Lift was out of order which certainly make traveller with luggage inconvenient

Check-in was smooth and refreshingly simple—just punch in a code and voilà, you’re in. Our top-floor room had three beds, which was great. The bathroom, however, could best be described as “efficient”, calling it small would be generous. The biggest downside was the street noise, which made itself well known. That said, everything else was fantastic. The location, right by the train station and close to the city, more than made up for it.

Das Zimmer war groß aber spatanisch eingerichtet. Schade, dass es kein Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer gab. Ein Mülleimer befand sich nur im Bad. Auf dem Foto auf der Seite von Expedia war eine Nespresso Maschine abgebildet. Leider war diese im unserem Zimmer nicht vorhanden. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für den Preis von 12,50 € pro Person annehmbar. Leider war der Kaffee von einem Automaten daher nicht besonders Heiß und Schmackhaft. Dafür bot das Hotel aromatisiertes Wasser an. Sehr natürlich aus Zitronen und Limetten. Sehr zu empfehlen. Reisen sie erst am Nachmittag an sonst wir eine Gebühr erhoben. Parkplatz kostet leider auch Geld. Mit der Bahn anreisen ist von Vorteil.

Leider war unsere Erfahrung so schlecht, das wir einen Tag früher abgereist sind, obwohl die Unterkunft bezahlt war. Bei Ankunft hat der Code nicht funktioniert, der uns im voraus geschickt wurde und ein Mitarbeiter im Halbschlaf hat uns rein gelassen. Wir eehielten ein sehr sehr sehr kleines Familienzimmer. Auf Anfrage ein anderes etwas größeres Zimmer zu erhalten war nicht möglich. Der Mitarbeiter war aufgrund unserer Anfrage sehr genervt und überhaupt nicht zuvorkommend. Kurz: nächstws Mal wieder Premier Inn oder vergleichbar.

Insgesamt gut. Nah am Bahnhof. Allerdings war der Aufzug kaputt. Dies haben wir erst am Abend unserer Anreise erfahren. Fanden wir nicht so toll mit mehreren großen Koffern.

Traveling with family. This was a super convenient hotel right near the historic district. The staff was helpful and friendly, even calling a few restaurants to make sure of their availability since many were closed in the of season. Parking is convenient.

O quarto é bem pequeno. O elevador demora para chegar.

Bom hotel, mas logo na chegada nos informaram que o elevador estava fora de uso. No entanto nos forneceram um quarto no terreo o que era aceitavel, mas o aquecimento na funcionava bem e fazia muito frio. Reclamei com a recepcionista de plantao que prontamente nos fornew mais cobertores o que minimizou o problema.

Foi excelente a estádia. Quarto limpo, aquecedor maravilhoso, portas anti ruídos, equipe da recepção muito receptiva. O quarto é muito confortável e com arquitetura bonita. Facilidade pra deixar as malas antes do check in. O check in é online ou no totém, então dá muita agilidade. Não há necessidade de realizar check out também. Recomendo muito e voltaria com certeza. É do lado da rodoviária, da pra ir andando com malas sem desafios.

Wir sind mitten in der Nacht am Flughafen gelandet und haben das Zimmer lediglich 6 Stunden zum Schlafen genutzt. War alles sehr sauber und der Check-In via Zahlencode hat einwandfrei geklappt. Zu Fuß zum HBF sind es 5 min.

Sehr nett und alles neu, aber im Punkt Sauberkeit hätte es besser sein können. Haare in der Dusche vom Vorgänger finde ich nicht angenehm und etwas viel Staub.

Everything was clean and very friendly

All good apart from the required daily request for the room to be cleaned.

Absolut dreckiges Zimmer. Angefangen vom Teppich mit riesen Flecken, Tierhaaren und unendlich Staub unter den Betten. Die Bettlaken hatten Flecken und das Bad genauso. Hier wird garantiert nicht wirklich geputzt.

Zentral gelegen, etwas laut. Insgesamt alles ok, Bad etwas gestunken.

Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Bad könnte besser sein. Es sollte auch mal die Stellen geputzt werden, die man beim normalen Gebrauch im Bad sieht und nicht nur das, was man sieht wenn man nur mal in das Bad schaut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört den Fernseher aus dem Zimmer nebenan. Wenn die Nachbarn die Tür ins Schloss fallen lassen, wackelt die Wand (an der Mann mit dem Kopf im Bett liegt). Die Fenster sind nicht wirklich schalldicht, man hört nicht nur das Martinshorn durch, sondern auch den normalen Verkehrslärm von der Straße.

Die Brötchen waren jeden morgen pappig. Das Badezimmer war nicht sauber (Schuhabdrücke im Bad, Haare in der Dusche).

Good location. However, the bathroom smelled like sewage. We told the staff the next morning and they said they would look into it during the day. It had the same sewage odor when we came back at night. We kept the door close and it prevented the rest of the room from smelling. There was clearly a problem with the vent in the bathroom that was working non stop

Hotel was very clean and it was a short walk to both the bus station and train station.

Staff was fantastic. The rooms were so small. I had to open and close my luggage to get around the room. Extremely convenient to downtown.

La habitación bien, el único inconveniente el ruido que se oía del exterior parecía que se tenían las ventanas abiertas

Clean. Comfortable. First time having two duvets for a double bed which is great. Shower is clean and great. The air conditioner is warm air only so if the weather is rather hot then you will need to open the window and noise is rather loud outside.

The room we booked for 3 persons and 3 beds was tiny. Each bed had only one pillow and when we requested 3 more, we were told we could only have 2! No character to room or place to put/hang things. Fine if you are desperate, but it should be 1/2 the price.

No water kettle available. Why not? Alot of people just want a little tea and relaxation before going out

냉장고가 없고 방이 조금 작은 편이라 좀 아쉽지만 직원들이 친절하고 조용해서 좋네요

Very modern, large family room for four. Loved it all. Very comfortable stay and close to Christmas markets and train station.

Early Check-In unverhältnismäßig teuer, ansonsten war nichts zu beanstanden. Keine Mini-Bar auf dem Zimmer.

Check in war pünktlich auf die Minute um 15 Uhr. Es saßen 4 Partien in den Sesseln. Personal leicht überfordert, es dauerte lange. Dazwischen kamen neue Leute rein, die offenbar schon vormittags den Koffer untergestellt haben, diese wurden vorrangig drangenommen. Also 30 Minuten rumgestanden. Das Zimmer war dann wirklich sauber und ruhig, offenbar gibt es Schallschutzfenster. Es gibt kein check out, was auch gut ist. Nebenan ist ein passables Cafe fürs Frühstück.

I will tell you my experience. I was told I could not check in earlier before 3 unless I paid 15 euros. At about 2:20 pm I asked if I could please check in earlier, the front desk later had me sit to the side to see what she could do. While my bf and I waited, a white older couple came and asked to check in. Immediately she checked in them without question. Right after a white familiar came asking to check in early came in and checked them in as well! By now I had been waiting for 30 minutes on the side. Do you think she was being bias because both my bf and I have dark brown eyes and hair? I will leave it up to you to decide. Next morning, my bf and I wanted to have breakfast. We were in a rush as we had to catch a train. There was nobody at the front to check us in for breakfast so we figure when we see a worker we would tell them we were getting breakfast. When we saw the worker we asked if he could check us in for b fast because we had told the lady the day before we were interested in it and she said it wasn’t a big deal to notify. Turns out we were not on the list. The man screamed at us that why would we get food without paying and he made us put the food and tray back to go pay for the food first. I politely mentioned that we had already grabbed the food so if he could just write our number down and we could pay at check out. He basically said no and he followed us to make sure we paid. It was horrible how he made a scene and said his rules, because dif. hotel.

Not a very cordial greeting at check in or check out. Bed kind of hard and breakfast nothing hot. But it was clean and quiet. So not too bad

The staffs were freindly and kind. Breakfast was great!!

Great location that was walkable to the main city center and close to Hbf. Food was available just down the street too, with "several" selection. No issues with cleanliness.

Stay was pleasant.. on leaving staff were very helpful allowing baggage to be stored safely for 9 hours even allowing myself and my son to sit in foyer for couple hours before leaving

Very nice stay and good value for money. The check in was fast and the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful with information. Great hotel for location to the old town and buses and trains a short walk away.

Værelser var okay, men det var ikke et imødekommende personale. Vi skrev til hotellet flere gange omkring vores ankomst, men fik aldrig svar på vores henvendelser. Når man er på overnatning som en del af en længere rejse er det ok, men ville ikke bo der i flere dage. Morgenmaden var kedelig og tørt. Vi smagte på det, men endte med at købe noget efterfølgende andetsteds.

Sauberes, schönes Zimmer. Perfekte Lage

Great location to walk from train station and then into old town.

The hotel was a few minute walk from the train station, was a 5 minute walk into the main area of the city, perfect location, clean and comfortable. Great price for all of the above.

Próximo a estação de trem. 10 minutos andando do centro. Boa localização. Restaurantes próximo.

Very convenient location, close to the bus station, within easy walk of most historic sights. The rooms are compact, but have everything for a short stay. Comfortable beds and a good shower. The staff are professional.

Rent och fräscht. Bra frukost. Enda minus var att ACn gick att ställa svalare än 20c.

An average hotel that could be extremely good if they jacked up the reception and general service. The breakfast was very basic and shoul serve what they promise on the in room advertiement and information leaflet. We had to ask for a glass to drink water- not even a plastic or cardboard cup in sight.

Muito bom o hotel e o café da manhã excelente. Localização perfeita para os principais pontos turisticos da cidade.

when I booked , the breakfast not included. and the lady at front desk told me I could pay in the morning before having it. and the stuff was not friendly and they said they couldn't get us breakfast becuase they had not enought bread. this was wierd and we didn't find friendly and professioanal .

This was a great stay, greeted by friendly staff, opted for on site breakfast for 13veuros. Easily walked to the Christmas market. Rooms were clean and modern, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and nice. We would highly recommend.
