without the AC on.

The hotel is good and well-located - fairly close to everything you need to see and do. The staff is super nice, gentle and helpful. The room is spatious and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, although it starts only at 8:00 a.m. The only negative point is that during my stay the hotel was undegoing construction work - which started as early as 7:45 am, including on satudays, and went nonstop until 18:00. The noise was unbearable and it was impossible to stay in the room and rest during this period. I would strongly recommend checking if the construction work is still ongoing before booking your stay. Were it not for this, the place seems to be quiet and agreeable and I would recommend staying there.

Beautiful space, great breakfast, close to "el zocalo", the central square where all the action is evey night, but far enough away that it was quiet. Taxis are always around El Zocalo. We ate at amazing restaurants and found things we needed at the wide range of little stores around the area. A few minutes taxi ride to several beaches. Playa El Organo is undeveloped and relatively quiet.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very professional and friendly. The room was cleaned spotlessly every day. The location was perfect for exploring La Crucecita on foot. Cab rides from here to all of the beaches were very inexpensive. We would stay here again for sure!

The hotel is good and well-located - fairly close to everything you need to see and do. The staff is super nice, gentle and helpful. The room is spatious and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is delicious, although it starts only at 8:00 a.m. The only negative point is that during my stay the hotel was undegoing construction work - which started as early as 7:45 am, including on satudays, and went nonstop until 18:00. The noise was unbearable and it was impossible to stay in the room and rest during this period. I would strongly recommend checking if the construction work is still ongoing before booking your stay. Were it not for this, the place seems to be quiet and agreeable and I would recommend staying there.

Beautiful space, great breakfast, close to "el zocalo", the central square where all the action is evey night, but far enough away that it was quiet. Taxis are always around El Zocalo. We ate at amazing restaurants and found things we needed at the wide range of little stores around the area. A few minutes taxi ride to several beaches. Playa El Organo is undeveloped and relatively quiet.

En general el hotel, estuvo muy bien, solo q me tocó una habitación en el tercer nivel y habia q subir las maletas por las escaleras, cabe destacar q contaba con una rampa para deslizarlas que facilitaba un poco pero aún así era un poco incómodo. En cuanto al desayuno, era un desayuno ligero y me paracio bueno. En cuanto a limpieza, todo me pareció perfecto. En relación a las instalaciones me parecieron perfectas, todos los equipos electrónicos de la habitación funcionaban sin problema y había wiffi en todo el hotel. En relación al servicio, las personas fueron muy atentas y te brindaban toda la atención e información que les solicitabas. En conclusión. El hotel me pareció perfecto, no está frente al parque pero está a dos cuadras de él, que sin problema puedes llegar a pie. Y sin duda me volvería a hospedar en el.

El hotel es cómodo ,pedi planta baja , esta habitación tenía 2 camas matrimoniales , cómodas , solo nos daban 2 toallas y una ración de jabón y shampu para una familia de 4 , la cama pegada a la ventana nos picaron no supimos que insectos y fue en la última noche , la otra cama sin problema , la alberca esta limpia y segura , sirven desayuno con costo en el lugar al mismo precio que si fuera al Mercado, y no para cenar esta a media calle de lado derecho en la esquina un puesto casero que cocinan delicioso y económico.

Alberca muy cómoda y limpia, pero las almohadas estaban super duras y los colchones igual e incómodos, no tuve un descanso plácido, los podrían mejorar por lo que cobran por noche, en general un buen hotel sino tienes bronca en la comodidad de las camas, también execelente ubicación y super tranquilo , hay un restaurante italiano super rico a un lado del hotel, buena opción por si te enfadas de comer tlayudas.

The there were a lot of dead bugs floating on the water in the pool. I didn’t stay in very long. The room and facilities very clean. Although our room had a musty smell. The staff friendly and professional.

Nice little hotel in a calm area but still within an easy walk to the main plaza. Nicely decorated room and got a room with a balcony facing the pool/forrest which was nice if you're interested in watching birds or iguanas in the trees. Nice and helpful staff.

Both...spotless very helpful staff. great in house breakky. Close to the centre of la Crucecita. Great mix of mexican and foreign guests. Wanna spend a wk there next time. Very enviromentally aware!
