Great location for beach access to Bacocho, Carrizalillo, and Angelito. Nice pool, basic rooms with AC, provide pool towels and has a cafeteria open until early afternoon on site. Cant beat the price for a nice family hotel!

Me gustó la arquitectura, la alberca con agua tibia y con área bajita para los niños. Las regaderas con agua caliente y la TV con varios canales. El hotel cuenta con su propio estacionamiento. Volvería sin duda.

Tienen una alberca muy amplia, con aérea social muy agradable y reconfortante, cuentan con estacionamiento dentro de la propiedad y da mas seguridad dejarlo ahi.

La propiedad es muy hermosa y está muy bien cuidada. Como el hotel se ubica frente a la carretera, de noche se escuchan los carros pero para mí no hubo problema. No está en el mero centro pero es lo que me encantó. Es un área muy pacífica , tiene un buen estacionamiento y el alberca es muy limpia. El personal es muy amable y honestamente me volvería a hospedar ahí.

Pasé 4 noches y todo perfecto. La alberca está súper bien, la habitación bastante cómoda y muy importante, el aire acondicionado servia perfectamente. La ubicación es buena, sobre la avenida principal y cerca del aeropuerto y las playas y tiene un Oxxo 24 hrs muy cerca. Cuánta con estacionamiento y siempre hay alguien en recepción. Limpieza excelente.

Charming place, nice interior patio with chairs and table. Room was big enough but mattreses were pretty worned down and sheets were not cleaned or changed during our 4 days stay. There is no help desk so at moments, we didn't get the help we needed. The region can be noisy until midnight when there are festivities, the building next door had serious work done from 7 am to 9 pm and we could hear our neighbors go to the bathroom and snore...other than that, the ants didn't bother us as they stayed on the floor. The manager was very accomodating when she was on site but one night, we heard an alarm in the kitchen and nobody responded to our call to turn it off until early morning, we had to sleep with our earbuds.

Estuve en la habitación 205,lo único malo fue que le falta mantenimiento al clima (aveces no queria prender y es un preocupación ya que pueden tomarlo como mal uso del cliente y cobrarlo) y la puerta,tienes que hacer fuerza para ingresar la llave igual al cerrar

El hotel está muy bonito, muy cómodo cerca de todo el único pero que le pondría es que al aire acondicionado no se le puede mover la temperatura (al menos no en mi habitación)y en los cuartos hace calor. De ahí en fuera todo perfecto Regresaria sin dudarlo.

Excelentes instalaciones, los lugares para comer estan un poco distantes. Al realizar el check-in la chica que nos atendio en la tarde se porto muy amable y prudente dandonos reseñeas de donde ir. Mas tarde en las noches estaba un señor en recepcion que se porto a nuestro parecer de una forma muy sangrona y despota tratandonos como delincuentes por querer hacer un cambio de toallas porque estaban mojadas, no responde los buenos dias o buenas tardes, nos disgusto bastante el trato que nos brindo esa persona, creo que no esta capacitada para estar en el area de recepcion, de ahi en fuera todo estuvo muy bien.

En general el hotel está bien. Sin embargo, si hay mucho ruido debido a que este, se encuentra justo sobre la avenida. La alberca se encuentra limpia. Cabe aclarar que el último día de mi estancia sí se encontraba algo sucia, pero en general los demás días estuvo muy bien. Aunque cabe mencionar que sí tiene mucho cloro. El trato por el personal fue muy bueno, salvo por una mujer que tiene el cabello pintado o tintado de color amarillo, es un poco prepotente. Al igual que un señor de tez morena y lentes. Las demás chicas muy muy amables. Y reitero en general todo bien, el hotel cumple con ser un hotel 3 estrellas.

Places OK definitely looks better in photos. I guess my biggest take away is a towel situation. They give you a hard time every time you turn in towels, they inspect the towels excessively that girl was giving me a hard time because I dropped guacamole on the towel and wasn’t sure if it would come off and she said that she would keep me posted in case it didn’t come off it was pretty odd.

Es una buena estancia está cerca del aeropuerto pero lo único malo es que está a pie de carretera por lo que es súper ruidoso si te hospedas en las habitaciones que están frente a la carretera pero ruidoso me refiero a realmente ruidoso opino deberían de ver la manera de aislar el ruido lo más que se pueda ya que si es bastante molesto !! En cuanto a lo demás está limpio y seguro además que es de fácil acceso y está a la mitad de todo

Es una buena estancia está cerca del aeropuerto pero lo único malo es que está a pie de carretera por lo que es súper ruidoso si te hospedas en las habitaciones que están frente a la carretera pero ruidoso me refiero a realmente ruidoso opino deberían de ver la manera de aislar el ruido lo más que se pueda ya que si es bastante molesto !! En cuanto a lo demás está limpio y seguro además que es de fácil acceso y está a la mitad de todo

En general el hotel está bien. Sin embargo, si hay mucho ruido debido a que este, se encuentra justo sobre la avenida. La alberca se encuentra limpia. Cabe aclarar que el último día de mi estancia sí se encontraba algo sucia, pero en general los demás días estuvo muy bien. Aunque cabe mencionar que sí tiene mucho cloro. El trato por el personal fue muy bueno, salvo por una mujer que tiene el cabello pintado o tintado de color amarillo, es un poco prepotente. Al igual que un señor de tez morena y lentes. Las demás chicas muy muy amables. Y reitero en general todo bien, el hotel cumple con ser un hotel 3 estrellas.

El viaje todo hermoso, estuvimos fuera casi todos los días ya que contratamos algunos recorridos por las playas y actividades. En el hotel no había buena señal de internet, por lo mismo el televisor no pudimos verlo. Pero lo malo es que no estaba el restaurante abierto desde las siete, martes sin servicio. No nos apoyaron a pedir taxi, poca disposición. Lo mejor fue la ubicación y buen precio.

They have a private parking lot, air conditioning, and a big pool. Decent hotel for the price but there are nicer hotels around for similar prices. My only complaint is the sound. You hear everything inside the room. It is so loud from the street traffic, pool, and other customers in their rooms. Definitely need ear plugs.

Central location walking distance to restaurants and shops. But a bit of a hike to get to the beach or marina (20+ minutes). Spacious room and bathroom. Relatively clean, but my room could have used a terminal cleaning to remove stains/spots on walls, doors and light switches. A nice swimming pool on site, with a poolside bar open 14:00-22;00 daily. A restaurant on site as well. Food is good, but I found the service to be exceedingly slow. My only complaint relates to noise levels from the pool area. Lots of families with small children playing at the pool, especially in the evenings. This, combined with music played at the bar, is hard to tune out. The noise dies off at 22:00 when the pool closes.

Check in was easy and they already and all my information ready from the booking website. Internet worked well and parking lot was accessible and safe. I did have some things to note though: 1) we were only provided with 4 towels when I had specified that we would have 5 guests. The staff informed me that an additional towel could be given if we left our ID. 2) on the website, it was mentioned that breakfast was complimentary but upon heading to the lobby I was informed it would be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday( both days I was staying). It would have been helpful if this was informed to us prior to arriving. Luckily there were many cafes in the area.
